Hyunjin

This was one of those days where the loneliness felt suffocating to the point you were overthinking about all the ways you could’ve made friends in the past, but didn’t.

Your phone started to ring and Hyunjin’s caller ID popped up on the screen.

“Hello?” You answered immediately. Hyunjin’s voice came through seconds later.

“Hey, are you okay?” He asked, “what are you doing?”

“Nothing. As per usual.” You answered, the pang of sadness hitting you. Hyunjin heard your tone, immediately knowing something was up.

“Where are you?”

Before you could answer, Hyunjin added, “never mind. I’m on my way. Please unlock the door.”

When Hyunjin arrived to your place, he didn’t knock or wait for you to open the door.

“Hyun—” He immediately wrapped his arms around you, “why didn’t you call or text me if you were sad?”

You were about to respond, but again, he cut you off, “wait. Why are you sad?”

“I just felt lonely. Everyone has friends, someone to talk to or hang out with but not me.” You frowned. “I know I have you, but I know you won’t always be here.”

Hyunjin kept his arms around you. “That doesn’t mean I won’t try to be here for you.”

“You shouldn’t have to try.” Your voice grew quiet. But Hyunjin held you close to him, not letting up.

When he did, he turned you in the direction of your bedroom, “go get ready for our date.”

“Date?” You were confused, not recalling any date plans.

“I’m going to treat you to everything you might’ve missed out on.” He smiled at you. He then pointed at your bedroom door, “get ready.”

You felt your spirits lifting and you did as he told you to.

Felix

You messaged Felix, asking if he was free, saying you were feeling lonely but he said he would be with the guys, leaving you feeling more lonely. You wished you had a group of friends so you wouldn’t find yourself relying on Felix as much as you did.

You set your phone down and tried to figure out what to do on yet another lonely night, but the loneliness consumed you and nothing seemed appealing.

You heard your phone vibrate in the quietness of your room. You figured it was an app or an automated alert. When you checked your phone, about to swipe away the notification, you saw a text message from Felix.

“Come with us tonight?”

You stared at his message, feeling your heart racing. Usually it was you inviting him out.

“I want you to come.” Felix texted again while you were still contemplating his first message.

“Okay.” You began to type, but deleted the message and typed, “where are you?”

You heard a knock on your front door. Looking back at your phone, you saw he texted again.

“Open up. It’s me.”

You quickly got up and hurried to the front door, opening it. Felix greeted you, smiling. “Heard you were lonely.”

You sheepishly averted your eyes to the ground. Felix reached forward to gently grab your chin and got you to look back up at him.

“It’s okay to admit you’re lonely, you know. It’s normal.” Felix reassured you, bringing his hand down and off of your chin. “I’m not going to allow it though. I really do want you to come and the others are happy to have an extra person.”

You were at a loss for words but one thing you did know was that you wanted to go.

“Okay. Let me change.” You sheepishly chuckled as you both saw that you were in your pajamas. Felix grinned, “nothing wrong with coming in your pajamas.”

You shook your head, laughing a bit as you turned towards your bedroom. “I’m changing.”

“I’ll be here when you’re ready.” Felix laughed with you and waited for you on your couch.

Also, earlier I was in my kitchen and usually when I'm doing something there (washing dishes, cooking and so on) I'm listening to music. I had my Playlist on shuffle and suddenly Ed Sheeran's Joker and the Queen was playing and holy damn I was thinking about Steven for that one. You know like: why would she pick a Joker like me if she could've a king by her side? That got me and it gave me Steven vibes. Idk. There's something about the way Ed Sheeran writes his songs that transport me into another world. My heart feels fuller.

Anyways, oh because of Operation Finale... yes it's sad and shocking. It takes place after World War 2. The Holocaust perpetrator Adolf Eichmann disappears; other leaders of Nazi Germany had killed themselves to avoid facing trials for war crimes. Oscar's character in that movie tries to find Eichmann to bring him to court. His backstory is very emotional. I mean all stories from survivors/the killed or people who lost a loved one in that war are tragic. It's sad. What's important about the movie is, that it is based on true events. And Oscar also produced this movie. It took me a while to watch it to be honest because I knew the topic would be a lot. But everyone in this project did a good job and the actors once again were amazing.

I hope that helps a little in knowing what awaits you if you're gonna watch it.

joker and the queen is such a good song, i instantly fell in love the first time i heard it when it came out. it also made me sooo soft learning that the two teens featured in the music video were also the same kids in everything has changed 🥺 talk about feeling old for a sec haha. but yeah hearing it again, i cant help but picture steven in that scenario skkdjdjjd. ughhh ed sheeran’s songs are so magical. i have a few tracks of his on the playlist i listen to while writing fluffy stories bc it gives off such great vibes aHH.

and i didn’t know the movie’s about that :(( but honestly i like those films based on true events bc those are stories that i wouldn’t have heard of if i hadn’t watch. really tho, even if oscar wasn’t involved, i would still see it just to learn more about history despite it being so tragic.
