Idea for Swap Au: Mystic seller should be swap with the fox

First of all, holy shit this is my first ask/submission here on Tumblr- Thank you!

I was only considering this Swap at first! Then when I tried making some sketches, I REALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS IDEA

Since the Mystic Seller isn't rly an animal, I thought they should be 2 mismatched eyes under a robe, where you can't really identify what species they even are. So the Fox was already a great candidate for the Swap. Then I started sketching him next and in the middle of it I remembered the Kitsune from Japanese folklore and gave him 9 tails immediately

This is just a first sketch btw, I might make a colored version another time + I want to draw the Swap Fox silhouette a bit more triangular and add their Disciples

Trying out a mix of my own style and the game's. I can't seem to get Narinder to look quite the way I want him to, because of course that precious bastard cat has to be difficult. >:\ I was expecting the Bishops to be a lot harder to draw, but they were pretty cooperative. Ratau, on the other hand...man, fuck that little dude. I redrew him five times and I still don't like how he looks. >:[

I decided to take a few creative liberties with what Leshy and Shamura are wearing under their cloaks. Mostly because I find it funny to ban Leshy from freeballing down there, and also because I wanted to incorporate the many bandages Shamura has for their eldritch form in some way.

ALSO I GAVE THE APPROPRIATE ANIMALS BACK THEIR TAILS BECAUSE BOTH THEY AND WE WERE ROBBED D:<

Mystic Seller

Man, they really did just grab Narinder by the scruff the neck and was like, your problem now, careful he bites.

I was so close to hating this but I actually really like it xD anyway, Mystic Seller was another cotl character I've been wanting to draw, I think their design pretty cool.

At somepoint you can give them a name, I called them Gold because apparently I have the naming conventions of Pokemon Protagonists/Rivals.
