Hi! Non-german here. I have no idea what the usual viewership rate is of other tatort episodes. Is the viewership of this episode a big deal? I mean, 9.5 million people!!! Is Saarbrucken one of the popular ones among the rest of Tatort teams?

So in general less people watch the Tatort episodes and also the Tatort Saarbrücken (Spatort) episodes got less and less viewers over the years:

now 9.5 edit: 9.05 doesn't match the 10.44 million of 2020 but it is an improvement considering it's been going down in general and also Tatort Saarbrücken specific.

The impressive thing (as I've understood it) is the market share they reached, which refers to the percentage of households that watched this show, measured against the total number of households who were watching television at that specific time. Tatort Saarbrücken reached 30,2% which means out of all the programs that were broadcasted more than 1/4 were watching Spatort at that time. (Which again is higher than the average (28.6%), but still not as high as the most popular Tatorte) (It's also the highest Tatort Saarbrücken reached in 30 years)

What may also be impressive is that the city Saarbrücken is rather "small" (with 167,1 km² and a population of 178.151) and still reaches this high of a viewership... compare that to the other popular Tatort cities Münster (302,9 km², 314.319), Köln (405,2 km², 1,086 Million), Stuttgart (207,4 km², 634.830), München (310,7 km², 1,472 Million) and Dresden (328,8 km², 554.649)

now I hope I answered your questions the way you wanted/needed me to (and I also hope I didn't get all the stuff wrong since I don't watch the other Tatorte and don't really know how the whole viewership/market share works)

off the top of my head i'm counting 5 rn, but i might be missing someone. one of them is in the same friend group from uni as i am and we had some drunken ace bonding at parties. the others i've met at different conventions. i know that my best friend actually knows a lot of aspec people bc she keeps complaining (in a joking manner) how they keep finding more of us. i nearly counted you as well before i realised that we onlz know each other from tumblr haha, there would be way more if i could count tumblr mutuals into this

Leo weiß, dass es eine dumme Idee ist. Ja, es ist Sonntagvormittag und er hat ausnahmsweise mal sehr viel Zeit für sich. Ja, theoretisch hat er alles erledigt, was er erledigen muss, um den Tag heute nicht bereuen zu müssen, aber trotzdem hat das, was er hier gerade macht, ein ziemlich großes Potential, ihn für die nächsten zwölf Stunden — oder länger, wenn er sich wieder nicht zusammenreißen kann — an die Couch zu fesseln. 

Er klickt auf Stucky_Lions Profil. 

Weil Leo sehr erwachsen ist, streckt er dem Standardprofilbild nicht die Zunge heraus, auch wenn er das nur zu gerne tun würde. Schließlich kann das auch nichts dafür, dass er und Stucky_Lion sich in den letzten Tagen Wortgefechte in den Kommentaren einer Fanfiction geliefert haben, die Leo auf die Palme bringen und die er dennoch sehnsüchtig erwartet. 

Die Frequenz, mit der er seine E-Mails checkt, um nachzusehen, ob Stucky_Lion ihm geantwortet hat, ist besorgniserregend. Die Kolleginnen haben auch schon gefragt, worauf er wartet, weil er die ganze Zeit so angespannt auf sein Handy schaut. 

“Fast so schlimm wie Schürk”, meinte Esther. “Nur dass der sich dafür aufs Raucherdach verzieht.” 

Sache ist, dass Leo dem Bild nicht die Zunge rausstreckt, weil er sich — entgegen Allem, was Stucky_Lion behauptet — benehmen kann und scrollt nach unten durch die Liste der Fics, die er veröffentlicht hat. Leo scrollt weiter. Und weiter. 

Gerade als er sich fragen will, ob mit der Seite vielleicht etwas nicht stimmt, scheint er endlich ans Ende zu gelangen. Nur wird ihm dann angezeigt, dass er erst auf Seite eins von vier ist.

Mist. 

Vielleicht dauert das hier ja doch länger.

1. when/how did you discover them? + what was the first song you listened to? - either on the radio or on yt or at work or something like that, sometime in 2015. idk which song exactly but lets be honest, it was prolly stressed out 😅 or one of the other blurryface singles

2. have you been to any concert(s)? - no 😭 i totally would've seen them on the icy tour but they didn't come to my city 😭 but i'm hoping to go to at least one show on the next tour (either vancouver or, failing that, seattle), and hopefully also the DC show with my bestie!!

3. do you remember where you were when trench dropped (if you were a fan by then)? - weirdly, yes! it was like 9pm on october 4th, i was at home and got a spotify notification that twenty one pilots had released a new album. i listened to the first three songs, went "ehh", and stopped there 😅 which, in hindsight, is so tragic bc if i'd held out for just one more song i would've gotten to my blood, which is one of my absolute favourites!

4. favourite thing about the clique? - how smart and kind and inclusive everyone is!! like i know the clique's got it's share of toxic fans, just like any other fandom/community in general, but esp here on tumblr absolutely everyone i've met/interacted with has been sososo friendly and funny and smart and cool <3

5. any memorable/funny/interesting quote (from interviews/bts footage/…) you especially like? - i'm so bad at thinking up stuff like this off the cuff sldjskdljf there's always smth i think of later that i wish i'd said instead. for right now i'm gonna go with "two happy boys" (or any of the "two ____ boys" riffs that they do), as well as every single story abt how they met 😂

6. what would you want to ask/tell them if you got the chance? - FREAKING. SO MUCH. i'd want to thank them for rewarding us for looking deeper and caring more and sticking around. i'd want to tell them how what they've done w the dema/trench storyline is legitimately incredible and groundbreaking and to, in their own words, "never put a ceiling on their dreams". i'd also want to talk to them for roughly 6 hours abt death cab for cutie bc i Need To Know their thoughts abt literally everything sdlfkjsdkfl

7. which tattoo would you like to know the meaning of (if you do)? - i'm honestly fine w not knowing the meaning to any of their tattoos, bc i know they're v personal, but if i could know the meaning of one and have it be totally okay and willingly shared, it would be, for tyler, the symbols tattoo on the side of his forearm, and for josh, the astronaut-getting-beamed-up tattoo on his bicep.

+1. dasloddl's question for me: which album cover do you like best? - excellent question!! even tho i do love SAI's aesthetic, i think i'd have to go with blurryface on this one. there's just so much meaning behind it!! the pull-out blurry face is genius, the patterns are so fun, it's simple yet evocative. just, stellar art design.

The next episode would be s4 e3… the last episode ended not looking very good (a whole bunch of pirates surrendered but flints plan didn’t count that in)

I love max and her accent a lot obviously silverflint and the guys always forget the name of (get-a-girlfriend-jeff / luther hargreeves) probably a few more but I haven’t watched it in over half a year whoops

really gotta watch it again (especially since i have only less than a season left)

4: What moments make you think, “Well, I’m definitely ace”? there weren’t any specific moments, it’s been a calm and gradual process of conversations with friends and just listening to my feelings whenever i was curious to untangle that aspect of myself. it’s made me very confident in my sexuality, simply because i haven’t felt a rush to figure it all out. i also think figuring out you’re ace is kind of difficult, because it is defined by the lack of a specific experience

6: How do you feel about general intimacy? (Kissing, cuddling, etc) oh sign me up any time for hugging and cuddling etc. i think i’d like kissing as well, just haven’t tried that as of yet.

12: Dragons or cake ace? dragonssss

21: How many ace-specs do you know IRL? i’m unsure, many of my friends don’t use labels but just do whatever they like and want. but i know at least one close friend identifies as ace, and another close friend seems to be currently considering whether they might be aro- or ace-spec, but again, the latter doesn’t use the term.

i consider my 'official' discovery of twenty one pilots in january 2019 when the chlorine mv dropped and randomly got on my youtube homepage and blew my mind

though before that i had already heard stressed out/ride/heathens, i think the very first song i heard from them was ride

2. have you been on concert(s)?

sadly no... my dream is to go one of those small venue shows like they did during takeover tour

3. do you remember where you were when trench dropped (if you were a fan by then)?

i wasn't a yet fan back then but what i would give to be in the trench rollout dmaorg updates yellow everywhere era!!

4. favourite thing about the clique?

how we weren't just drawn to the music but the message behind it—and everyone on here is so nice i love y'all and also we have the best artists (drawing/writing/making music)

i love them all but if i had to choose, self titled. because it started as just a sketch drawn by a friend of the band, and nobody had expected it to mean so much to people years later. so i really love that authenticity and that how by looking at it you feel connected to tyler in 2009

I’d love to hear about some memorable moment you had because of this band, it can be anything, whatever you’re comfortable sharing <3 (from pantaloonwarrior)

around a month ago i found a random personalised mug at my school left by a past student and the drawings on the mug were a reference to neon gravestones... that moment of connection with someone in the same place but different times really moved and if i never discovered this band i would've never had this experience <3 (i made a post abt it here)

I think I had known about them for a while just because they are so famous but I started really listening to them in like late 2021 (december?) from a 2010s music YouTube playlist (I hadn't listened to basically any music for a few years and I was trying to rediscover my music taste, slowly turned out to be way different than it was a few years ago) and slowly from there I kind of just started listening to more and more, it was originally a guilty habit but at some point I realized that I just love their music too much to pretend I didn't

and my first song was Stressed Out

2. have you been on concert(s)?

ohhh my god I really wanted to go to a concert in the scaled and icy tour but i felt like there was no way for me to so i haven't gone yet :( i really wanna go sometime in the future..

I didn't really listen to them when Trench dropped

4. favourite thing about the clique?

Really creative!! Really intelligent when analyzing lore, the smallest clue/hint etc, amazing art, I saw a lot of really nice writing inspired by lyrics during Cliquetober
