Why is everyone making the sambucky show about sticky? Why the fuck are these toxic shippers shoving sam out of the narrative for this ship that most only ship because they are white, attractive, and men that have a friendship? Like God the stuff thats come up for Sambucky (rolling in field, literal couples therapy) have been either completely ignored so they can talk about how bucky is scared steve was wrong about him, or they do talk about it but only to prop up bi bucky and ignore mlm Sam and still manage to make it about sticky about how "theyre finally gonna canonize the years of queercoding into bucky". I try to get sambucky content, but when i look through the tag on all media platforms people are talking about sticky! And sam isnt even included in the post. I saw this one post about the miracle question during Sam and buckys couples therapy and they just quoted the question and put sticky pictures with it despite it literally being about sam and bucky, like the question was directed about them and their relationship, but okay whatever. The one singular time bucky gets to have character where steve isnt involved and he gets to work through his trauma and is able to change and accept it people are still obsessed over making it all about steve. And they exclude sam, who is the one who is meant to live up to the captain america mantle. Obviously bucky cares about steve, and obviously he hates john walker because of how he still values steve and what he stands for (and because of the comment he made about being his brother and like he knows him), but sam is more affected. Sam is having the harder time accepting this, Bucky just wants steves legacy to be honored and respected.

I dont believe its just a coincidence that sam is black and they engage in this behavior.

This is late and im just angry. I cant talk straight to the stickies because then they'll yell at me about how homophobic i am for saying i dont ship sticky and dont believe they were queercoded.

While it may be true that May is the one who initiated the sexual relationship with W/ard, what happened between May and W/ard is rape by deception because May would have never had sex with W/ard had she known who W/ard really was.

W/ard willfully hid the fact that he was A NEONAZI TERRORIST SENT TO HURT HER AND ALL OF HER FRIENDS AND WORK AGAINST EVERYTHING SHE AND HER FRIENDS BELIEVE IN from May before beginning a sexual relationship with her. May had sex with W/ard under the condition that he was a fellow teammate in need of comfort and not a murdering Nazi who planned to kill and torture all of her friends. She never would have consented to sex with W/ard had she known the truth about him, despite the fact that she was the one who initiated the sexual relationship.

Not to mention that W/ard has sex with May with the express intent to manipulate her so that he can learn how to best manipulate her and her friends while taking down the organization they work for. Sometimes I wonder if the Stand With Ward crowd even watched the episode? Or did they just hear that Ward was “returning”? I mean seriously, saying that the writers are “desperate” because he’s back? Of course I’m not ignoring the abuse that F/itz went through but I am sick and tired of people who stan their white faves (aka L/eo F/itz and G/rant W/ard stans) trying to compare what Daisy did while she was literally brainwashed and had no control over what she was doing to what F/itz and W/ard did, completely of their own accord despite obviously going through tragedies of being abused so I’m sorry, no, they don’t get a free pass for the shit they did. To quote Jake Peralta from Brooklyn Nine Nine: “Cool motive, still murder”.

Not to mention, Daisy was also abused, just like F/itz and W/ard were which the show has made quite clear with the way she talks about her time in the foster care system and despite this, she is still one of the kindest characters on this show. 

And yeah, no way in fucking hell did F/itz EVER bring Daisy back to the team. Last time I checked, F/itz was the one who berated Daisy for running away by saying that all of them had been through stuff and never ran away and belittled her obvious mental health problems. If anything, Daisy came back to the team IN SPITE of F/itz’s shitty attitude.

Going back a little further, my first anti experience was from the end of season 1/start of season 2 of agents of shield, with the "stand with ward" movement. Ironically, from what I saw, the antis were the main anti harrassment group in that. I'm not saying they were ship and let ship, but most of what I saw was anti sww people basically asking ward stans to not hate people for not liking the villain. Also ironically, most ward antis I that saw LOVED ward - as the villain he was. I'll admit that I was on the anti side, but I was more mad about them acting like he had done nothing wrong. Antis have been around for a while, but it's strange that my first exposure to them was when antis were anti harrassment. I wonder what changed
