not george in THB noticing lucy's sadness I mean at least to me he seemed to have noticed 😭😭 like like.. i want him
George SEES, and I love that about him so much. He doesn’t see what you look like, but he sees exactly how you’re doing and when you’re struggling and he CARES.
It's very hard to choose but, I do love this scene between Lucy and George. They Don't get many moments together and this being near the beginning of the series really sets the tone. They both open up to each other while finding common ground and interest. It is so important that they know they can express emotion to one another especially when they are living with someone as distant as lockwood.
The scene also showcases George is more than an awkward nerd, that he is happy to have a open conversation with Lucy and trust her with details about his past. In the first few scenes he is very dismissive of Lucy and this scene proves that he's not that rude, but puts up sarcastic defences when meeting new people, revealing a lot about his character.
Lucy gets development in this scene too. George is the first person outside of her home town that she talks to about her bad experiences and the people she's lost. As mentioned before, living with lockwood can be difficult since he struggles with being vulnerable around people and if Lucy had not spoken to George about this she mightve felt very alone with her struggles living at Portland Row.
Hi, I am brand new to your blog and F1 (adore your writing) and was wondering if there is a specific reason you don't write for George Russell? I don't mean this in a mean or pushy way, just curious. Thank you sorry!
hi hi ! welcome love, it’s a pleasure to have you here! <3 to be honest i don’t know why i never wrote something for him 🤔 i mean, i love him so much and i think he’s incredible… but i’ll start writing for more drivers and i’ll definitely start writing for him too! :)
lol PJ’s editing here is just too funny. john and paul with the heavy eye contact having a separate convo from the rest while George is out here having a good time, i absolutely love it.
