In the "CONSCIOUS" community, alot of us find fault, backstab, talk sh** and even hate one one another JUST LIKE the so-called " Negroes" we like to compare ourselves and say we're not. However, in 2020...we need to shut all that madness down and form a unified front like " VOLTRON" despite our differences. I say all this to simply say, no matter what your complaints, criticisms or critiques are about SABIR BEY @sabirbey or around his teachings, He is OUR BROTHA ...period !!! A few nights ago, his son Amir ( age 22) was shot 10 times and killed in the streets of Philadelphia. I, like a many of you , have a son and could easily feel ALL of the pain, sadness and Anger he is going through right now. I write this not only because SABIR is one of my long-standing friends and supporters, nor simply because of his contributions to the KNOWLEDGE, teachings and manifestations of CIVICS, THE MOORS AND NOBLE DREW ALI. I need not even mention his long standing relationship to HIP HOP CULTURE & the TEACHA...KRS ONE. I write this because as a STRONG BLACK MAN, I recognize what it takes and means for ANOTHER strong black man to literally break down into tears after getting a call that their child has been killed. And, then to have the courage and enough self respect and esteem to go live ( in tears) and tell the world. So, please JOIN ME ( and others) in reaching out to our brotha and comrade and supporting him in ANY WAY WE CAN... I am, because WE ARE...ONE COMMUNITY, ONE FAMILY, ONE PEOPLE...PERIOD !!!
