Yo, thanks for the hug like three(?) days ago (I am the anon with the workspace issues), it did help!

So an update: the good news is that I am back on schedule! :D Or in other words, I've finished my commissions and have closed them for now. And the gift was a bangger (it was all the Sherlock Holmes stories in hard cover format... not cheap but well the Birthday kid is a fan and whom am I to forsake an 11 year old books?).

The bad news is that the asshole client has snubbed me for half my pay. I am completely blocked on all socials by them and any legal avenues seem to be more effort and money than it is worth, for me at least. Soo I was some "penny's" short from the gift, luckily my family came through :,) "Happy endings" and all.

I hope the asshole client gets deeply inconvenienced with everything they do for at least the next six months.

I'm glad you're doing good though, darling!
