Welcome to KMOTD!

Inspired by the wonderful MikuModuleoftheDay, this blog is dedicated to showcasing the many different looks of the VOCALOID KAITO. The term "module" doesn't only refer to Project DIVA; it can also refer to designs for songs, albums, merchandise, etc., as long as it's official material.

A module is posted/reblogged every day at 12PM EST. To help keep this blog active longer, a new module will be posted every other day, while an old module will be reblogged on the days between. These reblogs will be tagged #kaito rb. On Sunday, instead of posting a module, I will reblog a piece of KAITO fanart. Feel free to tag me in some!

I love demo so fuckin much but i wish there was more both canon and fanon content for him that isnt just "haha funni alcoholism " like. Idk it super fucking bothers me as a kid of an alcoholic (now recovering and about 2 years sober!!!) like. I would love to rec the game to my dad bc i know he would loce the style and humor but hes also really proud of being scottish and i khow that the main characterization pf demo would probably bother him.

I actually have a ton of posts abt this (u can probably dig thru "#demoman tf2" asks to find them lol) but yeah I rlly think abt this a lot. I'm also the kid of an alcoholic (actually a pretty long line of them, I'm actually pretty predisposed to it myself because I also inherited all the same anxiety/neurodivergency/etc. problems) and I'm also aware of a lot of politics surrounding addiction and am invested in harm reduction n stuff like that, so my feelings abt it are actually kinda complicated. I don't like the idea that Demo being an alcoholic is, like, a "mistake" made on Valve's end that needs to be "fixed" in fan content - it's not inherently wrong to have a character who is an alcoholic or even really a comedic character who is one. I think there's a big trend in fans (especially white people lol) totally overstepping and "fixing him" by just, never mentioning it even in places it would actually be appropriate and just pretending he was never written to have an addiction. I think that's just another way of showing that you think someone can't be a Good Person(tm) and an addict. The other side of the coin, of course, is the INSANE prevalence of people who make it his one defining personality trait and often completely mischaracterize him by giving him traits they associate with alcoholism but that he doesn't have (laziness, aggression, stupidity etc.). I actually find the way he's written in canon to be. pretty okay? There's definitely times where it's Bad but most of the time I think it's alright. Even the "short, violent temper" thing (a trait he's apparently supposed to have? But tbh he doesn't really have in any of the supplemental material lmao) feels less like a stereotype of alcoholism (as fans will make it) and more like an ethnic/nationality-based stereotype (which everyone in tf2 is, so it doesn't feel specifically targeted) (although you can also argue that him being an alcoholic is also a nationality stereotype which like. yeah). Smth I think a lot of people forget but is actually pretty present in most iterations of his lore and also in a lot of his game/intro video dialogue is that he has some kinda trauma and his self-esteem is completely in the toilet. This, in my opinion, adds another layer to his addiction that while maybe not really explored in canon (because it's not that kind of media, no one really gets their serious backstories explored they're just established and then dropped for more jokes) can definitely be expanded upon in fan stuff. I know yall like angst! Stop fucking writing "angst" where you conflate alcoholism with domestic violence and stupidity and start treating him like a human being lol. Write about Demo dealing with or beating alcoholism, but don't write it like it's his entire personality or pretend it doesn't exist. It's a part of him, but not all there is to him. Sorry for the SUPER long response anon omg I love talking and this is a topic I specifically have a ton of thoughts on. Sorry if this isn't rlly coherent, like I said I have a lot of posts abt this topic. I might go rb some now just to clarify my opinions

Your question might have been rhetorical but I'm already on my soap box about this today 😂 personally, I would message the author and ask them to add a reamore so you can reblog it. Like I hate to be that person that's like "don't reblog fics without them" but like 3 times today I had to scroll through a 7k fic without one and it's frustrating and I don't want to be frustrated at a fic that I'm sure deserves nothing but love!!!

no i totally get that !! i have my shorten long posts thing on in my settings so i don’t usually see full posts like that but i know some people don’t and that can be really annoying to scroll through. that’s why i try to be cautious about rbing them but sometimes i forget and other times i have to debate whether or not i want to rb it anyway. but thank you so much. i definitely appreciate your response and i will be taking your advice :))

i totally understand being scared it will flop! my advice to help with that:

be sure to tag it correctly and with lots of tags! you'll see in mine i normally do a lot of different variations like this: (just as an example we'll use diluc) #genshin impact #diluc #diluc ragnvindr #diluc ragnvindr fluff #diluc ragnvindr x reader #diluc x reader #diluc fluff #genshin x reader #genshin impact x reader #genshin impact fluff #genshin fluff. i know the tagging system sucks here but i still think it's helpful to use a lot of them. as a reader myself i know i’ll use lots of different tag searches to find what i want to read

don't be afraid to reblog your own works and continue to reblog them as much as you want! i still rb fics from when i first started this account, i have a lot of them queued so at least one is posted a day that way people that might have followed you later on and didn't go through you masterlist can see them on their feed and rbing gets them out there even more so

keep your masterlist up to date so when others do go through it all your fics are already there to see! for me personally, if i don't add it to masterlist the same time i post it i will forget so i add it as soon as it's up

lastly and honestly my most important advice of all, write for yourself and try not to get discouraged if it doesn't get a lot of notes. some of my favorite fics of mine haven't gotten as much attention as some of the ones i just feel okay about and that's totally fine! i try to remind myself that this is my blog, my writing and i should write what i love and it's okay if others didn't love it the same way i did. i do get discourged by it and trying not to feel upset about it is something i have to remind myself about A LOT but in the end if you aren't writing what you love, regardless of how others feel about it, then the joy of writing can be lost and that is so much worse than low notes to me

I hate when people say it’s toxic to think the jm tatoo means jimin. And then you have those same ppl doing mental gymnastics to conclude that his tattoos are for all the members, and that’s the unofficial theory among army’s. I mean jk isn’t stupid; he knows how the jm tattoo looks like. Their theory also falls apart bc we know that jk initially only got the army tattoo, but later got the j on his ring finger (correct me if I’m wrong, but it was around when jm flew back to Korea for jk’s birthday right?)

Also, do you think that the reason he was able to get away with doing it was bc of the possible all members theory? I mean I wouldn’t put it past him bc he obviously put a lot of thought into the tattoos. Sometimes I wonder if jikook expected this and other things (like rosebowl, gcft) to be brushed off by so much of the fandom.

Hey Teddy, as intelligent as JK is, I really, but really don't think he did the mental acrobatics to come up with this theory, that people would actually think that ARMY and the J stand for all the members.

I will start with him having ARMY tattooed before adding the J, so if that was the plan, how come add the J later and not have it done together?

It just all contradicts itself. Because if the A stood for V that would mean that the plan from the get go was to have all their names on his hand, then why add the J later? Did he forget about JM, Jin, Jhope and himself? Yeah, not likely.

Then, that wasn't the plan to start with? So, ARMY was always supposed to be only army?

I think JK's plan was exactly what it clearly looks like, without the mental acrobatics: to have the J added on his ring finger over the M, and for it to be exactly what it looks like: JM, for Jimin.

This was about JM. It was about showing his commitment to him.

Do I think JK thought he could get away with it? Well, that's a good question that I don't have a certain answer to. JK pushes boundaries. He has done that with GCFT, GCFS, RB. He gets bold from time to time, to hell with the consequences. And every single time he did that the walls didn't cave in on him/them.

So, possibly, even though I don't think he thought up that cockamamie theory of the tattoos standing for all members, he might have thought to himself that people won't believe it anyway, that people will find a way to explain it off. And low and behold, that's exactly what happened.

Thank you for being my source of all things cockles. I have a question, I saw your rb about the breakup theory and I found it fascinating. Long story short, I have come across the rent house story at jib 2017? I don't understand how it's about cockles when Jensen said that Jared and Misha were sharing a room and he was away in another room.

Hey Nonnie,

So, that story was told at JIB 8 at the end of the j2 panel when Misha came on stage to start his panel.

The panel has been analyzed by some amazing people here and here.

Please read those posts they have been analyzed so extensively I don't believe there's anything more I can add.

But since you asked why I think it was about Cockles and not Mishalecki. I had to rewatch the whole video all over again and it gave me second hand embarrassment.

So here's why I think it was about Cockles and not Mishalecki:

Misha asks whether j2 held each other and cried at the season 12 finale when Cas died and Jared says he was sick the entire time they were filming so he doesn't remember much then Jensen intersects and stalkers through a weird attempt at a joke that didn't land. He tries too hard to make his and Misha dude bro moments and it doesn't work. Jared doesn't have to try, it effortless because there's nothing to hide. (1.20)

The second thing I noticed is after Jensen's awful joke, he pulls Misha a seat, offers him [Misha] a drink, Misha declines that one and Jensen drinks it then pours him a drink from the same glass he drank from. (Yeah friends do that, sometimes) (2.20). I'm establishing a baseline here, trying to explain why I think it's cockles and not Mishalecki, bear with me.

Jared pulls away his chair from Jensen like he's excluding himself from the pair (couple) intentionally. Says a lot. (2.20)

Once Jared starts talking the story and Jensen goes to sit down after handing Misha his drink, he whispers something to Misha and they both smile. Jared is oblivious and tells the very strange story that no one had been able to decipher because it's too complex and we know they are lying about something.

The way Misha's voice pitched when he was imitating Jensen asking, "how many rooms did you say this place had?" And how he says Jensen had woken up early to go play golf. So if he wasn't in the house and he came with Jared, how did he get up early from the house that they visited at night after filming? Make it make sense.

Jensen saying he was in a whole different room while Misha was in the his other room that he slept in while Jared was on the floor. I mean, why couldn't Jensen sleep on the floor and let Jared take the bed in the other room since he was sick. Or why couldn't Misha and Jared share a bed? It's rather cruel to let a sock person who has work in the morning sleep on the floor. Something is not adding up here.

After Jensen says that, Misha counters with, "you had been resting after what we had been through." And Jensen chuckles, shakes his head in disbelief, nods and says, "I needed it" Please note Jared whispering something to Jensen at that moment and watch Misha's expression and how he fudgets with the microphone.

Now what gets me is more what is not said than what is said. They said so much without saying anything at all.

Misha and Jared say they'll edit the story as they go and then Jared says Daniela is telling them time's up (go away Daniela, she's like the Bob Singer of Cons) but Misha continues anyway, Jensen looks like he's internally screaming "unbelievable" and he even rolls his eyes. But Jared ays "fuck it" and goes with it and joins Misha in telling the story

Jensen tries really hard not to laugh when Jared says, "we go back to Misha's place" I wonder what's so funny about it. Misha and Jared are stoic but Jensen seems uneasy and like he knows they are lying but they have to keep the secret.

Jared says how they drank and went to bed but Jensen intersects to say how since there were very few places to sleep.so they decided to stay up. But Jared contradicts him, and you can tell he's being genuine here, and says they stayed yo then went to bed. I love hmwhen a pretty little liar is caught in a lie. Oh the smell of deceit is in the air, why all the cover ups Jensen? What are you hiding? I think Jared knows he fucked up because he gets this "oh shit" look. He's not a very good liar is he?

Jensen talks about being in the other room And Jared asks "Is this the day of or the night of" so what I got from this is, Jensen slept in two different rooms during the day and at night remember when he said "Misha was in the his other room that he slept in"? Yeah this is so confusing but there are so many lies here.

Jensen doesn't let either Misha nd Jared talk as he makes annoying snoring noises and called Mishalecki animals. My question is Jensen, 1) how do you know Misha slept through the snoring if you were in the other room down the hall if Misha's bedroom door was locked? Did you try to wake him, or were you laying next yo him and you woke up when you heard snoring from Jared who was sleeping o the floor next to you two in bed together? The way he insists he was down the hall in a closed door bedroom then Jared and Misha look at him like "sure, Jan."

Now what I don't get is when Jared says he had been put to the test the night before and Jensen says he can sleep through anything. Sir, how do you know that he can sleep through anything? Also what did Misha wake up for Jared? We need to know. 😀 also why did Jensen look so happy about that as he leans his body towards Misha who is sitting awkwardly far away from him at this point?

What's true and what's not. I wanna believe. Me too Jared. I wan a believe.

What makes me think this story might be rehearsed is when Jared refers to himself in the third person.

Now this next part is my favourite. Jensen us way too far removed from the whole thing.

I think Jensen and Misha got a place for when they were filming and when Jared got sick and couldn't make it back home because it was late, they invited him over. That's why Jensen got up early to play golf. Then there's Jared asking "the day of or the night of".

The other thing is Jensen stating that stayed up so as not to address the sleeping arrangements but Jared forgetting what they rehearsed said they went to bed. So Jensen jumps on that gun and says Misha and Jared shared Misja's other room that he slept in but Jensen was in another room? The room they didn't talk about much...sure Jan.

This got way too long. I honestly believe that Jensen shared the bed with Misha and Jared slept beside them on the floor and that's why Jensen knew Misha was sleeping in a locked room and he heard Jared snoring to the point of him waking up and wondering how Misha was sleeping amidst all that snoring.

I also find it weird that they let their sick friend sleep on the floor. Doesn't add up. It would've made more sense if Misha or Jensen gave Jared the bed and they slept on the floor or sofa or shared a bed if they are so straight, right? But no they apparently had different rooms but they were not enough rooms. What's the truth Jensen?

The thing that I don't get is the "He can sleep through anything. He had been put to the test the night before." "He woke up for..." "when you nudged him..."

The other thing I find suspiscious is how Jensen is removed from the story in the morning. Misha and Jared were fighting over the phone and laptop. So where was Jensen? He inserted himself to say that he was having coffee looking at them but I don't know, sounds vague.

Now the most suspiscious thing is the porn thing. Jared says Misha was in the shower. Jared was upstairs watching t.v. If he was with Jensen, he would've said so. The most peculiar thing is that he happened to land on a porn site that had a "boys in the shower scene" at the exact time Misha was in the shower? What are the odds. He then says it was "boys and their butts" I find this whole thing strange. Then the way Misha says it was very very very very graphic bathroom sex. I mean what was so graphic about the sex that it needed all those superlatives? Unless he was actually experiencing it. Also, Jensen's reaction here seems like he is remembering somerhing he shouldn't and he is not happy that his friends are talking about it. Also his "that peeked your interest?" When Jared mentions Boys in the shower is weird. Jensen doesn't mention where he was when Misha was showering or Jared was watching the porn.

To reiterate my point, when Jared says he subscribed because there was an offer or something, Misha said it was a monthly subscription, Jared agrees but Jensen insists it was an annual subscription. I mean he wasn't there unless he was. I think that the very graphic bathroom sex was Jensen and Misha, Jared heard them and decided to exert revenge. So he made a gay porn subscription under Misha's name.

I always forget that my headcanons and pairings exist only in my head and in some (ok in most) of my drawings, so when it comes to comments or rb tags like 'wow cute rarepair' or 'cool interpretation' (that's very sweet anyway), I COME BACK TO REALITY AND REALISE THAT PEOPLE DON'T READ MY MIND, AND THE CHARACTERS I DRAW - IN CANON THEY ARE JUST SOME ARCHETYPES OR EPISODIC CHARS OR APPEAR ONLY FOR A FEW MOMENTS

I can't believe I should probably share my thoughts on them and not just randomly add more headcanons in their designs or behaviour

DD is clearly already preparing for the World Cup and Coman seems to be an option he wants to install there. He wasn't just trying it to try it. He never does things for the hell of it. Tbh, and believe me, I hate to say this, but I think this might be the last we see of Benjamin at the NT because like DD kinda defends and claims he believes in his capacities to play this role but then he does this. Idk, I guess it just honestly wouldn't surprise me if next time he calls that player Clauss that a certain amount of people seem to be dying to see in the team. Especially, considering that contrary to last month, DD seemed to not close the door to calling Clauss some day, and then, when you add to that that people (some of them in the media) have been calling for Benjamin to get sacked...

It makes me sad for him. He's already not going through the best phase in his career, fans of both club and NT have pretty much all joined the hate train, now he's even getting booed (because yes he was being booed during his short appearance), he doesn't really have his nt teammates' support for this role according to l'équipe (it's l'équipe so I take this one with a grain of salt), then there's the fact that his new coach at the club doesn't seem very fond of him (I could be wrong but it's the vibe I get) and now he might get dropped at the NT. You were joking last month that he was gonna lose his career and, well, I have to say you might have been onto something 😭 I would love for him to make me eat my words because, contrary to lots of people, I still root for him, but sadly, I think that Pavard remontada might not be happening after all 😔

I hate to say it! But coman is a better rb than benji right now! And If I was DD I would simply play coman! But since they're already qualified I don't see why he wouldn't give him some play time next match (I'm both desperate and delusional).

I don't think nagelsmann is not fond of him!he just hasn't seen him play that much plus Julian likes to experiment especial on the defense line! Every game its different which is expected from a new coach! But girl I understand ur pessimism!things aren't looking so bright right now but let's not forget that benjamin IS getting better every time we see him play this season! And he's got this drive in him to improve to I trust that this will push him further to shine and prove himself! He's playing in arguably the best club rn! Alot of eyes are on him and he's a professional athelete! We as normal people might think this is too much to handle but I'm sure he's confident that he can do better and establish himself in both teams! I always joke abt his downfall but let's not forget what this kid has accomplished! Let's not get too affected by all those French press!!! All they do is stir the pot! So it's okay bestie! Everything is going to work out eventually.

Updated Moodboard Guidelines

Hi guys! As you know already I started making moodboards a while ago and so I've decided to update my guidelines. Here is a compilation of all the types of moodboards that I make as well as the answers to some general questions you guys might have, instructions, etc.

If you want to send me a request, make sure to give this a glance and feel free to skip to the parts that apply to you

I've also included sample moodboards for the types down below so you can see my previous works :) If a sample is not included it means that I haven't done that type yet but am willing to do so. I shall include them as and when I get requests.

Also note that this is a leisure activity for me, so if I am stressed about it or not comfortable, I will close the requests or tell you that I'm unable to complete a request for whatever reason

Types

1. Personal aesthetic

Tell me your appearance, personality, Hogwarts house, interests/hobbies, nationality, star sign, likes/dislikes, sexuality, gender and any themes you want and I'll make you a moodboard based on those descriptions

2. Fictional character/friendship/relationship aesthetic

Provided I am familiar and comfortable with the character/ship, I can make a moodboard on the character of your choice. Again, if you want anything specific then make sure you mention it clearly :)

Make sure to describe all the people clearly and mention any themes/dynamics you want me to include<3

4. OC aesthetic

This one is probably more tricky than the rest, but shouldn't be a problem as long as you provide a vivid description of your character and again, make sure to tell me if you want specific themes

5. Colour moodboard

This one is entirely up to my interpretation: send me a colour and I'll make a moodboard based on how I perceive it :)

Drop me a song for me to make a moodboard on and it'll be my own interpretation of it combined with the vibes I get from it💜

Tell me your name and I'll make a moodboard on the vibes I get from it and the associations I have with it

Haven't done one of these either so maybe I'll edit this later if I get a request :)

Send me your request via ask preferably, DM's are okay too but it's a lot easier for me to keep track of all my requests in my inbox

I may close requests periodically depending on the number of requests I have in my inbox or my availability. I will mention it in my bio so you know when they're open/closed

It may take up to 7 days for me to complete a request, again depending on the pressure/availability. Do not send me another ask asking for your moodboard before at least 7 days are up, chances are I'm working on older requests or I'm occupied with something else. After that time period feel free to ask again, in case tumblr ate the ask or I've deleted it by accident

If I'm unable to make a moodboard for whatever reason I will let you know as soon as possible

There's no limit as such for the number of requests you can make, but please consider that this is a leisure activity and being pressured with a lot of requests defeats the purpose of it.

Also note that if I have already made you a moodboard and you request another one, I will push yours to the end of the line and have a preference for the others. I will do it eventually, but at my own pace

If you cannot find a moodboard, make sure you check the link in my bio which leads you to all the aesthetics I've made, or you can ask me and I will repost it

Feel free to use my moodboards as you wish(header, background, it's okay to rb, but not repost w/o credit). If you use do use them, don't forget to credit me in your bio :)

Lastly, if you have any other questions feel free to drop me an ask or a message and i will answer it then best I can, and add it to this list :)

TUA S3!!! i'm really hopeful that they'll have a nonbinary arc for vanya, they've already changed all the credits to elliot page. favorite characters would probably be vanya and klaus, although all of them are really interesting. in terms of sparrow academy, christopher the cube half-ironically. jayme (loner in a hoodie) seems like the kind of character i would like, and !!! britne olford, who plays fei (sparrow no. 3) uses she/they pronouns!! unrelated but when i found that out i was so excited fjslkd. but all the sparrows look interesting!!

yeah!!! i love just vibing in sweaters, and i know what you mean with zippers. cheetahs and otters!! those are very nice choices, love that!!! and !!!! your music taste is fantastic!! i only recently started listening to dodie, but i love all of her music that i've heard. and i've heard a few very good songs by penelope scott and egg, i should probably listen to some other songs by them.

not too too much weight. i know there are people who take it much more seriously than i do, i think that those kinds of tests are fun and interesting to do/send to friends, but idk if i would really judge anyone based off of them. i listen to music a lot fsjdlkf. usually in between classes, but also when i'm eating. i will say that when i have large chunks of free time, i often forget my earbuds/that i can listen. but i love listening! especially just a single artist/album at once, rather than a playlist, it just vibes better for me. socks: no! if any socks, the really thin ankle socks that you can slide around in easily, but i don't really like socks when i'm just at home.

and your questions: how do you make your playlists? with a specific vibe, artist, just throwing a whole bunch on one, ect? do you have dyed hair/would you want it dyed? and what color/shade? - 🌵
