I found this guy on my car this morning but I’m having trouble identifying it. I believe it is some mind of katydid, but I can’t figure out what kind it is.

Can someone id this little guy? 🐛
I found him on my way home. So I decided that he will live with me now and help me work on my extreme larvae phobia (and keep me company bc my fiance is on vacation for 2 weeks :c). But I'm having trouble identifying him; especially bc it is extremely hard for me to look through a catalogue of caterpillar pictures for too long without my phobia acting up 🙃🙃
I think he is a moth?? Location is Europe, South Germany. I'm unsure if hes a light brown bc he's not fully developed yet or if he is becoming brown bc he's already trying to wrap himself into a ball?? What leaves are best for him to eat? Walnut maybe?? Help pls!

Hey hey! Can I have some help identifying this lil fellow? My parents and I found this guy. We think he came in with some local lettuce.
We live in the Costal Pacific Northwest, on the border between California and Oregon (CA side) if that helps
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Basic: spider
Species: Flower crab spider (Misumenoides sp.) likely a female as well! This is assuming the stripes are black and not a dark red, but they seem to be from the image.

Buglbr I may have discovered a new species of millipede, ID welcome!
Tumblr media
When Bug hunting with my friend earlier this week, I discovered this lil guy! For context I live in the PNW, and found him under a large rock near a friends forested condo area. I tried to search for any matches for his species, and wasn't able to find any. Please let me know if you have an ID!

(He looks similar to a spotted millipede!)

bug lovers of tumblr, WHO is this man?? I think it's an assassin bug? I've had a couple in my flat and they just sort of. Appear, lol Are they dangerous? I caught them and put them outside. I'm in the south of england if that's relevant.

hey, would anyone have any guesses as to what this is? found it stuck in a small amount of orange juice and rescued it (it seems to be struggling with unfolding its wings now, it might've tried to threat pose at me at one point when i accidentally touched it but it could only use one wing for it, but as you can see it can walk)
it's somewhere around 2 or 3 milimetres long (estimated. i'm not great with distances of any kind though), something about it makes me think "ichneumon wasp??" (it just has those vibes, looking at some photos of certain species) but i'm doubtful of that so! any input would be appreciated. it might not even be a wasp, i'm not great at identifying bugs
forgive the low photo quality, phone cameras aren't made for photographing tiny bugs

Hi I found this silly little bug in an image and I’m having a really hard time identifying him!!
Basic: Moth
Species: Sagariphora magnificalis. I was going to do my normal ID process but I thought the image might be from a wikipedia/wikimedia source because of the format and reverse image searched, and I was right! Here is bitch’s wikipedia page
