I'm thinking of Rimi and/or Noelle to Delcatties? Also would be good if their anthro (AROverse) forms also be shown too. (@ask-the-shiny-pokemons)

man these two were SUPRISINGLY challenging to translate into delcatty form! i think i did a pretty good job but i know i did have to cut out some markings....

I did manage to do a sketch for the anthro aroverse forms though! I always imagine that anthro delcatties have their ruffs much closer to their neck so that its much easier to wear things like clothes?

"I know communication between humans and pokemon can vary, sometimes even on a case by case type of thing. How do you and Francis do so?"

Lock: "As long as they stay in my radius or not blocking my telepathy, I am able to transmit messages to others and between pokemon."

Lock: Indigo is the only one that learned the human language by himself, so he doesnt rely on me like the others.

Lock: But of course, even i need some breaks and sleep so there are short spans of time where i dont use my ability. Depending on the situation, I can communicate for weeks if its necessary.

Kita approaches two with a smile. She tries to use some telepathy since not every human might understand her speaking.

"'Ey! Your outfits lookgood! It's my first time to participate in this event likethis. Isthis the first time you participate inthose events? (Note that Kita is mixing two sentences.)

Meg flinched a bit as Kita's telepathy rattled around in her skull. Unlike Kyo, who didn't even flinch as Kita spoke to them via telepathy, Meg didn't seem rather used to this experience.

"Oh, thank you!" Meg said as she rubbed the side of her head. "I'm so glad you like our outfits. Kyo looked so good out of her uniform, doesn't she?"

"Eh?" Kyo seemed a bit taken aback at the unexpected compliments from Kita and Meg. She folded her arms across her chest and looked to the side a bit, trying to hide the color rising in her face. "You think so? Well... thank you. Both of you." She cleared her throat awkwardly. "I wasn't quite sure what would be appropriate to wear, in all candor. I just promised Nathaniel that I'd ensure I was out of uniform for future visits so I made sure to deliver on that. I keep my promises."

"So serious," Meg remarked with a giggle. She looked back at Kita. "It is my first time too! I've been to this island before a couple times with Kyo, but never to this festival. Though, we do have festivals similar to this back in my hometown in Kalos." Meg returned her attention to Kyo for a brief moment. "Did they have anything like this in Unova?"

Kyo frowned for a moment as she thought over the question before answering with a shrug. "I can't speak for the entire region but I think there are still some festivals around the region that would be akin to this. Driftveil used to be big on celebrations for the Tao Trio when I was little but after Mayor Clay took over and went full board with the tourism and mining industries, the more traditionalist elements of the city fell by the wayside. He didn't think the festivities would bring in tourists."

"Oh..." Meg's face fell a bit. "That's so sad. We'll have to see if anywhere else in Unova still throws some festivals then! I'd want to go see them with you!"

Kyo's face flushed a bit as she stammered for a moment. "Huh? You-? Given our current predicament, I'm not sure that's really the best..." she let out a sigh. "I'll see what we can do. How's that sound?"

"Yay!" Meg cheered excitedly.

Kyo let a small smile creep onto her face before returning her attention to Kita. "You said it's your first time too then? Do you have any festivities like this where you're from?"
