Man, they really did just grab Narinder by the scruff the neck and was like, your problem now, careful he bites.

I was so close to hating this but I actually really like it xD anyway, Mystic Seller was another cotl character I've been wanting to draw, I think their design pretty cool.

At somepoint you can give them a name, I called them Gold because apparently I have the naming conventions of Pokemon Protagonists/Rivals.

YOI didn't just give us actual queer rep in mainstream anime, great unique story, amazing animation and beautiful tracks. It also gave us some rare realistic representation of an anxiety disorder with Yuuri. That it can't just be loved away, that it returns in the most inopportune times, that it makes you irrational and blind to what's in front of you. And to people that didn't see the show, this isn't some fanon interpretation, it's pretty damn clear cut. If you haven't seen YOI, you definitely should give it a chance. The cancelled movie actually doesn't take away from the show at all since it was going to be a prequel and the anime ended in a pretty satisfying note, no cliffhanger or anything.

That post that's like "stop writing characters who talk like they're trying to get a good grade in therapy" really blew the door wide open for me about how common it's become for a character's emotional intelligence to not be taken into consideration when writing conflict. I remember the first time I went to therapy I had such a hard time even identifying what I was feeling, let alone had the language to explain it to someone else. Of course there are plenty of people who've never been to therapy a day in their life who are in tune to their emotions. But even they would have some trouble expressing themselves sometimes. You have to take into account there are plenty of people who are uncomfortable expressing themselves and people who think they're not allowed to feel certain ways. It also makes for more interesting conflict to have characters with different levels of understanding.

This is mainly a prompt list for myself, I updated an old one I found lying around in my files. and to clarify a few of these prompts (for my own benefit aswell)

4. 'Give Me A Knife' means essentially giving the character a weapon that suits them or is just really cool

17. 'Prop Pocket' what does said character carry with them

9. 'incorrect Quote' get an incorrect quote and make a drawing from it

7. 'Haunted House Scare' how well would they handle themselves in a haunted house essentially and would they be scared shitless or be completely dead inside or non-plused

I'll probably mostly use my own OCs for this but you wanna throw a chraracter my way feel free :P I'm kinda flexible in that department ish

not a day by day thing just roll a d20 or randomnise the numbers and see what you get or just pick a number.

Unlikely anyone will, but if you do use any of the prompts, I wanna see

"Is this all that's left...?"

I'm picturing him going back to Golden Cutlass and finding the aftermath of the take over still very much present. Broken weapons, trashed rooms, rubble etc. By then, it might have been ransacked with people taking anything that wasn't nailed down. No sign of his old guildmates (except one) or guild masters, it's lifeless.

So yeah, take a nice helping of angst :D

Vampire fresh from the hunt

(this is the second to last dice set so we're almost done)

ngl, little on the fence about this design but I still like it :D wish I'd gone for a fancier outfit and indulged a bit more is all. Aside from AUs, I'm surprised I don't have a vampire character yet xD

Oh well, pretty sure i'll redesign this one at somepoint

Not sure on the class but I picture them being an absolute terrifying beast when on the hunt then comes back like it was nothing.

A more in depth look into Mona's character design :D

Ignore the fact I forgot to tidy it up oops

Did a few adjustments to her design

- New mask: made it simpler so it's easier to draw, it clips onto her face

-Face W/O Mask: Still has minor damage from the escape, her optics are in disrepair

-Replacement Arm: she lost the original in the escape

- her voice box glitches sometimes due to the damage, her mask helps stabilise it better

-she still has data from her old job, nothing substantial unfortunately

- still wears tape around her right arm and hand

-doesnt really talk about EMERALD

- cringes at the ads still featuring her, may or may not have vandalised a few of them

- Gets excited over things most would call mundane/normal to them like fast food for example. Kinda relishing her freedom

All I have for now, got a pile of things to work on xD
