In honor of valentines day: What the Overwatch Men Would do for your Special Day (Anniversary or valentines day)
Genji: I honestly think Genji would give you a nice box of chocolates and do a couples online class, baking/cooking, or whatever hobby you may have that he has been wanting to try. Very sweet
Hanzo: I don’t think Hanzo would do much but I do think a nice bouquet of flowers would be there as well as a very sweet handwritten note
Reinhardt: In Germany, a very common tradition includes exchanging gingerbread hearts with written messages on them such as “You are my treasure” or “You are the best” or something to that effect. It happens during almost every major holiday
McCree: Classic American gift, a big box of chocolates and a huge teddy bear, like the ones you see at the carnival.
Solider 76: Old man probably isn’t very affectionate but I do think some fancy jewelry, that he picked out with the help of Ana, is a possible option as well as just a very simple rose bouquet.
Reaper: In Mexico, gift-giving is very common and Valentine's day is similar to the US. Reaper would probably gift you something you had been talking about for a while or related to a hobby you are interested in. Reaper would also be open to watching a movie and just cuddling for the day
Sigma: Definitely someone who I think would buy you a gag gift, tease you, and then hand you a real gift. It’s probably something space-related, or science related at the very least. If it’s a super big event like a 5 or 10-year anniversary, he might go all out with flowers and a home-cooked dinner.
Roadhog: Probably not used to having a significant other so give him some grace. Would definitely buy you a nice dinner and a nice card although don’t expect a handwritten note. He might not be the best at putting it into words, but he likes you.
Junkrat: Also not sure what is considered romantic but he likes blowing stuff up so possibly an at-home firework show. If he has a little bit of help from someone he might get you a stuffed animal like a penguin or kangaroo.
Lucio: Dedicated long song just for you. Would be down to do whatever you want today. Lets you pick any food, activities, or movies/shows that you want to watch or do. Just happy to spend time with you.

Roadhog x junkrat x male reader headcanons
Roadhog and junkrat were dating before they met you, and then you met them after you helped them out after they got kicked junkertown.
Roadhog isn’t a very pda person, but in private he’s normal about it. He hugs you from behind or kiss your neck while your doing something.
Junkrat is very touchy in public and in private with you and roadhog. Giving kisses, hugs, and just overall touchy.
You call “roadhog” mako and “junkrat” Jameison in public but in private you both call them babe or some sweet names.
Jamison and Mako both stay close to you in combat and when your doing anything in public.
You all technically live in a house in Junker town, but you all are usually on the run or helping Overwatch so you kinda sleep where ever.
Jamison does this wack-ass thing where he’ll just cup your face, looks you dead in the eyes, and just stop and walk away. He does it to mako to.
Mako is so fucking good at cooking oh my god, man is making four course meals and you both are very thankful for it.
Mako will throw his long ass hook at both you and Jamison and give you a tight hug every now and then.
Jamison uses forearm crutches when he doesn’t feel like wearing his leg peg.
You do Makos hair for him sometimes, he prefers if you do it.
Mako is from māori descent, so he has some tattoos under his mask, ask him about it and he’ll be happy to tell you what they mean.
Mako smells like men’s deodorant and Jamison smells like a firework.

New Year’s Eve
"Tonight is going to be so elaborate!" Junkrat squealed in excitement.
"What's goin' on tonight?" I walked over and asked him.
"Do ya not know what today is?"
"N-No."
"It's New Year's Eve!" he smiled.
"New Year's Eve? I haven't celebrated that since I was banished. Actually, I lost all track of time when I was banished. How do ya guys normally celebrate?"
"How Roadhog and I do it, is we just sit around and wait until midnight. Right when it turns midnight, I set off the fireworks! Other people have different traditions and such when celebrating New Year's."
"I see. Thanks, Junkrat," I said and walked out of the warehouse, trying to remember what I did with my family.
What better way than to ask them about it. I grabbed my swords from the warehouse before heading to the Wastelands. Climbing up the familiar sand dune, I found my house sitting right at the top of it, like always. Smiling a bit, I walked over to the back door to see my father was sitting on a wooden log.
"G'day, kiddo," he smiled and stood up, hugging me.
"Hey, dad."
"What brings ya out here? And without Odessa?"
"I wanted to ask you and mum somethin'."
"Well, come on in."
We walked inside the house and sat down, my mother coming out from her room and sitting beside me.
"What brings ya all the way out 'ere, Y/N?"
"I wanted to ask ya somethin'."
"Ask away."
"When we were still back in Junkertown, what did we do for New Year's Eve?"
"Well, before we had you, Y/N, your father and I would go out to dinner, nothing fancy, and we'd come back to the house to wait for the fireworks show to begin. However, there was this tradition everyone does if they're in a relationship."
"What's that?" I asked.
"A New Year's kiss," my father said. "Every year your mother and I would kiss one another in the same place and when we had you, we both gave ya our own version of the New Year's kiss."
"Which was both of us kissin' your cheeks," my mother chuckled.
"I see," I nodded my head.
"Ya didn't have anything planned for Odessa?" my mother said.
"No. I didn't. That's why I needed some help."
"Well, this is a good time to start your own tradition, Y/N," my father said. "Ya don't have to do ours and ya certainly don't have to do anyone else's. This might be a good chance to figure out what works and what doesn't work for you and Odessa."
I nodded my head. We began talking about the traditions my grandparents partook in before I decided I knew what I had to do. I said goodbye to my parents and headed back towards the gates of Junkertown. When the gates opened, Odessa was standing by them, waiting for me.
"Dez," I said.
"G'day, princess. What were ya doin' out there?"
"I needed to ask my mum and dad somethin'."
"I'm glad ya came back in one piece, but let me know if you're goin' out there."
I nodded my head and she wrapped her arm around my waist, leading me back to the warehouse.
"Hey, Dez?"
"Yeah, princess?"
"D-Did you have any ideas on what to do tonight?"
"What's tonight?"
"New Year's Eve."
"Ah, yes. I did have somethin' in mind."
"What is it?"
"I was either gonna take ya out for dinner or we make somethin' at home."
"Well, this is a good time to start your own tradition, Y/N. Ya don't have to do ours and ya certainly don't have to do anyone else's. This might be a good chance to figure out what works and what doesn't work for you and Odessa."
My father's words rang in the back of my head. I looked up at Odessa and smiled at her.
"Why don't we try makin' somethin' at home?"
"I'll be ok with that," she looked down and smiled at me. "I'll get some things to work with before heading home."
"Sounds good."
"I'll see ya later, princess," she smiled and pressed a kiss to my forehead, removing her arm from my waist and walking off in a different direction.
I finished working up in the warehouse for today. Junkrat was mostly working on the fireworks for tonight and when it was time to close up shop, he took his fireworks and ran out of the warehouse, Roadhog following behind him. Meri and Geiger said goodnight to me and helped me lock up the warehouse. I headed back home and when I opened the door, Odessa was in the other room getting started.
"What were ya thinkin' of making?"
"I was going to make somethin' I made for the people back in Overwatch. It's nothing too fancy, but everyone back at headquarters loved it," she said.
I walked over to her after closing the door, helping her make the dish. Once we had finished, we grabbed our plates and walked out onto the balcony, watching as people in the area we lived in started to get setup for a party tonight.
"Ya think a lot of people are gonna be out drinkin'?"
"Ya know it," she chuckled.
"Would ya like to go out and get a couple drinks?"
"Nah," she said and wrapped her arm around my waist, pulling me close to her. "I'd rather spend the night with you, princess."
I smiled and leaned into her side, finishing up our dinner. When we had finished up, she grabbed my plate and headed inside, washing the dishes before returning. She stood behind me, her arms wrapped around my waist and we patiently waited for midnight to strike. While we were waiting, we joined the people in the area and started to talk with them, having a drink here and there. The kids were lively tonight, which I was surprised by because of how late it was getting and when I was a child, I had little to no energy around this time of day.
When the clock was at 11:50, Odessa and I headed back to the house and leaned against the balcony, standing side by side one another.
"Junkrat said tonight is going to be elaborate," I said.
"I expect nothin' less from him," Odessa said. "That man is pretty smart when it comes to explosives, but nothin' else."
Finally, the clock struk midnight and bright lights appeared in the sky. They were the colors of the flag before it changed into different symbols. One of them was Odessa's emblem she had on her shirt, another was in the shape of Roadhog's mask, and finally, it was the symbol Junkrat used for his explosives.
"Hold on, princess. There's one more."
"What?" I asked, looking up.
The night sky was dark before one last firework was fired. It burst and then it was followed by a handful more, really lighting up the night. I smiled, watching all of the colors appear in the sky. Odessa reached over and placed a hand on my cheek. Turning towards her, I was met with the same smile she had given me the day I told her I liked her. Leaning towards me, she placed her lips against mine and I happily kissed back, wrapping my arms around her neck.
She pulled away after sometime and placed her forehead against mine, "I love ya, princess."
"I love you, too, Dez."

Not a full breakdown yet because this guy's kit needs some work, but the art is actually pretty decent:
This is Yanno, the explosives user of the cast, who's got a soft spot for fireworks. He likes the extra display of showmanship they bring to the fight.
(also it took me way too long after drawing this old art to realize that I gave him the exact same pose as OW1 Junkrat. Trust me, this isn't my least subtle Overwatch parallel)
Only reason he's not getting a full breakdown right now is because I'm struggling to figure out what to give him besides the fireworks launcher, which is effectively just a rocket launcher but more flashy. Rocket launchers are pretty much "perfect" weapons because of how many niches one basic attack can fill, even taking the role of providing mobility away from what'd otherwise go to another ability slot in a kit system like this. I had an old set of ideas, but they're currently less than what I consider good enough to talk about yet.

i may be a former junkrat kinnie but i fucking hate fireworks man. they’re so bad for the environment in terms of like pollution and disturbing the wildlife and they’re just fucking annoying when you’re not watching them. like u may just be shooting off a couple little fireworks for ur family of 4 but the whole damn neighborhood hears it. shut up!! it stresses dogs out too. we as a society need to move past fireworks.

im 100% not into overwatch anymore and like. was never really tbqh? like i enjoyed reading the lore stuff and rbing the fanart but i literally was in an overwatch game once and my spatiotemporal confusion got so bad i could not figure out how to get out of the spawning area. so my team lost bc i was the healer and i could not walk out. of the spawning area. bc i get lost in games and also in real life more than the average human being reasonably should. anyway point is im not into overwatch and stopped keeping up w anything regarding it years and years ago, but i did kin junkrat when i was 19 and i was in psych hospitalization and i was off my rocker 24/7 and i did literally wear like, beat up cargo shorts and go in the forest w my friend and blow up a piece of raw meat wed gotten w some fireworks. and ig i was so genuinely unhinged that the association of me and the character of junkrat just made a lot of sense to ppl, so its like, the one kinnie thing a lotta ppl remember about me even tho it was not rly one of the main ones i just had a p long manic episode once

Another general Junkrat headcanons with him being in a relationship (gender neutral, they/them)
I mentioned in my previous headcanons that I headcanon Junkrat on aro/ace spectrum since he's rather looking for friends/family, I think he could be demiromantic since he's like extremely friendly but oftenly push away so it takes him quiet a lot of time to actually let someone closer to him (and definitely not just cuz I'm demisexual cough)
Anyway:
He wouldn't be able to shut up about them around Roadhog, like they would be captured by police or smth and he would still talk about them while making dreamy eyes, driving Roadhog insane
He's already extremely touch hungry and clingy, his adhd making it even worst, so if they would be comfortable with his constant cuddles, he would make a second plushie out of them. Sleeping while hugging them, resting his head on their shoulder or lap, holding hands etc. seeking comfort. Like at this point everyone around them would already think they're dating by how close they are.
If they would confess their feelings he would be extremely taken aback, including stuttering and blushing, probably wanting to run away at first or smth
He isn't used to praising but it makes him extremely melt, literally it could be anything and he would be on the verge of tears
If they would start dating he would literally do anything for his partner, he would have brought down the stars from the sky for them if he could (he probably tried it tho, feeling disappointed when Sigma told him it's not really possible)
sappy cheesy old school romantic gestures or extreme stuff like letting explode half of the city in a shape of heart, literally nothing in between
His petnames for them: Firework, firecracker, spark, roo (kangaroo but shorter), koala (if his partner would be clingy), bombshell, ember, doll and more either sappy or creative nicks...
would end his first date with fireworks (which would get out of hand cough) or extreme gunfire as he thought it would be fun to piss off bunch of corporation omnics
Extremely overprotective, like if he would seen even small negativy towards them he would burst out in anger "How could ya even do this to my little gunpowder ya bloody dinkun?!" While yelling at waitress cuz she forgot on their order.
Gifts, all.the.damn.time. usually he either steals them because they reminds of them, including things he finds along the way, or he makes them himself which are either dangerous mess or super impressive
The only fancy thing he has for dates is one of those old black and white, short sleeves tshirt with fake smoking on it
Little spoon, even if they try to be the little spoon for once he just slides under their hands during the night
If they run out of energy they're just chilling in his super messy room/workshop, full of hardcore punk bands and Junker champions (including Hammond and Junker Queen ofc)/sketches of his explosives/stuff like his traps etc., blasting music in his old stereo while he's wobbling around or making one of his inventions, either way he wants them to be around him
If he finishes another invention he immediately run to find his partner to give him feedback, if its positive it gives him extreme ego boost and he starts proudly showing it to Roadhog
If they would praise him for his intelligency or his bombs he probably starts sobbing
Including if they fight for him when one of the overwatch teammates is mean to him after he tried to be friendly (blizzard why are u so mean)
If his partner isn't into the wild stuff as he is his second fav date is arcade nights and live shows (punk ofc)
Roadhog is still sticking around, especially during dates as theur bodyguard (he's actuallys Junkrats emotional support)
Do u remember that one meme from httyd 3? Yea that's them
He's not really good at words when it comes to serious stuff so if his partner is feeling down he waits until they stop venting and than gives them tight hug, after that he either continues with cuddles or quickly trying to build something from stuff thats laying around so he can cheer up them with a gift or he gives them sweet snack (that one Hanzo voice line ;-:)
Junkrat and Roadhog would be basically second family for Junkrats little firework, including travelling around the world, protecting each other, doing everything together etc.

Putting on my AC/DC shirt with my Junkrat perfume sprayed on it and listening to fireworks outside is just what I needed after the shitshow that has been the past 2 days
