got any coach Jenkins hc? i feel like we dont know much about him... just his relationship with the vks!
Someone does a survey to find out who the vk's favorite teacher is. The most common answer is Coach Jenkins (some from kids who never went to Auradon Prep). Not to say he's every vk's favorite. Just that not many (or any I can really think of) who'd not like him.
He takes his teams out for victory pizza.
He is one of the few people who can shut the heroes, villains, and sidekicks up with a single look (one that rivals Lady Tremaine's).
He is good with kids.
I read a fic once where Jay met his family. So I headcanon that Coach Jenkins has a husband and at least one kid.
Ever wonder why we never see Mr. Deley after D1? It's because Coach Jenkins chewed him out when he found out about the mess with Evie (he also had Chad run laps at every practice until the season was over afterwards. Probably because he saw Lonnie's school of secrets web series not long before that).
I feel like he might have been abused/neglected as a kid or knew someone who was because he handled Jay (and Carlos) perfectly after their first tourney practice.
He loves his job and had a really good Coach of his own when he was younger who inspired him.
Coach Jenkins used to be apart of Auradon's big brother program.
He also once used to have a diabetic player on the tourney and fencing team so now he carries around a cooler with drinks and snacks at every practice and game.
His favorite colors are ironically the school colors.
He went to Auradon Prep when he was a teenager.
Also he's the jousting club's teacher and has known Ben since he was four because of that.
Coach Jenkins wasn't a perfect teenager (no one is, be honest. Everyone gets up to mischief) but he was always a good person. And unlike most Auradon adults we see, he's not a hypocrite and therefore isn't overly harsh to the kids when they fuck up.
He tries not to be judgemental when the adults fuck up but well. It can be hard sometimes.
He has a ton of baseball caps.
He was on vacation in d2.
He had a family emergency in d3.
Coach Jenkins remains in contact with many of his former students (especially Jay and Carlos).
He is friends and rivals with Tiger Lily (he went to high school with her).
He was a total hippie in highschool.
Can't dance at all.
Just wants absolutely all of his students to be happy and well adjusted adults, even ones like Mal and Evie that he doesn't interact with often.
Coach Jenkins used to have long hair.
His full name is Reese Alexander Jenkins (after his actor, Reese Alexander).
Man has a stress ball and lots of fidget/stress toys because he has a stressful job and his coworkers and a few of the parents certainly do not help that, thank you very much.
Also he was friends with Audrey Ramirez (Diego de Vil's mother and Milo Thatch's friend) too.
He's a bit older than Tiger Lily (in his mid 30s to early 40s).
Coach Jenkins has played videos games with the boys before.
Sometimes he has to stop himself from smacking his coworkers/the parents of the kids because they just make so many stupid decisions that it frustrates him. But he's excellent at self control so he's never done it.
He's a fun loving guy, like Jay, and way more laid back than his coworkers. But he doesn't play favorites with the kids and doesn't let them get away with everything because he knows that that will cause more problems than it will fix.

I think the worst part of my dad being dead is the little things that I still expect to be there. My brain is especially bad at properly putting things in timelines, and glitches often when I try to recall where I last saw something or how something last was.
I still walk through my front door and expect to hear baseball on the tv. I still expect to hear him ask what I’m watching on YouTube. I still expect him to tell me that we have a baseball game to go to this weekend, and that he’s just coaching this time so we’ll be able to do something fun.
I still expect to go to petosky for the round robin tourney for my dad’s league that took place around my birthday every year, and the past 7 birthdays have felt so, so strange without it.
It feels like his hands are the ones dragging the trash bins to the road still. Like his fingers are the ones poking little holes in little cups of dirt he used to grow the garden, instead of mine.
Sometimes my auditory hallucinations are of his voice, or his footsteps. Sometimes it feels just like his hands are on my shoulders, like he’s tracing circles on my back to wake me up like he did when I was a kid. Sometimes my brain pretends I can still smell him. Printer ink and his cologne and paper, like he’d just come home from work.
A lot of them are comforting, but there’s an ache. The feeling of something missing is really familiar when it comes to my memory, but it feels so much worse when that empty space is real.
Sometimes I hear the heart monitor flatlining. Sometimes I hear myself talking to him because the doctors encouraged it, I hear me and my grandpa telling him that it’s okay, that we’re alright and he just has to get better. I remember the last words he said to me, croaked from a dry throat. “I need Phoenix Tears”, because he knew I’d get the refrence. It feels like a prophecy fulfilled now, but at the time it was gallows humor, the same dry humor I got from him.
Sometimes he’s in my dreams and his face is nearly perfect despite my complete inability to visualize normally, but.. he never knows who I am there, and I always wake up before he recognizes me. Those I think, are the worst. The rest feel like comfort, like maybe he’s lingering.
I miss him. There are so many places where he still should be, and I don’t know if those places will ever feel whole again. I don’t know if I want them to be.

I’ve got my brackets in for both men’s and women’s NCAA tournaments where I have Houston and Iowa winning the national championships. The squeak of the sneakers gets a little intense but am looking forward to deep diving into the tourney and emerging when it will be baseball and summer again.

i typically never tag any of my headcanon/au posts with a character’s tag, but i just wanted to share this stuff i have for my own pokemon au i’ve been playing around with heheh.

these are the four “core” pokemon that i personally associate kuugo with by aesthetic/apperance and thus what he’s seen most frequently with by the general public.
the obvious cetacean aesthetic is a tie-in, lapras being sort of an exception. though i will say all of their benevolent/friendly appearances would probably be a considered factor in their selection, especially for kuugo’s overall public image when out in the field. (intimidating guy who ranks higher on a villainous appearance chart than his actual pro hero ranking is aided by friendly looking aquatic pokemon, basically)
g-max lapras is included because dynamaxing is my favorite battle mechanic that i wish they would magically bring back so in my personal au that’s the widespread battle mechanic. :]c

+ cetitan has additional importance when it comes to land-based incidences that obviously the other three can’t efficiently cover. i also will add that kuugo’s use of pokemon is not limited to these four.
with a presumably decent sized agency, i’m sure he and his employed staff have the resources to raise/train multiple pokemon (primarily aquatic obviously) and switch/loan them out as needed. also, i think he would have a soft spot for “not-so-friendly” looking water pokemon too. or something absolutely goofy on both a physical and biological level, like sharpedo or arctovish for examples.
+ going off on that, the okuto island aquarium functions just as irl aquariums do. public education, rehabilitation, etc. there’s also an additional program that breeds and raises the typical water-type starter species, and they will prepare newly hatched offspring before they’re sent off to certified pokemon professors who then give them to new trainers. :’]
+ not gonna lie, i really did consider giving him a shiny cetitan because of its near black coloring to further fit in with the aesthetic, but another idea i’ve had that i like better is a shiny cetitan that was rescued and is under the care of the aquarium for a lengthy time that kuugo will eventually use in battle sometimes when it’s back to full strength and is willing to participate. (a detail in pokemon i’ve always liked is when trainers are shown asking if their pokemon are up for battling, so of course this technically wild shiny cetitan is no exception)
+ i’m certain there’d definitely be at least one big-time battle tourney among the pro heroes, which i briefly mentioned in a previous post about this au.
with that said, kuugo and shishido have just as fiery of a rivalry in these tournaments as they do with baseball. honestly, i can see them organizing all-out battles outside of tourneys every once in awhile too if schedules allow it. the rivalry would definitely get the spectators fired up too, similar to when people watch leon and raihan battle in galar.
putting them both in a story arch involving kyogre and groudon would be pretty cool though. they’re basically like archie and maxie but without the desire to catastrophically alter the planet lmao.

1 - A 2002 Olympic Curling official in their natural habitat. Curling is very much a self-regulated sport, and with one exception (more below if interested) officials are there to answer questions that can’t be answered by the teams themselves, to record the score as reported by the teams, and to call for a measurement (which is done by the head official). In all of my games (~20 I think) I don’t believe I was asked more than a couple of times to weigh in on issues other then calling for a measurement.
All of the curlers treated us great, introducing themselves and thanking us, but like officials in all sports, we were at our very best when no one know we were there. The computer is for entering scores, and keeping track of time used by the team (in the old days there was a 75 minutes / team running clock, that rule has changed significantly (for the better)). In the notebook was a roster, including alternates and coach, along with a magnetic board that I used to keep track of where the rocks were on the sheet. Now days they have a cool overhead snapshots. The mic was used to confer with my counter-part at the other end of the sheet, as well as to call the head official if needed.

The exception - In curling there is a line called the Hog Line (link also contains an explanation as to why it’s called that), the shooter currently throwing the stone must release the stone before the front edge of the stone hits that line. If they do not, they are said to have “hogged the stone” and the offending stone is immediately removed from play. The longer you hold the stone, the more control you have, so teams will do there best to release it as late as possible. In the old days, an official sat at the hog line to watch for violations (that lone chair you see in the second picture is where that official sat). A few years ago the sport’s ruling body, the World Curling Federation, went to electronic sensors. As soon as the shooter removed their hand the light went green and as long as it was green by the time the rock hit the line it was good. This is a vast improvement, until it isn’t. In Beijing the technology broke and so they’ve turned it off and the curlers are back to the honor system. It probably won’t be a problem, particularly because most high-level tourneys use the electronic system so most players are conditioned to let go before the line, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see a few players get close.

Things that make sense once you know, but you don’t know till you experience it - The TV crew needs to practice as well. Which is how I and a few other officials (most of us curled competitively, just not well enough to make the 2002 Olympics) got asked to go in a day early and play a few ends (think baseball innings) so they could check lighting, camera shots, etc.
I usually played lead so I had no idea why I got asked to be a skip... Okay, if I’m honest I might know why they asked me. The 2002 US Men’s Curling team was skipped by a gentleman a dude named Tim Somerville, who while being a good curler was known to work in profanity the way some artist work in color. I was specifically asked to drop profanities frequently while I was curling so that the sound guys could practice bleeping them out.
We got to curl about 3 ends on Olympic ice (which was pretty awesome) and then, because I was the “skip” I was asked to go to the interview area and speak with my “close personal friend” Elfi Schlegel. All kidding aside, she couldn’t have been nicer and more lovely, even posing for this photo. I was asked to extend my cursing into this segment and I made her laugh out loud as a result. It was a fun day.

It’s hard for me to process that it’s been 20 years since the Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games! Being an official for Curling events (just Men’s and Women’s in those days) at the Games was a highlight of both my personal and athletic life. Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be posting some pictures from my time in SLC.
First up is my room (why yes I was in the military) and the view out my window. They put us up in dorms at Weber State University in Ogden UT (north of SLC) and right next to the Curling venue. It was supposed to be two to a room, but my roommate never showed so it was just me.

I wonder what kinds of statistics would be helpful in arguing that strive should be run best of 3.
I suppose at the end of the day the argument really boils down to longer sets = more competitive integrity, but I can't imagine a single sport or game where that wouldn't be true in theory. I mean, baseball playoffs are best of seven right? maybe that should be the new standard? or I mean, why stop there, like, the physical demand of playing additional matches in a video game is negligible compared to even something like baseball after all. set lengths could be whatever we wanted.
clearly though there's a limit where the marginal returns of longer sets is low enough that the concerns about the production side of things that the wwgg crew has been adamant about since launch would hold more weight.
last summer hursh went through and did some calculations to determine how many sets in a few large tournaments actually went through all five games, which was a pretty useful metric to have. I think it would probably be worth repeating that experiment now that people have had a year to acclimate to the various mechanics and character quirks in the game and more data just exists in general.
I think the most valuable statistic on that end that I could look for would be how many matches that would have been decided one way on a best of 3 format were upset by the end of the set, and also which round of the tournament they happened in. I'd suspect that this would be higher than at launch because of familiarity, but just looking over the notebook I keep of all our stream match results, there's definitely a lot more 3-0s than 3-2s in pools at least. in top 8 the longer format might lead to more upsets because of higher player skill, but that's not part of our programming block so it's less of a concern
the problem there though is that there isn't really anything to compare it to, since to my knowledge it's pretty uncommon for +r or Xrd tourneys to run best of 5. no matter what the data shows, it's hard to say whether strive is more or less prone to successful momentum shifts in the back half of sets than the games it's most often compared to.
it might be worth looking at other games that run longer set counts, but most of those do it for other sorts of reasons- marvel, skullgirls, and bbtag for example only have one round in a game, so the longer sets help compensate.
there's also a lot of other ancillary arguments that leffen stans throw out that boil down to the sentiment that strive matches are decided in fewer interactions than previous games in the series, whether through combo damage or the balance between the strength of offense and defense.
since we have a pretty huge backlog of match footage for +r and strive lying around it would probably be easier for me to gather data and draw comparisons here, but it's also dealing with stuff that's much harder to quantify. there's certain more concrete things I could look for, like the number of times a match swings from neutral to pressure to combos, but even that is something that's pretty wishy-washy
the true end of this saga is me ascending into cyberspace like lain and becoming a one woman baseball-reference.com for wnf guilty gear

It's sad stuff, I will say that. They were made during my teen rp days, so you know it was edgy, but even after fixing them up, it's still sad.
Tw for abuse and drugs (won't go into deep detail, but still felt I should put the warning up). It's also VERY long, and I didn't even include the possible recovery. I'll include it in another post, considering that would only be for the Symbol verse anyway.
Leroy has an older sister and a twin brother, named Leona (6 years older) and Leo. Their father was abusive to both the kids and the mother for years, and it unfortunately became too much for mom, as she left the kids behind when Leroy was only four.
Despite barely being a teen, Leona took the role of the caretaker, doing her best to take care of her brothers while keeping them safe from dad. During the years, she was part of a softball team, then baseball, was able to participate in a tourney, and won a huge grand prize. Since dad never cared for her hobbies, she hid the prize money from him, took the brothers and whatever little belongings they had, and bought a house with the help of a friend's parent.
It was then that Leroy wanted his name to be Leroy; not only to match with his siblings' names, but because hearing his actual name brought fear and trauma from the father. The siblings agreed, and thus, they lived their new lives together in their new home.
Leona continued to be the caretaker of the others. Leo tried his best to step up more as well, but Leona always seemed to have it done better, so part of him began feeling jealous and inadequate. Leroy looked up to them both, and admired how strong and dependable they were.
Years went by, and once the brothers reached 17, Leona decided it was time she lived her own life now. Yes, they technically weren't adults yet, but she would still have her name on the house until they were old enough to take over. She wasn't able to live life her way because of mom's abandonment, so she wanted to travel and experience the world's good sides. She would still come back and visit from time to time, of course! But it was time for her to make the most of her life while it's still happening.
Leo and Leroy worked hard to maintain the house in the meantime. Leroy even dropped out of high school and got a job in order to help, as well as kept the house clean and helped with chores. Leo, however, wasn't doing too well. He still felt he should be the caretaker, especially now with Leona gone, but he can't keep a job, he gets distracted easily, so he makes more messes, and he gets tired easily. His mental hasn't really recovered, and he started getting thoughts of "Leroy sees me as weak. That's why he's taking care of me and doing everything. Just like Leona.."
When trying to find work, Leo ended up encountering... not so good people. They claimed to do simple delivery services, and they would pay him good money if he did it. Desperate to be compentent, he accepted the shady job, and earned money for him and Leroy. But as time went by, he got more involved with the job, more involved with the people.. and got caught in their secret affairs.
It was a hidden cult, and they convert most people with the use of drugs, manipulation, and brainwash. They ended up getting hold of Leo, and they made his condition worse and worse. Leroy was worried about his brother, but Leo never told him about it. He would just go to the cult, do their orders, go home, struggle to eat and sleep.. until he never returned home.
Leroy waited patiently for his siblings to return home for years. Hopeful ignorance blinded him for so long, but it ended up messing with his brain. For instance, he kept a bedroom perfectly clean for them. However, he would sometimes try to open the door, only to believe that it was locked. His brain would make him believe that his siblings were behind the door, locking him out and keeping him away, so he would end up crying and begging for them to let him in. He hated being home because of how empty and quiet it was, but he didn't dare sell the house, as it would be "a spit in the face to Leona and her sacrifices".
Skip to Tsuri coming into Leroy's life and living together. Tsuri was fed up with these breakdowns, so he did some research on where the hell his siblings went. With Naomi's help, he was able to quickly travel to where Leona was living.. and found she got into some trouble of her own. She got involved in gang shit against her will, and now she's stuck as their bitch until she's dead. Nowhere to escape, and having her hooked to their addictions, the reason she never returned home was because they would kill them all. Leroy and Leo's life is better with her here, away from them.. let them be happy..
Except they weren't. Leo was more or less worse. He was hardly himself anymore. Completely devoid of personality and thought, he was a walking mummy that did whatever the cult wanted. He hardly reacted when hearing Leroy's name. He was lifeless, only moving by whatever fumes they forced through his lungs.
Tsuri never told Leroy about this. If he did, he knew Leroy would try and find them, and it wouldn't work out as well as they would want. Even though it hurt, it was better to let the family go..

DEMON. you may not have deserved the pain but what about us?? YOUR KIDS??”#“YOU LEFT YOUR OWN KIDS TO MAKE YOUR OWN FAMILY?!!”#but that got mom to panic and threaten to call the police#so Leroy left in tears. cursing her to hell#the only good news is that dad is dead. Tsuri killed him pretty early in his and Leroy's life together

As to be expected, Milano was instantly trashed on X — which she predictably used to attempt to paint herself as the victim, whining about paying for the teams's uniforms, birthday parties, cupcakes, and such.
Enter, OutKick founder Clay Travis, who's also a sports journalist, radio host, and lawyer. Being the fine upstanding gentleman he is, Travis stepped up to the plate and picked up the tab on the remaining balance of the team's $10,000 goal: $794.
But Clay being Clay — and I say that as a fan with great respect for the guy — he jabbed Milano with one hilarious condition.

Pairing: Fratboy!Wanda Maximoff x Fem!Reader
Word Count: 1.8k
Warnings: Alcohol, kissing, drugs. (I think that's it lemme know if I missed anything)
Author's Note: SURPRISE! This idea came up in my mind simply because I couldn't get fratboy! Wanda out of my head. It's probably rough as I wrote most of it on my phone. Probably spelling and grammar mistakes. Anticipate more parts at some stage, I just don't know when.

You somehow ended up at a frat party with your group of friends…. Not somehow because a handful of your friends was in the frat, they always begged you to go to parties so you pleased them and went every time you could. Albeit there was a lot of people you didn’t know but hey you were all college students going to parties and getting drunk was what you did. However, this party felt different and you couldn’t figure out why. You knew the head of the frat was the twins, Pietro and Wanda Maximoff to be exact.
You were just relaxing in the garden out back with Natasha and her girlfriend Maria Hill, having some beers and relaxing from all the studying and stress. It always felt like someone was staring at you, but, you couldn’t see anyone staring whenever you turned around. Natasha seemed to notice you were fidgety and nudged you with her elbow “hey L/n you alright?” You glanced up at her and nodded “yeah totally probably just the alcohol getting to me.” From behind you heard one of the twins shout “hey Romanoff beer pong tourney, grab a partner!” She turned her head to Maria and raised her eyebrow and Maria immediately shook her head “not tonight Nat I’m way too drunk to win this tourney with you.” Natasha instinctually turned towards you “what about you L/n? You up for taking down the competition?” you downed the rest of your beer and nodded “let’s do this, nothing wrong with getting a bit drunker. Also, we were great beer pong partners before why not claim that title again Romanoff.”
You threw your bottle into the bin as you walked into the house again. As you were setting up your beer pong table you never noticed the two twins staring at you hard and Wanda whispered to Pietro “Piet, who’s that girl with Natasha?” He looked at his sister suspiciously “Wands that’s Y/n L/n, she’s been here quite a lot before, I don’t know how you only noticed her now. She and Natasha were great beer pong players but stopped playing together once Nat got with Maria. Wanda just hummed in response and mumbled “hopefully we get to play against them then.”
As the night went on you and Nat were basically unbeatable in beer pong, Nat’s baseball cap somehow ended up on your head and you wearing it backwards. Whenever you both had won you both jumped and ran around the house and high fived. Once you both had calmed down Maria would kiss Nat in celebration and good luck for the next round. It was only once the Maximoffs had kept eyes on you they realised just how good you and Nat were as a pair. The twins started mumbling underneath their breaths “fuck.” You were somehow still standing maybe it was due to the glasses of water you were downing between rounds and making sure Nat was as well.
The guy that everyone knew liked Wanda kept coming up to her and kept flirting with her but Wanda was having none of it she was too enamoured by you tonight. She was wondering how she never noticed you before. Looking at you, she would’ve thought you were a quiet student who wouldn’t go out of her way to parties...especially frat parties. Vision started kissing Wanda but she turned so when she looked over his shoulder she could see you. Just as Wanda started pulling away from Vis, to her you had somehow poured a drink all the way down the front of your white shirt and could see the outline of your black bra and her breath hitched and walked back to Pietro. Pietro gave her a knowing smirk “so you and Vis huh?” she immediately shook her head “not even remotely gonna happen if that kiss was anything to go by, besides I think he just wants me because I’m one of the leaders of this frat.”
Pietro nodded and hummed agreeing. Pietro cleared his throat “come on let’s get back to the tourney and we have one pair left to play.” Wanda’s head whipped around to her twin “who?” Pietro smirked and pointed over at you and Nat “them.” Pietro and Wanda smirked.
You and Natasha were basically sitting on the floor from laughing, to anyone else it’d look like you spilt the drink all down your front but actually, it was Natasha that chucked it at you to try and wake you up because you were getting sleepy. “Come on sleepyhead, we have one more pair to play and that happens to be the Maximoffs then we can get you home and sleep.” You stared up at her with your eyes narrowed “who’s these Maximoffs you speak of?” Natasha looks across at you “y/n/n you can’t be serious, they’re the head of this whole frat an….” Just as Nat was going to continue she got interrupted “we would be those Maximoffs she speaks of.” You lean your head back more and exclaim “oh you two guys! I’ve seen you around before, hey!” Natasha laughs at you and helps you up “come on L/n we gotta show these Maximoffs who the superior pair is!” You hear the pair scoff as you stand up.
It was possibly the tensest match of the night. The whole party was basically circled around this one tiny beer pong table. You and nat have never been so focused on a game in your entire beer pong careers. Nat leaned over and whispered to you “I’ve never seen the twins more nervous and focused as they are right now.” You glanced up at Nat and looked over at the twins and exhaled. You were twirling a ping pong ball around your fingers as you watched Pietro easily get it into the second last cup. You picked up the cup and downed it, once you finished it you threw your ping pong ball into their second last cup and the whole crowd gasped. Nat clung to your arm.
Wanda glared at you she threw her ping pong to get it into your last cup, it hit off the lip of the cup and bounced off the cup onto the ground. The crowd gasped and everyone’s jaw dropped. Natasha shoved her ping pong ball into your hand “you have to do this, you have to win this I don’t trust myself.” You glared at her and said through gritted teeth “Natasha!” She glared back at you and Maria winked at you. You stared down at the ball and took a deep breath. As you looked over at the twins you saw Vision come up and put his hands around Wanda to try to relax her but she just shoved him off of her as she kept her eyes on you. You held your breath and threw the ball and saw it land into Wanda’s cup and everyone stood there in shock. Wanda picked up her cup and downed the drink while keeping her eyes on you.
You jumped around in celebration with Natasha and she whispered into your ear “looks like you have an admirer.” You turned around and shook your head “not even close Nat, she has no interest in me.” She chuckled, “say that to her deadly stare.” Pietro mumbled to Wanda “told you sis they were a good pair before.” Wanda simply grumbled in response, then an idea hit her and she yelled “alright everyone out apart from the people actually in the frat.” You were just about to leave out the front door saying goodbye to Nat when all you heard was “and also the winning beer pong pair can stay.” Your head turned and looked at Nat and she shrugged, took your hand and dragged you back over to her. You were all sitting down in a circle. What was left of the party was Steve Rogers, Sam Wilson, Natasha, Maria, Vision (surprisingly), Wanda, Pietro, Bucky and a few others you couldn’t think of their names at this moment in time.
You were sitting on the couch with Natasha and Maria when Wanda came out of nowhere and squished in beside you. You glanced over at Nat and she raised her eyebrows at you and quietly laughed. Wanda threw down a bag of weed “help yourselves.” You leaned forward making yourself a joint leaning back on the couch with your head back smoking it. Whilst your eyes were closed Wanda was staring at you and subtly bit her lip when all of a sudden she said “looks like the quiet, mysterious girl isn’t so innocent after all.” you opened your eyes and Natasha started laughing and mumbled more to herself but Wanda heard her say “You have no idea what that girl gets up to.”
Wanda looked down at you and put her fingers onto your chin and you looked up at her and hummed. Wanda could see Vision out of the corner of her eye glaring at her, she smirked to herself and took a pull from her joint, holding the smoke in her mouth. You looked at her knowing what she was going to do, you opened your mouth slightly and Wanda blew her smoke into your mouth. As soon as that happened you and Wanda started kissing and both slid your tongues into each other's mouths as you grabbed onto each other's shirts. As you both started to pull away Wanda saw Vision walk to get another drink somewhere and smirked to herself. Pietro was grinning knowing what she was doing. Natasha tapped your shoulder “c’mon y/n/n time to get back to the dorm.” You looked between Natasha and Wanda knowing you could stay here with Wanda for the night but not knowing if it would be genuine and loving the added factor you’d be forcing her to wait for you and making her want you more. You saw Wanda raise her eyebrow, you took another pull of your joint and placed it into Wanda’s mouth. “Alright let’s go Nat.”
Wanda’s eyes went wide as you left with Maria and Natasha, after you left the rest of the party started to leave. It was just being left with Wanda and Pietro and he let out a boisterous laugh “oh my god I can’t believe you just got denied and forced to wait for the mysterious y/n l/n.” She held the joint you gave her between her fingers and mumbled “two can play at that game.” Pietro snickered “you can play that game, but I’ve never seen you so determined to get a girl before in my life, she’s different Wands and you know it. You’re gonna be the one going after her.” Wanda looked up at him and nodded “I know, it just looks like we’re gonna be throwing more parties and I’ll have to seek her out throughout the college day.”
Wanda went to sleep that night still having the feeling of your lips on hers and determined to get to see you once again. Needless to say, you were in the same boat you were wondering what possessed you to kiss Wanda tonight, but all you knew was that you wanted to kiss her and see her again.

I haven’t saw much hate for AC playing at a college but apparently there has been some. Imagine having the audacity to hate a team playing at college campus/field but not being mad two teams played on modified baseball fields for a whole season. KC will get a small pass because they came into the game so late but OL will not since they probably have more money than any team and played at that crappy field years.
Idk why there would be any hate or negativity surrounding a preseason tournament. This is just like when Portland would host their preseason tourney at the university of Portland. I frankly want them to save the Banc for regular season.

Ffffff holy shit ok lol. You are asking someone BIZARRELY well prepared for this question because, I have a Hobonichi Techo from last year and this one in which I make note of matches I particularly enjoy. So I’m just going to leaf through those for a second and list them (some are just throwaway undercard stuff that was fun, tag matches and the like...I can provide dates but probably didn’t always note events). Bear in mind that the dates are probably off by a day because it’s a Japanese book and with the time difference I get massively confused lol but it’s a ballpark to help search.

Anyway ymmv wrt to like, Kota matches, because honestly a lot of the decisions they made with him = I have basically not watched one of his in over a year, and I’ve been sleepwalking through the matches for that bastard frankenstein title that killed the ones I loved as well 😩
