Wine before dinner? Don't mind if I do, thanks. My husband gave his staff the day off so we were able to sneak a day off too ❤️ Good good. Good coffee. And we walked a cute little trail in the town we visited. . . . Makes me wish I was retired 😂
Some states when they think someone is wrong because the first and last ones randomly came to me
California and Nevada are the type of people who would say stuff like "I'm not saying you're wrong, but you're not right."
Washington and Oregon will just give judgmental stares to the person they think is wrong, scoff at them and say "Sure".
Minnesota will say "If you think that's right, then okay." (I think he did say something like that to Florida in his intro video, right? Went along the lines of "You'd just be wrong though" but I can neither remember it fully nor be bothered to go and check)
Colorado and Idaho themselves have no idea.
Wyoming will just tell them that they're wrong. If that poor person waits for an explanation, they'll be waiting their whole life.
I have three months till i move to Seattle and i am really, really looking forward to friendship and community and offline life. I’ve wanted this for years oh man it’s crazy. I’ve been sleeping a lot to sort of… fast-travel, i guess. Time hasn’t been going by too slowly but i just don’t have anything i can stand doing so long as i know i’ll be out soon. Too restless and skittish… it’s not really a great mindset but it’s very hard to beat back… Been thinking, particularly, about my sex-repulsion and strong desire to hold, be held, love, be loved, and otherwise be affectionate in someone’s sincere company. Asexual demisexual stone whatever butches to the front forever
I'm sorry but I think its good that tom is saying stuff that makes you all uncomfortable. I think everyone is a little too willing to make him the hurt innocent underdog
The one downside of modern Pemberley as a prestigious art gallery (rather than blah megacorp) is that I find it genuinely charming that canon Elizabeth does not give a single fuck about paintings. She finds Darcy's fine art collection borderline incomprehensible, apart from Georgiana's crayon drawings that he has stuck in with the downstairs paintings.
She does care about landscape and maybe to some extent, architecture/interior design, and she's strongly affected by her natural rapport with Darcy's aesthetic tastes. It's obviously representative of the potential for a deeper rapport as people.
And I definitely would want to keep that element of aesthetic -> personal rapport. But the image of Elizabeth ignoring the fine art to study Georgiana's crayon drawings (and the fact that Darcy includes Georgiana's drawings in the fine art collection in the first place) is such a lovable human detail.
