Not listening to my body -> this one is hard, I don't feel hunger or thirst and other bodily experiences (because I got used to suppressing them), I sometimes just feel "uncomfortable" and I go through my check list whether I need to pee, need to move/stretch, breath more deeply, drink something or eat

Not listening to my body (part 2) -> I don't ignore those signals once I feel them again, I give into them, my body knows what it wants and needs to function well

Punishing/overexerting myself -> I stopped that by changing my mindset, I don't punish myself for a "bad" meal (the morality of food has to go too but that's an even bigger issue) with fasting/skipping meals or exercise, and when I'm exercising I don't push myself too much to the point where I feel sick, I challenge myself but not as much as I used too

Skipping meals -> I make it a point to eat 3 meals with maybe 2 snacks a day, I don't feel hungry in the morning but I eat! And I look forward to it because its so good

Body checking -> it's inevitable, wherever there is a reflective surface I'll bodycheck myself. But what I change is the words I think or say about my body, instead of "ugh there's this and that that needs to change" I turn it into "I look good/kinda skinny/fit/happy!" That helps massively!
