Yo! Overthinking at 3am made me theorize about Donnie and how a certain injury might have become a key part in saving the world!

Firstly, let's talk about Shredder's energy, particularly about how it's pink.

Karai's flashbacks to her father meeting an "oni" reveal that the Shredder armor was created by the Kraang. So Shredder's energy is basically raw Kraang energy, without the centuries Yokai have spent molding it into what's now called "Mystic".

You remember the Shredder fight at the docks where he clawed right through Donnie's battleshell, right?

After the fight's over, the claw marks on his shell are glowing pink, like Shredder's Kraang energy.

I doubt Donnie designed the insides of his battleshell to glow a bright pink, especially when it's so heavily damaged. I believe it could be the residual energy from Shredder's attack interacting with an open wound that attack caused.

What if it's Donnie's mystic energy fighting off the foreign pink energy, like an immune system fights a disease? And like an immune system creating antibodies to keep that disease from taking hold again, he became resistant or even immune to Kraang infection after he healed?

Maybe this is how Donnie was able to pilot the Technodrome with little-to-no struggle for control. His body came prepared with a resistance/immunity that prevented the Technodrome from rejecting or kraangifying him instead.

Because if they were biased this doesn't count and if they weren't knowingly biased they probably were unconsciously biased, woke media affects so much these days. Have there been any other studies on this? Because if there haven't been this could be an outlier and if there have been and they all agree that's a bit odd, why aren't there any outliers, and if there have been and any disagree we really won't know the truth until we very thoroughly analyze them all, will we? Were there enough subjects for a good sample size? Did every single subject involved stay involved through the whole study because if they didn't we should be sure nothing shady was going on resulting in people dropping out. Are we 110% sure all the subjects were fully honest and at no point were embarrassed or afraid to admit they didn't love transitioning to the people in charge of their transition? Are we 110% sure none of the subjects were manipulated into thinking they were happy with their transition? In fact we should double-check what they think with their parents, because if the subjects and their parents disagree it's probably because they've been manipulated but their cis parents have not and are very unbiased. How many autistic subjects were there because if there weren't enough then this doesn't really study the overlap between autistic and trans and if there were too many then we just don't know enough about what causes that overlap to be sure this study really explains being trans and isn't just about being autistic. How many AFAB subjects were there because if there weren't enough this is just another example of prioritizing AMAB people and ignoring the different struggles of girls and women and if there were too many how do we know sexism didn't affect the results. Was the study double-blinded? We all know double-blinded is the most reliable so if this one wasn't that's a point against it even if the thesis literally physically could not be double-blinded. Look i'm not being transphobic, i want what's best for trans people! Really! But as a person who is not trans and therefore objective in a way they cannot possibly be, i just think we should only take into account Good Science here. You want to be following science and not being manipulated or experimented upon by something unscientific, right?'

Which potentially qualified her for a KIA status, meaning that there was a funeral, there was a memorial in her name somewhere, That they likely reduced funding to the program and just fucking left her out there, because there was such a slim chance that she survived that they couldn't justify the money/time/energy to bring her back.

AND that means that she spent longer time in the Isolation chamber because nobody though that she would come back, so they had a lot mroe work to do once they saw the sorry state she was in, as far as creating an accelerator that would work for her. Imagine months, maybe up to a year, being stuck in one glass tank, with very little privacy, very little communication, and very little freedom. AND floating in and out of the timeline. God I love her so much.

I... hate what my life has become. I am so tired. I am spending the first bit of free time without my partner ive had in weeks sitting here being upset about them instead of being able to enjoy my freedom from them because I know this wont last forever. One of those people being their roommate.. I guess ex roommate now. They moved in to our house because their old roommate, after sleeping with them many times, was being a huge fucking dick and I decided to be their safe haven from him??? As if like, them making bad decisions with him wasnt the whole problem right now anyways. Not my problem to fix, but here I am living with them and being miserable all the time now because of it. Like. CASSANDRA CAIN MY LOVE!!! She's definitely the batgirl I've read the most in terms of full issues, the first 30-ish issues of her solo by Kelly Puckett Scott Peterson and Damion Scott had me hooked and I binged them but fell off after Horrocks came on (nothing against him, he was just given an editorial mandate to make the book more romance focused and it turned me off because it felt so ooc for Cass to me lol. I do own some of the issues he wrote tho! I like the ones with art by Rick Leonardi). I'm not really caught up with modern comics (ish??) And I'm not reading anything dedicatedly but I hear she's in a new original book teaming up with a magic user? Neat! Good for her. I love her in the shadow of the batgirl graphic novel (IT'S SO GOOD)
