Dari seminggu akhir ini mungkin aktivitas yang saya lakukan sama seperti diawal awal diadakannya kuliah online ini. Yaitu seperti bangun tidur - mandi - makan - kuliah - sholat lima waktu dan seterusnya.

Di sela-sela waktu renggang ini, kemarin saya melihat video di You Tube yaitu membuat Chesse Cake Oreo. Karena banyaknya waktu kosong ini dan juga kita tidak boleh kemana mana maka saya mengisi waktu saya dengan hal-hal yang saya sukai.

Lanjut cerita, kemarin saya mengikuti tutorial pembuatan Cheese Cake Oreo dan alhamdulillahnya rasanya enak dan tidak mengecewakan. Jadi bagi kalian yang ingin membuatnya saya akan memberikan resep dan tata cara pembuatannya.

Bahan-bahan :

1 bungkus oreo yang besar

Susu full cream 600 ml

1 sachet Frisian Flag kental manis

2 sdm Gula pasir

2 sdm tepung maizena

Keju parut 150 gr

3 cup / tempat makan (untuk tempat kuenya)

Tata cara :

1. Hancurkan oreo hingga halus

2. Tuangkan dan rebus susu full cream kedalam panci, lalu taruh kental manis dan 2 sdm gula kedalamnya, jika sudah mendidih taruh keju parut 100 gr, dan tuangkan tepung maizena yang sebelumnya sudah dilarutkan dengan sedikit air dan aduk hingga Fla mengental

3. taruh oreo yang sudah dihaluskan kedalam wadah secara rapih lalu tuangkan fla keju dengan rapih, setelah itu hias bagian atas menggunakan keju parut sesuai selera.

4. diamkan cheese cake tersebut hingga tidak terlalu panas lalu taruh di lemari es selama semaleman.

5. Oreo Chesse Cake siap dihidangkan.

He gives us Monday, which is at times so unbearable and you feel hopeless like poor Ross during “The Break” ; while on the other hand, He gives us the capability to do the greatest innovation for mankind like a Cheesecake to get through this ordeal. It was definitely an amazing attempt at capturing beautiful texture and flavours in this melt-in-the-mouth cake, garnished with chocolate oreo and blueberry pulp. For I don’t have a sweet tooth, yet they happened to impress me and let me tell you that this is actually a great achievement to compel a person like me to eat more than half of the cake in a minute only because it was so good to be true!
