This is how an individual dies without suicide.. based on real life.. my life.. that one that has ended

1. Let people tell you how to act and how to feel based on what normal is.. that will kill you instantly. I call it: murder they wrote.

2. Get someone to toy with you. Open up your heart, trust them... this will get you a stab in the back and they will leave you when you needed them the most. There is nothing in the world that cannt be forgiven but only if you really love someone and you mean it.

4. Let others set up what will happen next because they can.. that will kill you along with all those around you. FYI they donot have any idea what you are going through .. in my case my mental health, my dignity, my character and 8 years of my hardwork was sacrificed. I wonder how people sleep at night, how they become so heartless after enjoying everything with you they needed them in their life to move on.

5. I am not brave enough to tell people what actually happened not just narrating one incident from my life and finding a reason to leave me cuz you dun need me anymore, i cant fight for my right, cannt discuss topics that are sensitive, i have lost all hope and i cannt be myself again... this will cost me more than my life.

• Why am I writing this? Coz I want everyone to know that I know. I kept quiet long enough.. I wanna speak up. I want people to know what i did in 8 years? I was stripped off my dignity..

made me look aweful.. destroyed my ability to be a good man

Why should I suffer alone ? Why the other person takes all the benefits and enjoy her life. Why no one is brave enough to hear the truth, hear my side of story.
