mary ily 🥺 always have been able to rely on you for ask games ! in no particular order:

1. ring ring ring - verivery. we both knew what this was gonna be DKDKSK their debut sound was a retro "jack-swing" kinda sound, and sure, like two? comebacks after ringx3 to moved onto trying out more different sounds (+ the mvs for ringx3 and from now are more light-hearted, a group of friends hanging out and then in tag tag tag, they go to an abandoned house and play hide and seek and that never goes well lmao) but there's smth captivating about ringx3's sound? it's bright and fun and, while i wouldn't call it pop, it's got that light pop-esque feel to it but not in an overly saturated way that makes you get sick of it quickly 2. valkyrie - oneus. the sound is soooo good on this song idk what it is, but <333 it's like . feels like it's influenced by techno + pop + edm + funky genres (djsjsj ik that sounds like A Lot™ but give the song a listen !! it's a lot less aggressive? than i make it sound lol) plus ! in the mv they do that "iconic matrix move" (yk the one where he leans back to dodge the bullets) AND !! they even did it in their stage performances and changed it up each time !! (i had to scroll to the bottom of my oneus collection to find that tiktok lmao) anyways ! 3. siren - p1harmony. THE CHORUS IS SO FUN ! i put it on and the second that chorus hits, i'm bouncing lmao. plus i'm a sucker for the call? group vocals? of the "SIIIRENNN" part (idk how to describe it, but you'll know what i'm talking about when the song plays lol) plus after the first time i heard it, i would go about my day and just randomly go "tell me why so serious, hoping i'll save ya" so it's an earworm too. piwon is having a cb real soon too so 👀

Kpop title track ranking: BDC

In this series I’ll be ranking kpop groups/soloists title tracks based on my taste.

Today I’ll talk about BDC, a group that I feel might have gone under the raider for many and it’s so unfortunate especially knowing how good their music is! If you don’t know them they are a three-member boy group that debuted 2019 and oh boy do they have good title tracks! I love the fact that they took the moon theme and just ran with it (if you don’t know what I’m talking about, soon you’ll see). I HIGHLY recommend checking their music out if you haven’t, I’ve even left links for the songs I talked about!

Moon Rider - The second song I heard from them after absolutely adoring Shoot The Moon and somehow this ended up being the one that I come back to more often. I just like this so so much, it’s ridiculous how much one can like a song. And I just love the fact that they stuck with the moon theming for more than one song (in fact, at least 4!).

Shoot The Moon - This song was such a love at first sight for me! I heard a bit of it in some compilation of recent new songs and I just immediately knew this one I have to check out. AND I was so right! Maybe it reminded me of older kpop, style-wise in a very good way, and I was hooked from the first listen, and I have to say that doesn’t happen too often. I’m so happy that I got to know this song and this great group!

Moonlight - For some reason at first I didn’t really care for this one. But then one day it just clicked with me and now I love it! I had such a hard time picking between this and Shoot The Moon as they both are just so incredibly good songs.

Moon Walker - My least favorite of their moon songs, but it’s still a very good song, don’t get me wrong. And I’m sure someone else could prefer this above the others.

Remember Me - I got to know them as a group because of Shoot The Moon, so I wasn’t there when this debut song was released and that’s most likely the reason, along side with this being slower song, I haven’t listened to this as much as the others. But very pretty song nonetheless and definitely if you are in a mood for slower song but yet not a complete ballad, here’s one for you.

In conclusion, these boys just make so good music and they deserve so much more love, so please check them out!  Also, BDC is going to release a Single Album ‘Blue Sky’ on 15th of June, so check that out when it drops!
