This scene was so significant and I haven't seen anyone talk about it. Sand knows about Ray's excessive drinking but not how bad it really is. In this moment he begins to understand. The brilliance of Sand immediately stopping while pouring the drink when Ray said that his mother drank herself to death. There was more than simple shock about this revelation. It was the realisation that Ray is doing the same. Sand looks at Ray and back at the alcohol because he understands so much more than what Ray said. He sees that Ray is in so much pain and tries to drown it all out in alcohol. Sand sees how Ray's immediate reaction to the fight with Boston is to open the liquor bottle.

With WabiSabi stepping away from artist management, and shifting to strictly production, I understand the general "oh dear what now" of it all, but I'm also so happy that many of their artists are staying together.
GMM and Wabi Sabi are corporate besties -- they promote each other's shows on social media, and in A Boss and A Babe, the cafe was "Wab Gaming" and the signs were in Wabi Sabi font:
I remember constantly thinking "Why is Wabi Sabi in this GMM show -- AND THEN! My boy Yacht showed up as a barista!
And he looked so good!
I am a little concerned about so much talent being under the same company, but I'm hopeful that Wabi Sabi will continue to work with GMM on production, and push them to be a little more experimental and a little more queer and to occasionally tell different stories. GMM has gotten a little closer to all these things recently, and I think a nudge from WS could go a long way.
I imagine that WS was very involved in making sure their artists that are pair-and-bestie branded got to move together, and that their existing projects continued, which I think is uncommonly respectful and considerate for the entertainment industry (especially with the recent horror stories coming out of other companies in the drama-sphere).
So, while I'm a little wary of the growing monopoly on talent, I am focusing on some of my faves landing at a company where they'll be welcomed, and where they'll get to continue to act and be promoted enthusiastically.
And that maybe GMM will up their game with the help of a production partner they already trust, and actors with enough experience to advocate for themselves.
ETA: I was worried about Cooheart, but I think he is independent now?
At the very least, he's happy for his friends, and rooting for Wabi Sabi to continue to be successful:

Does anyone know if the boxset is worth it? I know there's photocards and what not, but tbh I'm more interested in the behind-the-scenes content. I know Bad Buddy had bts content in their boxset, but when I looked it up on YouTube, it only seemed to be under 5 minutes for each episode. If it's only that, I honestly don't think I can justify dropping $100 plus again lol (damn you shipping). Because I can use the hoodie for like forever even if my hyperfixation ends, but I don't even have a DVD player for my laptop. So, anyone who bought GMM TV boxsets before have any thoughts?

I can't elaborate but I can tell the GMM is going to give a lot of surprises at the end of this year. I can see it and fans are just oblivious about it. They're going to put their golden boys together and you won't see it coming

Gmmtv is about to announce their series lineup for next year, what's your ultimate wishlist?
Oh man, it is so tempting to just answer with all my faves in new shows (and obviously I want that very much), but I'll try to be more specific.
Okay, starting with my big Pie In The Sky wishiest wish: Bad Buddy Season 2, Pat and Pran working on a project together in Uncle Tong's village, they have a proposal-off, and then start planning their wedding-- Pa and Ink sweep in and "help". I would be happy with another OhmNanon show, but if we're dreaming big, it's this.
Continuing to dream big: We deserve a GL from them. They've had side stories, and should-have-beens, and they've proven themselves with Zero Photography, it's past time they used their massive cast of talent and their budget and influence to give us a GL as well plotted and produced as their other content.
I'd love to see First and Khao in something else together, they are both incredibly talented, and their chemistry is great. I'd love to see Off and Gun in something again, now that they're together the added chemistry might actually kill us all, and Neo and Louis have shown they can carry serious roles, so more from them would be excellent, but this all kind of goes without saying, i think? Like, we'll probably get BrightWin and JoongDunk and EarthMix, and I'll be excited to see them in things, because they're great!
But I would really love to see some of the actors that usually get relegated to side characters like Pawin, Drake, and AJ get more screentime. And more screentime for their actresses in general.
Also-- and this is like, just me being straught up delusional -- since (if i'm not mistaken?) Perth just joined GMM, Love By Chance 3, wherein we get AePete back together and get to tell their story and I cry a lot would probably render me speechless for several hours if announced. (There were rumors that Saint purchased the tv rights to the novel? And he's independent/has his own production company now, so like *shrug emoji* But I would fully just scream and cry about it for several days.)
Also also, I want Golf to direct like, everything ever. (She has a few projects coming up-- like 609 Bedtime Story with OhmFluke -- and I am ready to be destroyed)
P.S. I'd really love more explicitly queer narratives, but I'm not holding my breath for it. Though they have definitely shown that they are more than capable of pulling that off beautifully.
What do you guys want to see from GMM in 2023? Please share with me!

Does anyone know what's up with GMM TV doing a shit ton of reruns right now? Have they done this before or is this new? I mean, considering that a lot of shows fully finished filming when some go on air even though they still have some scenes left, I'm not sure what the hold up is? It just seems weird to me that there is technically only one new show on air right now, and that we have a month left before 2021 and we're only halfway through the pilots in the 2022: Borderless thing. I've only started watching Thai shows like this year, so I'm still new. Tbh, I don't understand the airing schedule of GMM TV at all. Maybe it's just me and I'm dumb lmao.

look I just want first and khao to act… like I am not even talking about cp and them being paired in a bl.
khao was praised for his acting both by his colleagues and directors lately and he doesn’t even get a supporting role?? logically I know fkt will get a show and we will see them in part 2, but I am genuinely upset that two really good actors are not getting many projects while some actors who can’t act to save their lives got so many.
