As you can see, where Dissonance was the fusion of FFJAU!Fix-It Felix Jr and FFJAU!KC, or Kane Candy, Distress is the fusion of FFJAU!Felix and FFJAU!Turbo. This fusion has the exact same instabilities as the former fusion, however, Distress comes with a more emotional burden.

Shall we let the people here know the colors of Cassette?

Again, I know that there's a digital drawing of them (it's literally this blog's pfp), but.... Hm.... I can't seem to think about anything else to say. 😅

No problem!

Cassette is a queer-gender fusion that leans slightly to the masculine side. Their short hair is dark grey on top with a black shaved underside. Their eyes have yellow sclera and their eyes are black- the starry pupils in the center are also yellow like the scleras. Their skin is Turbo’s pale-grey flickered with freckles along their cheeks and shoulders, although they have Dib’s skin tone on their third arm. Despite having Dib’s skin tone, the third arm actually belongs to FFJAU! Turbo; Dib has more control over the two main arms.

As for apparel, they wear white, round-framed glasses. They were a greener version of Turbo’s worn down racer suit, which is attached to part of a red version of Dib’s Zant outfit. On their third arm, they wear a bracelet designed after the shoulder plates of the Zant outfit, which is white with red outlines and a garnet encrusted into it. As for the legs of the outfit, which aren’t visible in the digital image, the main parts of the fabric are the same greens as the suit, but on the ankles are striped red and black socks. Their shoes are fashioned after those on the Zant outfit, and they are the same dark red as their altered robe.

Okay, info about Cassette!

So for starters, Cassette is the fusion between @dib-thing-wannabe's persona and my Fix-ItFelixAU!Turbo.

So you may wonder first what makes Fix-ItFelixJrAU!Turbo different from the original. Well, in summary, where the original Turbo is an egotistical tyrant who attempted to murder Princess Vanellope, FFJAU!Turbo is actually riddled with the guilt and PTSD of having Roadblasters and his own game unplugged.

So what does a traumatized racer bring to a fusion with an already pretty nervous person? Double the awkward anxiety with a slight hint of sass! But mainly anxiousness!

Design wise, Cassette is pretty stable. Now they do have a third arm on their left shoulder, but that's only because FFJAU!Turbo's PTSD can't help but to manifest itself in the fusion, making it only slightly tense. Despite what the shifting skin tones indicate, Turbo actually controls the third arm while Dib has the main arms. Cassette also has a light scar on the left of their forehead- where FFJAU!Turbo has one.

Cassette also leans a bit more masculine in gender orientation. Their voice would probably sound like Sean Giambrone if I could imagine one for them.

What would make Cassette calm and happy?

What would make them calm and happy?

Well, FFJAU!Turbo hasn't truly been happy in decades, but what could make Cassette happy would probably be a very good nap. Turbo hasn't had a good night's sleep ever since his incident, but as Cassette, he isn't truly alone and they can rest peacefully. Maybe give them a comfortable blanket and/or pillow and they can truly be at ease.

Update!:

Dib helped add some ways to keep Cassette calm and happy.

Besides snuggling in a blanket and taking a nap, Dib would prefer for the ideal temperature around Cassette to be cold so they would have a reason to snuggle up in the blanket.

Then the two can enjoy a nice glass of sweet tea as the two read a fanfiction Dib likes. FFJAU!Turbo might be confused by the prospect of the fanfiction, but Dib's genuine enjoyment for it would carry weight in the fusion, so Turbo would be happy so long as Cassette is.

Plus, the fusion has a sweet tooth that can be appeased.

I bring Dib's dog, Precious, to Cassette.

Cassette as a whole feels their dopamine rise at the sight of the dog. The AU! Turbo is not an animal person, but he can feel the adoration for the dog through Cassette's other half.

Is there anything that can make Cassette less nervous?

There are quite a few things, yes.

Cassette can find a few methods or comfort items on hand to calm their nerves. They can curl up in a blanket, hum a soft tune to themselves. They will pace around the room they are in if they feel comfortable enough to do so in that space. They will take a sip from a drink to help ground themselves; since this is before Kane Candy, Turbo doesn’t know that Peppermint tea is the blend specifically that keeps him grounded, so Cassette will drink anything soothing they can find [water, milk, sweet teas, Tapper’s Rootbeer]. They might also fidget with whatever they are holding in that moment.

What’s Kaneko opinion on Casset?

I would say if this encounter were possible, generally, Kaneko has positive feelings towards Cassette. But there is also a looming sadness in those feelings.

The Neko side of Kaneko loves Cassette because her sibling Dib is in that fusion as well as the FFJAU! Turbo- who she cares for.

However, although Kane has nothing against Cassette, he can't help but to feel ashamed by being put face to face with a part of his former self. He had tried so hard to detach from Turbo completely, even completely changing his code because he couldn't stand to look at himself. Being confronted with a fusion starring his old self just leaves a feeling of dread in Kane's being.

Kane's dread is so strong Neko will be able to feel it while in Kaneko. Still, Kaneko would eagerly hug Cassette. The hug will be both comforting and saddening for the fusions.

Theresa in Charity Cremebleich thinks Cassette is such a precious, nervous thing. She especially has a soft spot for the Dib part of Cassette. Although, with her history with her world's Turbo, she is hesitant about Cassette's other half.

AU Turbo through Cassette sees Charity Cremebleich as an interesting character. He thinks the fusion somehow manages to be both a relaxed and an organized person very well. In truth, AU Turbo is also unsure about Theresa's part in the fusion since she in the Fix-ItFelixJr AU is much bossier and less friendly, but he likes this version of her.
