If they tell you that they miss the old you, it means they miss the version of you that they feel comfortable with.

They don't like it that you've grown as a person. Reverting back to their comfort zone doesn't solve issues and kills all emotional intimacy.

Quick shoutout to this bottle of goodness! My husband was snoring (like, "are you a grease fire, cause i want to smother you right now" snoring) I keep this next to my bed for good reason.
