no but fr, genuinely asking.

is it just me or when you have an emotion/let something deeply emotionally effect you, sometimes do you go into hypochondriac mode and try to explain it away through means of it being linked to something physically out of your control in the clinical sense. like i always used to instantly be like “omfg i have something wrong with my thyroid/hormones, that's why” or whatever. like if i have a break down and cry im like... couldn’t be just normal human stuff. idk maybe its the gaslighting family trauma lol

WHERE IS SHE!!??!

Pairings: Wednesday Addams x Enid Sinclair x Female Reader

It was a typical Wednesday evening at Nevermore Academy, and Wednesday Addams was feeling particularly stressed. She had just returned to her dorm room after a long day of classes, and the last thing she needed was to be worried about the whereabouts of her lover, Y/N a female reader.

As Wednesday sat at her desk, trying to focus on her book, she couldn't shake off the nagging feeling that something was off. It wasn't until she heard the sound of sobbing that she realized what it was - the absence of Y/N, who was nowhere to be found.

Panicked, Wednesday stood up from her desk and stormed out of the dorm room, determined to find Y/N. She found Enid, her other lover and a sensitive yet extroverted with a touch of adhd, on all fours in the hallway, crying uncontrollably. Enid had been just as worried as Wednesday, and the two of them immediately set off to find Y/N

After searching the campus and asking around, Wednesday and Enid were about to give up when they heard a faint voice calling out to them. Following the sound, they stumbled upon Y/N in the backyard, digging a plot of land and planting flowers.

Wednesday couldn't believe her eyes. Y/N had been missing for hours, and yet here she was, calmly tending to a garden. Enid, on the other hand, couldn't contain her relief and threw her arms around Y/N, sobbing with joy.

Wednesday, feeling a mix of anger and relief, approached Y/N and sternly advised her to never scare them like that again. Y/N apologized profusely, explaining that she had lost track of time while working on the garden. She had wanted to surprise Wednesday and Enid with a beautiful oasis along with She had planted nightshade-like flowers for Wednesday, who had always had a fascination with the macabre, and a variety of colorful flowers for Enid, who loved everything bright and beautiful she was planting just for Wednesday and Enid and she had gotten so caught up in her work that she hadn't realized how late it was.

Wednesday, still feeling a bit frustrated, couldn't stay angry at Y/N for long. She knew how passionate her lover was about her gardening, and she couldn't help but be touched by the gesture. She pulled Y/N into a hug and kissed her, telling her just how much she loved and appreciated her.

Enid, feeling overwhelmed with emotion, joined in the hug and kissed Y/N as well. The three of them stood there, holding each other tightly and basking in the warmth of their love.

As they made their way back to their dorm room, Wednesday and Enid couldn't help but feel grateful for Y/N and the love they shared. They may have been a unconventional trio, but they were also deeply connected and understanding of each other's needs and wants. the quiet kids, kids who like to disappear inside their own mind, kids who don't want to lose the safety it provides. Its likely that E5 kid didn't feel nurtured enough, especially by their mother which caused the painful feelings of longing, isolation. To defend themselves against those feelings the kids started to occupy their minds with something else, they retreated into their mind. The kids thought by not wanting any emotional nourishment from the nurturing figure they can truly become independent. Its possible the kids never felt safe with their family. Detachment & forcing themselves to not desire any emotional engagement with others became their defense mechanism. As a child it feels very overwhelming and unsafe for them to leave their mind. When the E5 kids needed other people's mental support the most in order to survive , they were neglected & left alone. Most likely the mother figure was unresponsive to E5 kid. As an adult, they are forever stuck in the last & third phase of separation "detachment" since childhood.

{ writing this was a bit uncomfortable for me as an E5 because it brings back the painful feelings from childhood. }
