Touch Meme / Not Accepting (Accepting somewhat selectively since it’s old) ➜ Play with mine’s hair

Claws tenderly fidget with the other's blond braid, head tilted to the side in mild curiosity. Despite the sharp talons they wield, their touch is... soft. Gentle. Hesitant? "... seeing your hair reminds me of when mine was just as long. Part of me misses it. Sometimes." A pause.. and they withdraw. "S-sorry. I... hope you didn't mind." Pink eyes glance away as the warmth gathers in their cheeks. "... I couldn't resist-"

Getting through those tall walls that Lio had firmly placed around themselves meant that moments like this were increasingly more common, the two of them simply enjoying the warm weather that was characteristic of spring now that peace had seemingly come across the nation. Although Lio’s home base seemed to be more centered in Liyue, Aether could understand the call that one’s own home nation carried and was more than happy to bring the other back to Inazuma on a return trip for just spring festivities. 

They were in a conversation about the different ores that they might collect before leaving here again, over a small lunch of tea and various finger foods when the traveler felt a careful touch at the end of his braid. He long knew the strength that those claws were capable of - from weapon creation to just plain combat, to say that Lio was soft was an understatement. Yet it was moments like this that he cherished, patient smile over his lips as he simply listened to what the other said. 

“Always miss it when it’s different, right? I haven’t had short hair in the longest, but I gotta admit, I miss having it at times too! This gets in the way sometimes... and washing up can be a tasks sometimes.” He joked, gentle as he watched Lio withdraw. Slowly, he reached forward to take one of the other’s hands in his own and brought it back over to his braid. 

“I don’t mind. Go ahead - growing back hair’s a bit of a task so I don’t mind lending you this experience for now!”

☒ Is there any sort of behavior towards your muse (ic or ooc) that you simply cannot stand?

Generally...I guess it’s more of a pet peeve than more of a behavior towards my muse. I’m blessed of playing a mix between a canon and an original character, so I get the benefits of each side of the spectrum...but the concept of no pre-established relationships with canon characters (especially the ones from Mond.) is something that really turns me off.

Sure. I get if a muse is not from Mondstadt, we can have the whole meet and greet, who are you, etc. game but...for those who live or have been to Mondstadt once or twice I’d like Huffman and the muses to be on at least acquaintance level relationship. We can have the whole awkward moment of Huffman remembering them but they struggling to remember them. It’s like life, and Huffman won’t take any offense okay...I just...(*huff*)

But here’s the time that I feel like I’m trying to put myself on a pedestal now, but as a person who likes pre-established relationships I make it a point to look at other muse bios to see if the muse has stepped foot in Mondstadt or not. And what they have done in Mondstadt since it’s very vital for Huffman to know. He’s the kind of person who remembers anyone and everyone and makes an effort to remember them.

So it’s jarring when a muse who has been to Mondstadt doesn’t know anything about Huffman at all that really...is just...kinda disheartening? But, I understand Huffman isn’t a notable person, and easily forgettable. I get it. That happens in real life...but... (*sighs*) ...It just hurts when I have to start a relationship from scratch with a muse-partner who has spent a good time in Mondstadt and not have run across Huffman once or twice. You know?

Note: I don’t mean we HAVE to have a pre-established relationship. If it makes sense that they don’t know, I understand and can work with it. Just depends on muses and stuff.
