Follow this plan tomorrow!!! I’ve been eating like this (with a few variations) every day and so far I’ve dropped 6 lbs in 16 days.
Tips: wake up early and down a glass of iced lemon water, it wakes you up, and boosts your metabolism. Workout as early in the morning as you can, as well

March 30th
I lost ten pounds Yay I still have a long long way to go tho. I need to focus more and achieving my goal faster instead of being happy at the smaller victories I would love by April 20th to be 20 lbs lighter I know I can do it I HAVE to do it. I really messed up yesterday and overate by 100 Cals so I wouldn't be surprised if I gain it tonight. But let me know how you guys are doing please ^^

Talk about constant motivation like my family has the audacity to say they’ll starve if they get fatter 😩 like same mom same. Not to mention one of them is working out even though they’re sick so it makes me feel like shiet because now it’s just an excuse (I’m sick to btw) but tbh I couldn’t even get of bed but I’m a little better today so why not exercise? 🤡
