Hey there, last night I caught a suddenly tachycardiac episode. At the start from this recording everything seems pretty normal. BUT in minute 3 it starts to change. My heartbeat kept getting faster. Don’t know why it came to this “accident”. This was at 2 a.m. in the night. And lasted till 6 a.m. Not constantly racing, but never got under 90 and then again to over 100. My highest record of my smartwatch said 125 BPM (later that night) but it’s not very accurate. Often my HR is way more higher than my smartwatch noticed. I had no anxiety, no panic / panic attack, was very calm, breathed slowly all the time, tried ro rest / sleep but couldn’t. With this HR it was completely over. No sleep possible.

Question: What do you think was happening? Someone to count me out?

TW: arrhythmia / strumbling heart with extrasystole at 2:35

Heya, my heart is still strumbling and struggling. And I finally catched something what never wanted to be heard in a recording. It occured only when no ECG or recording was started, when there was no attention. So it’s not the only extrasystole I’ve ever had but the first in a recording. I have a lot extrasystoles a day sometimes if my heart is more over worked or stressed and that’s pretty easily this time without any sleep, stress, pain, heat, seizures, faintings.... lol Sounds very interesting and felt even more oddly. When my heart does this - and indeed it did yesterday - it feels like someone is grabbing my heart inside my chest and does squeeze it with full force into its smallest form possibly, squeezing very hard by hands in my chest. Ooof.. Usually this event hurts a lot. As hell I can say! But luckily this time no pain. (I’ve got enough pain without any sharp heart pain for many lifes - not only for one.)
