Today wasn’t very productive which was kind of out of my control and also kind of my fault but hey ho. I had another driving lesson today and it definitely went better than last lesson which is good, we also went a different route which changed things up a bit. Yesterday was quite productive it was mainly a chemistry day, which is always great.
Some photos from today and from yesterday. I was going to post yesterday but I didn’t study when I got home after the revision session - which was pretty good. I took a nap and laid on my bed and chilled for a bit (the nap also made me end up sleeping at like 4 in the morning). Today I ran some errands with my mother then got back quite late and just did some biology flashcards.
Sorry I haven’t been posting a lot of original content, I’ve just been a bit all over the place. My study leave officially started this Monday and my first exam is in June and it’s maths paper 1. I’m feeling fairly confident but don’t want to jinx it. I’m most nervous for biology which is the next day but I think everything will be fine. I’m going into school tomorrow for a revision session and to collect my pag books so that will be fun. I also found out about a certain someone’s birthday plans that I probably shouldn’t have found out about….
Anyways I started the day off with some biology revision, I currently have a list of stuff that I need to recap by Tuesday since I won’t be revising day of the exam, I think I’ll be able to do it all it’s just really nerve wracking that I’m gonna be sitting the exam in 3 days times. I also did some maths revision, just some mixed differentiation and I also did some proof questions too. Afterwards, we had some birthday celebrations, my mum was asking me what type of food I wanted and I said greek food and my family (mainly my brother) delivered. I hope everyone had a great week and I wish everyone the best for the following week 💖
Another self induced stressful day. I only had one lesson since majority of my teachers were off, so I mainly did biology revison in my frees, speaking of biology I’ve done 30 minutes of revison this evening since I was not in a good mood so I’m very nervous for this test.
This weekend was very chill, I got a lot of work done and did some planning for the next couple of days. I also bought some more crocheting yarn to complete a project I started a while back and to start a new one.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend, just some more biology notes/revision. I have a test this coming Thursday also ignore my poorly drawn neurone :,)
Today I wasn’t very productive, I mainly did some reading during my frees. My friend kindly braided my hair which was nice of her. When I got home I ended up chatting to another friend for like an hour and then I made lunch for tomorrow because as of late I’ve been eating noodles at school so I decided to put more effort and made pasta salad. Speaking of food and school I bought a hot chocolate and really regret it, it wasn’t very good.
The last couple of days have been pretty uneventful just mainly me studying and finally watching some tv shows that I’ve been meaning to watch. I didn’t manage my time correctly, so I’ve had to do two tests this evening - I started at 9:30 and now I’m on my second test. All I wanted to do was read my book but sadly I cannot :/. I picked up catching fire, the second book in the hunger games trilogy so I’m excited to read.
I know it is rather late but happy New Years everyone!!! I took this Timelapse two days ago, which was very awkward to film as a small child came up and started talking to me. In this video I’m just doing some trigonometry revision for my mock exams coming up, I am very nervous but just got to hope for the best. Some exciting news, this post marks my one year anniversary on this blog!!! I can’t believe it has been a year on the study/book blog, so thank you all for enduring the agonies - I appreciate all of you :D
Today was a pretty calm day, I only had two lessons since one of my teachers was ill. In my frees I basically just did a bit of everything, my teacher set this topic test today that’s due to tomorrow which is annoying to say the least but I’m just going to finish it off in my morning frees tomorrow. Spontaneous poetry recommendation, my friend recommended I read Demeter by Carol Ann Duffy since she thought I’d like it and I did so I would highly recommend giving a read.
Yesterday was pretty uneventful, I did some bio pag write up and then ended up watching zootropolis. Today was very eventful, my school bus drove into a tree which was shocking and scary to say the least. Had a mini cry session, then realised I shouldn’t stress about things I can’t control and just did some maths practice.
Another stressful week that was self induced, I’m also in quite a predicament due to my disorganisation but I’ve found a solution so hopefully all goes well and in a couple years I’ll laugh about it.
This weekend did quite a bit of biology and maths revision, I also helped my friend with some BMAT revision which is kind of fun since it was maths.
Here is a photo of the cover I was referencing in this post
Which book will you read after this one?
So I’m currently really behind in a deadline, so I’m reading the love hypothesis. Afterwards I’ll either return to they went left or read a book I picked up from the library.
Do you remember the first book you read?
I don’t remember the first book I read but I do remember the sort of stuff I first read - I use to read a lot of roald dahl when I was younger, so probably something by him.
Share the playlist you listen to while reading.
Recently I haven’t really been listening to music whilst reading. If I do, I’ll either such on Spotify the name of the book and playlists come up and I’ll just listen to them whilst I read.
