WEEK 3: value proposition

Hey! This is your girl heygrae and welcome to the week 3 of my journey towards having a successful start-up.

EUREKA. So the previous week, we came up with a witty name for our start-up that we believe is a memorable name for our potential users. A word having a meaning that embodies the mission, vision, and goal of the team’s start up.

Now for this week, we just continued interviewing our potential costumers but we haven’t had a lot of interviewees for this week, because we actually did work on the value proposition of eureka. 

The team presented it to our adviser, and with a lot of corrections, and critics, it helped the team improved the start-up.

WEEK 2: eureka!

Hey! Its me again, heygrae. This is the 2nd week of my journey towards starting our own start-up.

So previously, the team came up with an idea of having an app or website to help the students whose struggling in their college program, and that is an online tutoring app, interesting right? And oh, by the way before I proceed, we interviewed another seven target costumers this week! And this will go on through the next few weeks.

As we continue in working on with this product, we thought that having a witty name for this could be best. A witty and an unforgettable name to the users. And with a lot of brainstorming, and sharing ideas with team (by the way, its not that easy to come up with a name), eureka! its EUREKA. Our online tutoring app, is our EUREKA!

WEEK 1: online tutor?

Hey! Call me heygrae, and welcome to my weekly mini blog series in my journey, together with my team towards starting our start up.

Together with me in my team is Ms. Tanya Barero, and Mr. Mark Palconite. As we decided what our roles should be in our team, we took a personality test and have found out that I am an ISFP-A, Tanya is an ENTP-T, and Mark, an INFJ-A. Through this test, we’ve decided our different roles in our team. 

Since now that we already know our roles, we then conducted an interview to know what problem should we address and come up with a product from it. We begin the interview with our peers. Students from Architecture from 1st year to 5th year. And then, from the interview and a bit of brainstorming with the team, EUREKA! we came up with a product. An online tutoring app that could help these students.
