Bez sighed as they watched another empty box of donuts, then looked around the station. There was so much that they didn’t want to deal with today, and another stolen batch certainly was on that list. Low though, but on the list. They sipped their coffee and left the box open, for anyone - including the thief - to see, before sitting down behind their desk. The whole naming business had the station in chaos, and with time running short, it would only get worse. Bez felt every hair on their arm stand up at the thought of remaining here any longer, especially without a sugary overdose.

They spotted Marcellus. “Marc, up for a coffee run?” they asked, quickly standing again - having barely been seated down in the first place. “Someone ate my bloody donuts, again, and I need at least five scoops of sugar before I can deal with this mess,” they said, as they got closer to the forensic, pointing around them at the station.

A groan slipped from the woman's lips as she sipped her coffee, the much needed caffeinated liquid hopefully taking affect sooner rather than later. She needed it to keep up with the energetic five year old currently bouncing around the park. It was only when said five year old went a little too enthusiastically down the slide out of the corner of her eye that caused Nora to whip around to call out, "Jace! Be careful!"

She hadn't expected to whip around smack bang into another's chest. "Motherfu-" Catching the curse on her lips before a child overheard her, Nora's eyes quickly darted to Jace, who was now calmly sitting at the bottom of the slide chatting to one of his friends. "I swear to god he does that on purpose," She muttered, huffing. Realising that she'd literally collided with another in her panic, she turned towards the stranger, only to recognise the other, causing a sheepish grin to slip on her lips. "Oh, god, Marcel-- I am so, so sorry, I literally took my eyes off him for like two seconds to sip this coffee and that boy is just--" Cutting off her rambling, she shrugged her shoulders. "Well, takes after me too much, honestly. I didn't spill anything on you, did I?"

"I think for me, baby, my biggest regret is not fighting for my relationship with Marc more. I mean I wasn't just like 'okay, bye' or anything when it ended, but thinking back on it, I would've done things different. Then again, I don't know if I'd be here in Lockwood if things had worked out between me and him. But now he's here, so really baby, you never know. But anyway, that sorta leads into what I fear losing most. I didn't expect it, but I love my life here in Lockwood. It ain't always perfect, but I love the life I've built with River and Fox. That includes running The Broom Closet with them. I don't know what I'd do with myself if that changed."

"I don't negotiate. You should know that by now, Marcel." Klaus sifted.

"No. That's true. That's Elijah. You manipulate." Marcel threw back at the Hybrid.

"You know that those wolves will not be able to do anything without the Strix witch." Marcel said.

"In all these years, Marcellus, you have not learned a thing. You see - my mother may be on the warpath to take us all down yet again, but she is family and we are her children - and when she finds out that her grandchild is alive - she will change her course of action. We will not need your Strix witch." Klaus said taking a sip of the Bourbon.

"Right. Suit yourself." Marcel said and with no further ado, left the Mikaelson compound.

"What was this?" Hayley said as she swished in from the courtyard.

"No need to worry your little head. How are the wedding preparations going?"

"All right. It's all set." Hayley said with a small gulp.

"Good. The sooner the wolves become immortal the better."

"Yeah - uhm- I talked to Jackson - he agreed to become a hybrid."

"Oh - he did?" Klaus was surprised.

"Yes. He is doing it for Hope. If we are both Hybrids, we will be much stronger. And we could protect her better - it's cuz we decided to live in the Bayou"

"You what?" Klaus snarled a little, displeased with the news.

"Yeah. I want her to grow up as a wolf -"

"Really - something tells me there is one other reason you're doing this! Elijah!"

"Well -" Hayley started but stopped. She could not hide that it was the truth. The Original Hybrid sighed a little, and strangely nodded, approving the idea.

"Right -" Hayley nodded a little as well, "I'm - how come you are ok with this?"

"I have no time for idle chit-chat. You should be happy that I am in a fairly good mood. Now, run along, I have things to do." Klaus took his phone and went to the balcony. He now opened the message inbox and read Caroline's text again. Swishing out into the town, he dialled the blonde's number.

"Hello, love"

"Klaus?! How are you today?" Caroline said.

"Never better. Things are finally looking up. Thank you for your help." Klaus said.

"Don't mention it. Liv is only doing it because it involves them. And because it involves an innocent - your daughter."

"And I appreciate it." Klaus said.

"Right. We will be in New Orleans for the Solstice then." Caroline said.

"I will see you then." Klaus smirked a little.

"I guess you will." Caroline said and with a little bye, she hung up.

A Stafford County grand jury indicted Dontae Marcellus Sanders, 28, on a felony murder charge Monday, The Free Lance-Star reported. The Weirton, West Virginia, man was also charged with distributing illegal drugs and concealment of a dead body, the newspaper said. Read more here.

Dontae Marcellus Sanders, 28, a resident of Weirton, West Virginia was charged by a Stafford County grand jury with a felony on murder. He was also charged with illegal drug distribution and concealment of a dead body. Sanders' victim, Ashley Nicole Childs, 28, was discovered by a passerby in a ditch in October and was reported to have died of drug overdose. Sanders could carry a sentence of between five and 40 years in prison. His next appearance in court is not disclosed
