My LDR partner and I can only communicate over email until his phone is fixed (it had to be shipped out to be repaired). I'm struggling with the change emotionally.

Decided to try some shufflemancy for some guidance on what the healthiest way to handle the situation would be. I landed on the song I chose to represent judgement...... The way I'm interpreting this is that right now is an important moment for me. Judgment, to me, is about choices and self reflection. Do my actions align with my values?

I believe that the current moment is a challenge that I can rise to. I'm repeating to myself "I'll be okay; I'll prove it." My spite is one of my better traits when I use it right, and I'm trying to tap into that and harness it.

I have my (second) therapy appointment with my new therapist tomorrow and I'm going to try to carry this with me and make the most of it. I hope that this mindset and my work with her will, together, get me through this.
