San Myshuno Conservatory

Okay so this was a lot i made for fun im not really a builder but this greenhouse set by @lilis-palace was right up my alley n i wanted something a bit fantastical 2 get my sims out of the house! I made it to be placed in the central park lot in San My, inside I put a lot of King palms and a little section for macaws to sit n perch. At night the rose fountain lights up with fireflies and trellises in back are lit with strings of light attached to the ivy. It's so magical I love taking pcitures of my sims here. I included what I could of the cc i used, the elephant statue is a bit high poly so fair warning!

I did my best to respect everyone's T.O.U but if i made a mistake please dm me to fix it. Thank you to all the cc-creators who made this build possible <3

welcome to another embraced addition of the new newcrest scheme. newcrest as we know it is dead, and latte da is proof! part of mayor alto's plan to encourage deep-pocketed san myshuno residents to invest in our humble town, the llama lagoon strip has been slowly undergoing an extensive (and expensive) modernisation! don’t ask yourself “who’s paying for this?” that’s not important, ask yourself “do i believe in the future?” the answer is: you do! and there is nothing more promising than yet another coffee chain opening it’s doors in a small town to sell overpriced coffee to sims who don’t want it. come down to latte da and taste the bitter future!

#THE FURNITURE IS JUST PLACEHOLDERS LMAO my actual furniture would be much nicer...#also We r ignoring the fact that i didnt have room to put a desk 😭😭 in my irl dream apartment there would be a desk in a little nook #i will perhaps finish this some other day.. whos 2 say #its also annoying bc its. an apt obv but even tho ts4 'has' 'apartments'. you all know what i mean LOL #also the ts4 apts are all fucking huge likee. and i legit hate the fact you cant build yr own apt building 😭😭 it legit means that if you #want to have an apt it HAS to be in san myshuno and like. man apartments exist outside of cities and also it gets rly fucking tiring to pic #from the same 3 ugly ass stupid layout ass apartments everytime u wanna move a sim into an apartment. but whatever #but no like i said the sims 4 apartments r all fucking gigantic but also shaped in such a way that its like. impossible to make a good floo #plan.... it sucks :[[#like i dont wanna live in a shoebox or anything but i dont need a like. 5000 square feet apt or whatever...#but ya this is missing some things id have as well just due to. limitations of the game. id also want to have a coat closet a linen closet #etc... i lovee little closets #and obviously id also have A closet closet bc as is nowhere for my sim 2 put clothes!#ill see abt drawing a floorplan for a more likee real life of what id want
