Este hombrecito, que me recuerda al de jengibre, se llama Bolduman, y es de masa de pan dulce frito y relleno de crema y chocolate; vamos, que es una dona, rosquilla o donuts, y es otra de las maneras que suelen consentirme en el edificio, en esta ocasión so pretexto del cumpleaños de Eloisa, una de las traductoras del 6to. piso. Esponjoso, suave, de textura nada grasienta, recién hecho, y en su justa medida de dulce. Es de Boldú, una reconocida pastelería familiar, fundada en 1939, y cuyas nuevas generaciones han continuado empleando sus tradicionales recetas. Dona glaseada rellena de chocolate oreo y cubierta de trozos de galleta oreo. 2. Dona cubierta de un sospechoso azulado coco rallado. 3.
