EXO members’ reaction on having a shy girlfriend around their (the idol’s) parents during family dinner 🤗

i think, fundamentally, all of them would try to reassure you somehow, like in their own way.

minseok: he would keep his hand attached to yours under the table, caressing your knuckles to make you feel less nervous. he would also ask his parents to go easy on you, as he knows how shy you can be.

junmyeon: whenever his parents aren't looking, he would lean in and whisper how well you're doing, besides giving you a kiss or two on your cheek. when you have to talk to his parents, answering questions or just being polite, junmyeon has the biggest smile on his face.

yixing: he lets his parents know that you're shy beforehand, so they won't pressure you in any type of way. he rarely presents a girlfriend to his parents, so when he does they know it's because that person means a lot to yixing - and the last thing he wants is for his parents to go all "are you the future mother of our grandchildren?" on you.

baekhyun: he tries to comfort you through physical touch as well, either is by resting a hand on your thigh or just being really, really close to you. he speaks about his mom with such love, i really think she might be a great person who can tell when someone's getting shy, so you can also count on her to make you feel better.

jongdae: his smiles are the only thing you need to know you're doing fine. like junmyeon, he would take his time to tell you to not worry, that his parents are loving you - which they truly were. he would also laugh a little bit harder at your jokes, just to make you win extra points with his parents.

chanyeol: i mean, have you seen him? have you seen his sister and mom? there's no way that family is making you feel uncomfortable. in fact, if chanyeol lets them know in advance that you're shy, his mom might even suggest you meet yoora first, and then her and his dad. but through it all, chanyeol has an arm around your shoulders and fingers brushing your arm.

kyungsoo: he can be quite shy himself, so he would ask his parents to please, just play it cool. he doesn't touch you or whatever, but he does give you little smiles from time to time. he also doesn't let his parents try any trick on you, which means that if any of them asks you something that might make you uncomfortable, he's more than ready to just say "mom/dad, don't". he respects your boundaries.

jongin: he tells you a million times that there's no reason for you to be that shy around his mom and sisters. having their approval over you means a lot to jongin, so he does everything he can to make you comfortable and talkative towards his family - he might even ask his mom to tell you embarrassing stories from his childhood, so you'll laugh and maybe loosen yourself a little bit.

sehun: similar to jongin, but their parents will tell you embarrassing stories about him on their own. he makes sure you're okay every minute, silently asking you if you wanna go home. he loves you to the point that, if you regret marking that dinner with his parents, he'll just excuse the two of you and mark it again in the future.

Exo reacting to the boys telling him he’s whipped for you

Minseok:

He was at home and had Jongdae and Baekhyun over he was doing the laundry when Baekhyun noticed some of your clothes so he took the opportunity to tease his hyung

“Hey that y/n clothes did she make you do her laundry now,” baekhyun said teasing

“Umm yes I’m doing my laundry and I saw she left some of her dirty clothes here from the last time she stayed over so I’m cleaning it” Minseok replied unbothered

“What else does she get you doing for her? Do you buy her pads too?” Baek asked again laughing now jongdae laughing as well

“Yes I have gone to get her some of her pads why is that funny Jongdae I know you have done the same or worse,” Minseok said rolling his eyes and smiling

“Eww I will never do that it will be so embarrassing,” Baek said making gagging noises

“I will be the one laughing when it’s you that does that,” Minseok said as he walked up to the laundry room.

Miseok didn’t mind doing your laundry because he knew you did him as well, he was just being the sweet boyfriend he is and didn’t care if his members made fun of him.

Junmyeon:

He was in London with the boys for a concert and they had a few days off so they went to explore when they got to a jewelry store junmyeon saw some earrings that thought would look good on you so he went and purchased them.

“You buying her more stuff? First, it was the keychain then the red dress now earrings. She got you whipped” Baekhyun said as he stood next to his leader

“I just the she will look good with them they go perfectly with her dress,” Junmyeon said smiling

“Yeah are you her sugar daddy too you have spent so much money on her,” Baekhyun said smiling

“She deserves everything and I want to give her a little gift anyway,” Junmyeon said as he gave the guy his credit card

“I wash it was her to have you spending money on me… she has you wrapped around her fingers,” Baekhyun said walking away

Who can blame the guy who loves to spoil you he might be whipped and he’s okay with it.

Yixing:

Lay loved sharing his stuff with everyone he didn’t mind letting the guy or you grab his clothes it was something normal for him but when Sehun came to complain about his favorite jacket being missing and then later found it on your body it got Lay laughing.

“Hyung why is y/n wearing my favorite jacket? I was supposed to use it tonight I’m going out with some friends and that jacket goes perfectly with my outfit tell her to give it back” Sehun said in a whiny tone

“Sorry but she got it first you can use any other jacket you like though,” Lay said smiling

“Oh come on if it was any of the other guys you would have asked them to take it off why does she get a free pass that’s so unfair,” Sehun said annoyed

“That’s because she’s the girlfriend he can’t say no to her and what she wants she gets that’s how whipped he is for her,” Jongdae said as he was walking past the two of them

“Yeah but that’s our jacket not hers so tell her to give it back” Sehun demanded like the spoiled brat he is

“Yeah that’s not happening he doesn’t have the heart to tell her to take it off plus she has more right to his clothes than you do,” Junmyeon said when he arias to Lay’s room

“That’s not fair hyung why did you have to be so whipped for a girl they are so annoying when I get a girlfriend I won’t let her use my stuff,” Sehun said walking over to Lay’s clothes and picking another jacket

“You will be like Lay or worst Mark my words Sehun,” Jongdae said walking away

Baekhyun:

The guys were at the mall buying new clothes and Chanyeol noticed that Baekhyun had a lot of matching clothes and he automatically knew who the other clothes were for.

“Hey Baekhyun are you buying matching clothes for your little girlfriend” the tall man teased

“Yeah way,” Baekhyun asked unbothered

“Aww that’s cute I remember you said that you will never be the type of couple,” Yeol said giggling

“Yeah well she asked if I could get this so I said why not” Bakhyeun said shy

“What else does she got you to do you have matching pajamas? Or matching phone case” Yeol said as he got Kai to make fun of Baekhyun too

“I’m sure he has matching phone cases or at last a shirt that says my queen,” Jongin said laughing

“Whatever if she’s happy then that’s all that matters,” Baekhyun said with a proud grin

Baekhyun knew he was whipped but he didn’t care if you said jump he would because your happiness is all that matters to him.

Jongdae:

Jongdae was at the dance practice texting you, you have been feeling sick for the past few days so he was worried about you. when you didn’t answer his texts he was so worried he called you and the boys heard him and when he got back they didn’t waste time and started to tease him.

“Is my baby okay do you want me to bring you medicine do you want chicken soup oppa can make it for you” Sehun said trying to mimic Jongdae’s voice

“It’s okay baby I’ll cuddle you lost when I get home make sure to drink water I love you darling” Junmyeon followed

“What’s with you guys,” Jongdae asked laughing

“Oh, you know just making fun of you, since when did you become whipped?” Kyungsoo asked

“Can’t I take care of my girlfriend?” He asked

“Yeah but you take it the extra mile you treat her like a baby she has you wrapped around her fingers,” Minseok said as he laughed

“That’s not true plus if you guys had a girlfriend you wouldn’t be talking,” Jongdae said smiling

Jongdae is whipped but he was only whipped for you he would do anything to make you smile he will give up everything if you ask him to that’s how much he loves you

Chanyeol:

Everyone knows he’s whipped he writes music about you but that’s what the boys know what they don’t is that his car and house are full of your stuff. You don’t live together but someone who didn’t know you guys would think that you do. Chanyeol makes sure he haves your toothbrush, hair products, and skincare products at his place in his car he haves hair ties and your fave lipgloss, and when the guys found out they were laughing their asses off.

“WOW Chanyeol you are something else you have everything you need for your girl that’s cute,” Sehun said as he got out of the car

“Wait till you see his bathroom he has her favorite hand soap, her skincare, and other stupid girl stuff,” Baekhyun said slapping Sehun back

“Ewww she has you so whipped,” Jongin said clapping his hands

“He’s so whipped he does everything she asks him to. If she wants him to carry her purse he will it’s cute but gross” Baekhyun said as he made kissing sounds

“Yeah yeah laugh all you want I’m just being a good boyfriend and a gentleman,” Chanyeol said blushing

“You wired dude that’s what you bring but go off,” Shun said smiling

After the guys were gone he called you to complain but you also agreed with them but you liked the fact he was whipped so now he doesn’t mind it too much.

Kyungsoo:

He was in the kitchen making your favorite food when Jongin walked in and whined about what he was cooking.

“Hyung were eating that? I was hoping to eat something like chicken,” Jongin said annoyed

“I'm cooking this for y/n not for you and if you want Chicken make it yourself,” Kyungsoo said

“ Lately you have only been cooking what y/n likes but not what I like or what the boys like” Jongin complain

“Well she’s asked if I could make her some of her favorite foods and I said yes so shut it,” Kyungsoo said annoyed

“You never do what I ask you to she does have you whipped chanyeol was right,” Jongin said disappoint

“What was he right about” Kyungsoo asked as he turned around

“That every since you started dating her she has you eating from the palm of her hand,” Jongin said

“I’ll kick his ass then I’ll kick yours now leave my kitchen before I smack you,” Kyungsoo said in a fake angry tone

Yes, he was whipped but didn't care he loves you and the boys have to deal with it.

Jongin:

He hates shearing his clothes specialty his fancy expensive ones he doesn't let anyone touch them and the boys knew it but when they saw you in Jongin’s Gucci hoodie they were quick to complain

“Hey that’s not fair why does she get to wear your clothes but not us?” Sehun asked in disbelief

“Yeah what’s so good about her that she gets the privilege to use your clothes” Baekhyun followed

“She’s my girlfriend there for she gets the privilege to wear whatever she pleases,” Jongin said happily

“Every since you started dating her you become so whipped it’s like you're a whole new person,” Chanyeol said eyeing him

“Yeah she got you so whipped it’s disgusting we want the old jongin back,” Kyungsoo said laughing

“You guys are just jealous she gets to wear what you can’t so stray jealous,” Jongin said sticking his tongue out to them and walking away

He is whipped and he loves it, it makes him feel like a good boyfriend like he’s doing everything right.

Sehun:

Junmyeon was hanging out with Sehun and he noticed how you were scolding him for making a mess and not cleaning up after himself he apologized and kissed you and even made Aegyo for you he thought it was funny and cute he didn’t know Sehun had this soft side. he knew by the way he looked at you that he was so in love that he was whipped for you so what did Junmyeon do? He teased him.

“Aww Jagiya sorry I’ll clean up don’t be angry,” Junmyeon said trying to mock him

“Stop it’s not funny,” Sehun said whining

“Oh you so whipped you didn’t even try to fight back like you usually do she told you to do the dishes and you almost said Yes ma’am it's so cute how whipped you are for that girl,” Junmyeon said laughing

“I’m not whipped and I’m only doing it because she asked me nicely,” Sehun said as he rolled his eyes

“Keep denying it you and I both know how in love you are and that you will do anything she asks you to,” Junmyeon said laughing hard

Yes, Sehun was whipped but he will deny it if anyone asks him.

❃How EXO acts around their crush❃

a/n: This is 10000% just for my own pleasure. I may have had this in my drafts for weeks... I am totally okay with all the Kyungsoo solo content and EXO ladder dropping. Totally. Super functional, delusional who?

ALSO to any EXO-L that are sharing Chen's LEAKED wedding photos. Please be respectful and either delete them or, at the very least, blur out his wife's face. Chen has gone to great lengths to safeguard her privacy, as she is not famous nor wants to be in the spotlight. Not to mention that there could be crazy sasaengs out there with ill intent. Sharing her info is basically doxing, and it is insane to me how many people shared these posts without much thought. Anyway, I needed to share my frustrations.

Xiumin/Minseok:

✾ He is a lot shyer than the other members; where most of EXO probably feels comfortable enough to act on their crushes, he is a bit more reserved. He wants to test the waters first, ascertaining whether the feeling is mutual. Whenever you are around and are talking to other people, he sits back silently, observing your reactions.

✾ Xiumin is smiling so widely around you that the other members worry that his muscles might start cramping up soon. The moment he sees you, his bubbly personality starts to really shine through, and sometimes you can't help but wonder whether this man truly is 33.

✾ That being said, from the moment that anyone offers Xiumin a couple of drinks, his confidence spikes, and he will start flirting with you. His flirting is still extremely sweet and cute; Xiumin can be incredibly charming when he wants to be.

Suho/Junmyeon

✾ He is such a gentleman around you, trying to make you feel at ease with his kind gestures. Whether it is him pulling back a chair or opening a door for you, he will do anything to make you feel like a princess.

✾ Being one of EXO's proud black card owners, he will casually buy you whatever you need. He keeps repeating that he wants to treat his friends when you try to interject. You can't completely refute it; he does spend a lot of money on the members. Yet, you can't help but feel like his gifts are slightly too expensive and excessive for 'just friends'.

✾ So. Many. Soft. Glances. Suho looks at you like you hung the moon and the stars; you catch him staring at you almost every time you look over. Conversations with him can, therefore, be a tad awkward. He doesn't always register what you are saying; he is so absorbed in watching you that he forgets to listen.

✾ The other members relentlessly tease him for it. If you don't catch on based on Suho's actions, you will definitely catch on due to his members' relentless teasing. Whenever he does anything remotely romantic around you, their faces light up like Christmas came early. The members are not subtle about it whatsoever, thoroughly enjoying putting their leader in a slightly uncomfortable position.

Baekhyun:

✾ The members didn't think it was possible, but Baekhyun somehow became louder. It is as if he wants to draw your attention simply by screaming, as he no longer has any volume control when you are around. Everyone can hear your conversation from across the room, and his laughter becomes borderline obnoxious as it overpowers any other sound.

✾ He is such a tease and a suggestive one at that. Considering he has no problem revealing intimate, not suitable to be aired on national TV, details about the members' bodies, he won't have any trouble suggestively flirting with you. Where Xiumin's pick-up lines are cute, Baekhyun's are far from it. Give this man some holy water, Jesus.

✾ He is so intense with his flirting that it sometimes crosses the line of sexy to parody, coming off as a joke. Baekyhyun has a very flirty personality and isn't above flirting with his friends. Even though he isn't subtle about his crush, he can accidentally fall into the "he flirts with everyone" category, making you question whether he genuinely likes you or is just being friendly.

✾ He really enjoys the chase when it comes to relationships. Thus, it will take him quite some time before he asks you out, simply because he likes the push-and-pull game.

Chanyeol

✾ There is nothing subtle about Mr. Park Chanyeol. The moment he sees someone he wants to date, he is going for it full steam ahead. Puppy Chanyeol is momentarily retired as he makes his way over to you; Chanyeol knows that he is handsome and sexy, and he is ready to show it to you. I hope you weren't interested in anyone else because the moment you return any of his interest, he will be flirting with you like there is no tomorrow.

✾ Internally, he is so excited to be talking to you, and sometimes, you will see glimpses of his cute puppy-like persona, especially once he feels like you are just as interested. Still, the words coming out of this man's mouth, Jesus part two. Please go and ask Baekyhun to pass the holy water.

✾ That being said, he will get embarrassed when the other members are around or slightly bashful when you return his flirting at full force. I don't think Chanyeol is used to anyone sharing his level of intensity, so once you do, he gets a bit flustered. He absolutely loves it, though. Your compliments got him grinning from ear to ear.

D.O./Kyungsoo

✾ Don't get me wrong, I adore this man to a delusional extent, but he is absolutely hopeless when it comes to communicating with his crush. He won't go anywhere near you if he can't help it; he prefers looking at you from afar. He is someone who favours being approached first over approaching you himself. It isn't that he doesn't want to talk to you; he simply isn't the type of person to initiate contact with his crush and tends to stay back when he can tell that someone else is interested, too.

✾ Even if he finds himself near you, don't expect him to have a full-blown conversation with you. He already tends to be a man of little words, but when it comes to you, he is a man of not a single word. Being around you is enough to make him happy; he doesn't really need to have a deep conversation.

✾ Nevertheless, his actions make more than up for it. He is such a gentleman, being the definition of preferential treatment. You don't have a chair to sit on? He will quietly offer you his. Your sweater got caught on something? He will silently help you get it out. Although he may not say much to you, he communicates his feelings through his actions.

Kai/Jongin

✾ If you think Xiumin or Kyungsoo are shy, you have not yet met Kai with a crush. He turns into absolute mush the moment he sees you, giggling and blushing whenever you do as much as breathing. You can't even see him because he has resorted to hiding behind the other members, preferably Sehun or Chanyeol, as they are tall enough to obscure him completely.

✾ If he somehow musters up the courage to talk to you, good luck having it go anywhere because he can barely make it through a sentence without giggling. It is obvious to everyone around him that he is smitten with you; his laughs are awkwardly loud, and his eyes are literally shooting hearts.

✾ The moment he manages to ask you to dance, his shy demeanour completely changes. His movement… His expressions… The way he is smirking at you… Maybe you should go and ask Chanyeol whether there is anything left of the holy water he borrowed from Baekyhun.

Sehun

✾ He has one of two ways of acting around his crush: either he acts super bratty or becomes painfully shy. It depends on whether he has met and talked to you before. But, if you are complete strangers, he would be so quiet, hiding in the furthest corner he can find.

✾ He will pester the members to go over and collect as much information as they can about you. They will do it because he will whine the entire night about it if they don't and, repeat with me, what Sehun wants, Sehun gets. The members try to convince Sehun to go talk to you himself, but Sehun stubbornly refuses. Bro will be playing the Maknae card harder than he ever has in his entire life.

✾ In the end, he will drag Suho with him, trying to 'casually' strike up a conversation with you. The small talk is painful, and in all honesty, Suho, with his dad jokes, isn't helping in the slightest. At the very least, it provides the two of you with a new conversational topic: the teasing of Suho.

i've been talking to my friend abt this too!! so hear me out

minseok- against the wall or smth with him on top, i think he would like to be close to his partner

Summary: Suho can’t hide his desire for you when he watches you get changed in front of him...

Prompt: “Judging by your… reaction, I’m guessing I look good?” & “Can I stay here tonight?”

As Suho opened his front door, you pushed him against the wall.

“Wanna fuck?” you whispered.

Suho’s heart was throbbing. Was this a dream? This had to be a dream. You were his best friend - his bad-ass, genius, way-too-hot-for-him best friend.

Well, you saw Suho as your best friend. Suho, meanwhile, spent every night imagining your body on top of his. Imagining this moment.

Suho was in love with you. And you had no idea.

“Y-yes,” he cried out.

You froze. A look of confusion crossed your face. Then, you threw your head back and laughed. You ruffled his fringe. “Just kidding! The look on your face is priceless. God, you are easy to mess with.”

Suho nodded, cursing himself in his mind.

“Yep.” His voice was dry. “You got me.”

You barrelled up the stairs and into his bedroom, trailing popcorn crumbs and destruction. You had a massive pile of dresses in your hands.

As soon as you reached Suho’s bedroom, you ran into his ensuite bathroom.

“Okay, I’ll start trying them on!” you called. “Thanks so much for helping me.”

Oh yeah. You were going on a first date with some jerk called Chanyeol today. And Suho, like the idiot he was, had agreed to help you pick an outfit. Did he enjoy getting his heart trampled on? He had no idea why he did this.

Suddenly, you leaned out in just a bra, your brown skin glowing deliciously in the light. You kissed him on the cheek. “You’re a lifesaver.”

The world wobbled a little as Suho drowned in happiness. Oh yeah. That was why he did this.

His cheeks burning painfully, Suho took a seat. With each dress – a black silk with a slit thigh, a puffy white one made of tulle – Suho tried to give a considered opinion.

You see, you and Suho were both journalists at the same women’s magazine. When he first met you four years ago, his career as a writer was struggling. He had no inspiration. There were only so many “21 cute throw blankets for your apartment” that he could write.

And then he met you. The girl who teased him mercilessly for being a man working at a women’s magazine, (you called him the “Lady Whisperer”) wrote so much better than him, and made him smile for hours every time you sent him a stupid sloth gif.

That was when he started the series, “How to Get Over A Crush (Hint: You Can’t)” and quickly became one of the magazine’s most popular writers. Suho told you the series was all made-up. Not once did you suspect that it was about you. That hurt Suho a little. Was it that hard to imagine you dating him?

“Okay, picky… what about this one?”

You came out, grinning breathlessly, in a dress covered in red lace flowers. Well, it could barely be called a dress – it cheekily revealed so much of your bronze skin. The neckline rippled down your chest, and Suho’s eyes felt glued to it.

For a moment, Suho was so overcome he couldn’t speak. His whole body pulsed and shivered with excitement.

“Well, silly? Can you speak or what?”

You jumped onto the bed next to him, and squished your fingers to his lips, pretending to open and close them. “Speak, speak, speak,” you chanted.

As soon as you touched him, Suho felt a jolt of excitement. Then a very familiar and very, very disturbing sensation in his pants. He had an intense erection.

Inhaling sharply, he leaned forward with his elbows on his thighs, as if thinking very hard.

You frowned at him. “What’s wrong? You’re acting funny.”

He cleared his throat. “N-nothing, just… more comfortable this way.”

You stood up, spinning slowly in front of the mirror. “Well? What about the dress?” you murmured.

Oh god. Seeing your whole body – including your very sculpted ass - was not helpful.

In the mirror, you noticed some little buttons at the back of the neck. “Oh, would you mind doing these up for me?”

Suho shook his head. “I’m think… you can manage.”

You spun to face him. “Oh my god, you’re being so weird right now. Just help me.”

Suho’s face was blushing up a storm. “Yeah, about that… I don’t feel like getting up right now.”

You pouted for a second. Then, suddenly, you pushed a fist in front of your lips. A tiny chuckle burst from your throat.

“Judging by your… reaction, I’m guessing I look good?” you said.

Suho screwed his eyes shut, wishing he could die right now. “Is it that obvious?”

A sweet, soft smile came to your lips. Suho was surprised. It was like you were letting your guard down for just a moment. “I’m flattered. I didn’t know I was that attractive.”

Suho smiled. “You are. Dangerously attractive. A guy should have to sign a form before dating you.”

“Like a gun license?” you asked.

“Exactly. A Y/n license.”

You stood up. “Well, I think fate is telling me to wear this one.”

You started to pick up the dresses from the bed.

Suho felt crushing disappointment. In a few minutes, you’d be out the door, flirting with that Chanyeol idiot. And he would lose you. Maybe for good this time.

Suho did something very uncharacteristic for him. He took a chance.

“Don’t go,” he called out, his voice thick.

You turned to him. “What?”

“Don’t go on the date,” he said, meeting your eye. He could barely believe what he was doing. Suho? Confident? This was crazy. “Can you stay here tonight?”

“Why?”

“Because… I don’t want you to date that Chanyeol guy. I want you to date me.” Suho took a deep breath. “I really like you. I’ve liked you ever since you walked into that office and called my tie ugly. And I’ve been too afraid to say anything till now, but, if that goddamn Chanyeol guy turns out to be the love of your life I’ll never be able to forgive myself.”

You sat down on the bed again. Your eyebrows pulled together, like you were doing a difficult calculation.

Suho groaned. “What? Stop looking like that! Just say something!”

You bit your lip. “No, it’s just… your crush. The one you write about in the “How to get over your crush” series… it’s not…”

Suho nodded. “It’s you. It always has been.”

You shook your head in disbelief. “The girl you write secret poems about? The girl who makes your throat dry every time she comes near? The one you call the boy-whisperer…” You realised the connection. “Oh my god…”

You fell into stunned silence. Then, quietly, you said, “I read that in bed every Sunday morning, and every time, I wish I could find a guy who loved me that much.”

You shuffled closer to Suho. “You goddamn idiot!” you cried.

Suho’s heart fell. This was it. The rejection he had always known was coming.

“Why the hell did you not tell me till now?” You were grinning, red spots of blush blazing high in your cheeks.

Suho’s stuttered. “W-what? You mean… you’re not mad?”

You laughed. “Mad? Suho, I had a crush on you from the start! That’s why I teased you. I just- I felt so many things and I’m not used to… feeling things.” You looked down. “I kept looking for signals that you liked me back, but after a while, I gave up. I thought you just wanted to be friends.”

Suho shook his head. “Well you could not be more wro-“

You interrupted him - by pressing your lips fiercely to his. The kiss- the kiss was like being born again. Your lips were just as soft as he’d imagined. He was so absorbed in the feeling of your mouth on his that he totally forgot about his embarrassing hard-on.

When you pulled away, you grinned at his lap. “Sorry. That probably isn’t helping… that situation.”

Suho shrugged and pretended to look thoughtful. “Well, you know, I’m starting to think it won’t go away on its own…”

You smirked, running your hand over his chest. “Fuck Chanyeol. I’m staying here. Coz I know just how to help you with that.”

Your whimpers are music to his ears. And you're clinging to him so tightly, trembling in his arms. You're the most adorable thing in the world, a sweet little kitten who knows it's going to be drowned. He'd never let that happen to you - not unless he was the one filling your lungs with water. Only he is allowed to fill you up and drain you as much as he wants. There's so many ways he could play with you. But this - this is his favorite.

"Please, please stop this," you beg, tears rolling down your cheeks until Suhø lets them float towards the wall of water slowly approaching the two of you. You're clawing at his forearms and he's ecstatic over the new marks you're leaving all over him. He kisses the side of your head, pulling you closer to his chest to ease your struggling.

His flaming red hair makes you think of fire and you'd prefer if that was his element. You'd prefer burn marks and smoke and scars over this torment. You can barely keep yourself standing, your knees are giving up under you but Suhø is holding you up in his strong embrace that brings you no comfort.

"Shhh, little one," he coos, purring into your hair, though you can't hear the sound over your sobs as the water creeps close. By now it's splashing over your feet and there's nowhere to run but he catches you when you jump and holds you up. He even urges you to wrap your legs around his waist.

You know what's coming and you hate him. You hate him for kidnapping you. You hate him for putting you through this. You hate his powers, you hate water. And you hate him for being so gentle otherwise. You hate that the heat and firmness of his body grounds you and makes your mind anchor to something.

He doesn't flinch, doesn't retaliate no matter how much you hurt him in your fright. If anything, the claw marks you’re sure to leave all over his back and shoulders he’ll wear like a badge of honor. He rubs your back and reassures you time and time again that you're safe with him, that there's nothing to be afraid of. Like he's not the one terrorizing you. And yet you trust him. Yet you cling to him and lean into his touch and you trust him. Only in this moment, just for however long he's gonna indulge in your horror, you do trust him.

You shut your eyes but you can hear the water moving. You can hear your breaths echo in your prison as the water completely envelops you, leaving just enough of a bubble where you can breathe without getting soaked. Suhø’s still softly whispering promises and reassurances into your ear but straining your hearing for any change in the water surrounding you, you can’t hear them. Your blood turns into ice. You hold your breath so you don’t run out of oxygen. He notices too soon.

“That won’t do,” he chides, voice still gentle, a warning before he gets mad, “You need to breathe, hm? Follow me.”

You do. He’s the only thing in the world that can get through to your mind when your phobia takes hold of your mind and body. And it’d be so romantic if only it wasn’t like this, if only it wasn’t the work of your survival instinct. So you match your breathing with his, you can feel his heart beating in time with yours and it makes your nausea even worse.

“That’s good, so good for me,” he praises you, one of his hands now stroking your hair. You hear the water moving and you cling to him tighter before he reassures you the walls moved away. You risk a peek. He didn’t lie. He never does.

You panic again when he starts moving but then you feel the ground beneath your feet and realize he’s only sat down. He holds you in his laps, humming some melody that he always hums when he wants to soothe you. It won’t help this time, this is crossing the line of what you can handle too far.

“Suho…” you sob. You tangle your fingers into his hair, your thighs burn from strain as you desperately wrap yourself around him. He’s beaming, a deeply satisfied rumble vibrating in his chest.

“Nothing will hurt you when you’re with me,” he murmurs, his lips brushing against the pulse point on your neck. Then he plants a gentle kiss there. “It’s just to keep the world away from us. Just a little bit, then we can do whatever you want.”

It’s so frustrating you want to scream, but you can’t - so you just cry. Hard.

He knows all you’ll want to do - all that you’ll have the mental capacity and strength to do, really - is to sleep. With him holding you, singing you to restless sleep. And he’ll be so happy, just like he’s now. You can feel how ecstatic he is to have you holding onto him like he’s your lifeline. You know he thrives off your fear.

Yet what can you do but grit your teeth and bear it?

Hello my lovely :) I am so sorry this has taken so long. I have had so much on recently, but I am back and so excited to write again. Sorry if its not the best, I had some writers block on how I wanted the story to play out. I hope its ok.

FYI: I do know that the story is not exactly correct to the original ways that things happen at the awards show, but I had to change the story up to make it work :)

Angsty with a fluffy ending <3

You lifted your hand to wave at the crowd in front of you and smiled to yourself as you saw all the fan made signs waving in the air.

Tonight was a big night, the one and only MAMA awards. Every group known in the industry were out, all dressed head to toe in beautiful custom clothes made only for this event.

You were currently sat in the middle of your group Xscape, which was made up of 6 girls including yourself. Tonight was a big night for you all as you had been nominated for several awards, which caused nerves and butterflies to swim through your stomach.

The flashing camera's pulls you out from your thoughts as you take another look around the room. Though you didn't want to seem big headed, you knew that all eyes were on your group tonight. Not only had you risen up quickly through the ranks to have a stream of number 1 hits throughout the music charts, but your relationship with another idol had recently went public.

You initially told yourself that you would not be dating, not at least in the beginning of your career. You wanted to focus on your music, but you did not expect the Exo leader to walk into your life and whisk you off your feet.

Both Suho's group and your own were both signed under the same label so you were bound to bump into each other at some point and once you finally did, you couldn't believe how much you had in common. It didn't take long for your relationship to surpass the friend zone and turn into something wonderful. You felt so comfortable with each other, it was like you were always meant to meet.

Sadly it didn't take long for the news to break into the outside world and though a lot of people supported your relationship, there was many haters spreading negative energy online but neither of that let it get you down and you are now 6 months into your relationship together.

Before you could think any further, music starts loudly playing causing the entire stadium to erupt into cheers as the hosts made their way on stage. Though you were nominated for several awards tonight, you only had one in your sight...'Best new Artist'. It would be an honour to win an award that is known for picking the next big thing in the world of Korean music. All the biggest artists right now had won this award and it would mean so much to you, if your group could follow in their footsteps.

You look over to where Exo are sat, taking in your boyfriends features in the hopes it would calm your nerves. He seems lost in thought himself, occasionally stretching his neck or talking to one of his members, so he doesn't really look your way. 'He must be tired' you thought to yourself, shuffling in your seat.

As the awards continued, the next award for 'Best music video" was called out to a highly respected group in the industry.

"Red Velvet" the host cheered as the girls made their way up to collect their award. Your group stood up and clapped as their song 'Russian Roulette' played loudly.

The on stage screen showed many idols smiling or clapping along to the song and the camera man panned around to capture it all.

Suddenly laughter erupted around you as you realise your boyfriends face is on the screen in front of you and he is dancing along passionately to every step without any mistakes. You smile to yourself at his sudden outburst of energy and watch Chanyeol pull him into his seat as the group start their acceptance speech.

"Now for the next award" the hosts voice booms through the microphone "Best new Artist".

"This is it" squealed one of your members beside you, gripping on to your hands tightly.

As the host read through the names of groups in the category, you found yourself holding your breath. So many late nights, tears and tired limbs had got you here, you just hoped it wasn't all in vain.

"and the winner is......XSCAPE"....

You all leaped up clinging on to each other with tears in your eyes and started to make your way towards the stage whilst your hit song 'Promise of Tonight' echoed throughout the venue. You couldn't quite believe it. Though you had hoped that this would be the outcome, the feeling of hearing your groups name as well as the cheers from fans was better than anything you could of anticipated.

After receiving the award, you stood in front of the microphone to make your practiced leaders speech, wanting to thank everyone who had supported you from the beginning up until now.

You looked into the camera lens as advised and you were just about to start your speech when you started to hear sounds of laughter around you and the grip on your arm from your groupmate tighten. Something felt slightly off and you couldn't put your finger on it, however you managed to finish what you were saying before thanking the fans once again and walking backstage.

"What was that about" you asked your members once you had made it behind the curtain. They all looked at you awkwardly with a slight essence of anger as the main dancer lifts her finger to point at one of the monitors behind you.

The monitor was replaying the moment you won the award and the group clinging to each other before making your way to the front stage. It shows the moment you have the award in your hand and you are about to open your mouth to speak, as the screen beside the stage shows your boyfriend looking uninterested and whispering in the ear of his manager... the complete opposite of how he was when Red Velvet took to the stage.

'How could he' you think to yourself re-watching the moment as it plays on a loop in front of you. You attempt to swallow back the lump in your throat before turning back to the girls, feigning a smile on your face, something you knew they could see through.

"Lets head home" you say, wrapping your arms over their shoulders as you pull them all in to a group hug.

Your award was the last one of the night, so you piled into to your transportation and headed back to the dorm together in a comfortable silence.

Tonight was a long night for you all and the excitement of it all had made you feel exhausted. Also the winning of the 'best new artist' award had not really sunk in.

You open your phone to notifications filling your shared Instagram account, with kind words from all you fans. You took a deep breath before scrolling further through the messages foreseeing what some of the comments will say.

"I am embarrassed for her" one wrote

"The difference between him watching Irene's speech to watching Y/N's....."

"There's no way Suho actually loves her" the comments continued, making you throw your phone back into your bag and take a deep breath.

After what felt like hours, you finally make it back to your shared dorm as everyone stumbles through the door flinging their heels off.

You all decide to get an early night as you have practice first thing in the morning.

"You sure you're ok Unnie?" the youngest Miyeong asks as you walk towards your room. "I'm ok" you smile before giving her a big hug and heading inside.

You couldn't let the girls know how you really felt, how heavy you felt inside and not wanting to ruin the night because of your own relationship. As a leader, you suppress a lot of those feelings deep inside your chest. You needed to make sure that above everything, they came first, its somewhat like a parent role you had been taught from none other than the leader you fell in love with.

You decide to have a hot shower before putting on some comfortable pyjamas. As you slide into your crisp sheets, your phone pings with a notification. You take a look at the screen to see several congratulatory texts from friends and family and three missed calls from Junmyeon as well as a text requesting a call back.

You let air fill your lungs as you let out a long sigh, wondering if it was a good idea to call him whilst anger and hurt still clung to you. You let your curiosity of his behavior get the better of you as you press the call button on your screen.

“Jagi” a voice penetrates through the speakers. “Congrats on the win, how does it feel?” Suho asks nonchalantly. You couldn’t quite believe the nerve of him right now…did he not see the posts online, the constant stream of comments laughing at you.

You didn’t quite know how to respond, so you just replied flatly, “I’m about to go to sleep, can we talk another time?”. You didn’t mean for your voice to sound so taut, but you felt so betrayed at this moment and you could already tell that this conversation could lead to an argument, an argument you had no energy for.

“What’s wrong?” Suho asked, confusion thorned in his voice.

“I don’t want to talk about it right now Junmyeon…”

Silence fell on the phone, you never called him by his full name as you usually had a string of cute nicknames you called each other. It was obvious to him at this point you were angry at him.

“Well it’s obvious you’re mad at me, so why don’t you just tell me what’s wrong”

The nerve of this guy, you think to yourself. Is he really acting like he doesn’t know.

“Well maybe it’s because we finally won the award we had worked so hard for and instead of experiencing any joy, I was laughed at on stage and our Instagram page is filled with comments talking at how my boyfriend paid no attention when we won, but looked overjoyed for Red Velvet?”, you could barely recognise your own voice at this point.

Though you and Suho had, had several small arguments before, you never fully raised your voices with each other, which is probably why you felt slightly shocked at your own tone.

“Are you being serious right now?” He asks. “My manager came to advise that our car had broken down and they were looking at finding another vehicle to get us home”.

You find yourself scoffing his his excuse. Though you didn’t want to come off as a pick me type of girlfriend, this was a important moment for you and you wanted to know he supported you like you would for him.

“You’re telling me that your car situation couldn’t wait two minutes to see your girlfriend and her group win the award, yet when Irene was on stage you couldn’t look more supportive?” You questioned.

Jealously can be an ugly thing and Irene and the group had been nothing but nice to you, they were actually a group you all looked up to. You felt stupid even saying these words but you remembered Suho telling you once that he used to have a crush on Irene during his earlier days and somehow that had imprinted in your mind, even though he promised you his crush was short lived.

“Y/n, do you know how ridiculous you sound right now” he ridiculed. “You know we always cheer on the groups at our agency”

“Just not mine then? Is it our music, are we just not good enough for you?” you snapped back. You felt like he wasn’t listening to you and if he had just understood where you were coming from then you wouldn’t be as mad as you are. Instead he was choosing to be defensive which caused you to get your back up more. “Irene looked beautiful tonight, so I am not surprised you cheered her on, I’m sure you would prefer to be with her anyway” you continued to jibe and though you knew you didn’t really mean it, you felt so upset at how he didn’t understand how this made you feel.

“You’re right, I would much prefer to be with Irene, she wouldn’t act so childish over something like this” he sneered back.

You quickly tried to hold back the sob that had composed itself in your throat and held the phone away from your ear. The tears that had been lightly clinging to your eyelashes now fell down your face like rain. You were his second choice, he wanted her first and settled for you. The thought itself made your heart ache. You could just make out the sound of your name being called through the phone line and you pressed to hang up the call and cocooned yourself into your covers so no one could hear your cries.

You lay there for what felt like hours though it had only been thirty minutes just staring at the ceiling. The tears were still streaking down your cheeks but you no longer made any sound and chose to lay there in silence with thoughts rattling around your head. A light knock on the door didn’t even pull you from your state as a figure appears in the room.

“Baby?” a voice whispers in the dimly lit room, “Miyeong let me in” he speaks again trying to adjust his eyes to the light to find you.

“Please just go” you responded faintly not wanting him to see you in this state.

He soon rushes over to your side and switches your bedside lamp on to get a better view of your face and once he does his heart breaks. Your eyes are puffy from crying and your hair clings to your face from the wetness of your tears.

“Oh baby” he says placing himself next to you on the bed and pulling you into his chest.

After everything he had said, you should be pushing him away, but his scent that you love so much still manages to penetrate your semi blocked nose and causes you to press yourself closer to him.

“I didn’t mean what I said” he starts up, “I’m an idiot and I never meant a single word of it. I should of been there for you and cheered you on and I never ever want you to think that I would choose anyone else but you, y/n I can’t even put into words how much you mean to me”.

You look up through your eyelashes to see the sincerity on his face and the worry plastered across his expression. “Really?” you ask, wanting more reassurance.

“Yes my love, you are the only one I want and I promise you that I won’t ever make you feel like that again. I can’t even begin to tell you how proud I am of you. You and the girls deserved this award more than anyone” he smiles down at you.

He raises his hand to caress your cheek and brings his lips to yours, making you melt into him. You could tell he was sincere, he’s not the type of person to mess with someone’s feelings. Though you will have tough days and everything may feel like it’s sitting on your shoulders, you know that you will get through it together because love concurs all.

That was what it took for your tears to fall, you moved the phone away from your ear shocked at your boyfriends statement. After everything you had been through, you really were never going to be his first choice. You could hear him calling out your name on the phone before you hung up, unable to speak to him any longer.

“So that moment was more important than your girlfriends first award?” You question, completely shocked at his poor excuse

Reaction #15: Hesitantly tugging the other’s fabric of their shirt or sleeve

Chanyeol

You didn’t want to come to this party to begin with. Your brother dragged you here because he thought it would be fun for your senior year. Being a twin, especially to someone so outgoing, was exhausting for you on most occasions. You found Chanyeol, his best friend talking to another guy on the soccer team. Hesitantly you pulled on the back of his shirt at the hem, getting his attention. He looked down to see you out of your element, and a little scared at everything happening around you. Chanyeol knew you better than anyone when it came to social gatherings like this. Saying something to his teammate, he waved goodbye before grabbing your hand and pulling you out onto the porch, so you two could for a little while he sent someone to find your brother.

Jongin

You were in the pool relaxing on the floaty when your brother and his friends decided to attack you. One moment you were reading your book, the next they were splashing and yelling causing chaos as per usual. Someone took the book out of your hands and the next you were flipped over. Coming up, you realized your top had loosened and you grabbed the closest thing you could grab to hide behind, which happened to be your brother's best friend Jongin. The one you believe responsible for flipping you over to begin with. He himself was still in a white t-shirt, so you wonder if he was pushed in as well to begin with.

“What?” He asked as you pulled on the front of his shirt, trying to hide yourself from the others. He quickly realized what was happening, while one hand clung to your top to keep it up, while the other gripped his shirt tightly. “Hold on.” he whispered, moving your hair away from the back and retying the knot that had gotten loose.

“What are you doing?” Your brother asked, swimming over to see. The moment Jongin finished tying, you splashed your brother in the face.

“Moron!” You yelled clamoring out of the pool trying to keep some of your dignity intact.

Junmyeon

Your best friend had brought you over to see her brother's new house. What she didn’t know is you had a secret between the two of you. One you couldn’t tell her just yet.

“___, has never been here before, so I thought it was about time.” Junmyeon went to say something but you pulled on the edge of his long sleeve, shaking your head. He sighed before rolling his eyes at you.

“Well, it’s beautiful, I’m sure you’ll love it. It would almost feel like home.” He added sarcastically knowing you had moved in with him last month.

Kyungsoo

You looked at the plate of food on the counter, knowing that all of it was for your brother and his friends. You reached over, tugging on Kyungsoo’s shirt, grabbing his attention. He raised his eyebrows at you, asking you the question without verbalizing it. Pointing to the pizza with pineapple, he gave you a look before grabbing a plate and placing two slices on it.

“Hey! No dweebs allowed!” Your brother yelled before you took off with the food, a smile wide on your face.

Minseok

You didn’t know who had pushed your books out of your hand, but the next second you saw someone shoved up against a locker. Your best friend's brother had slammed a notorious bully, pinning him to the metal.

“What the hell do you think you're doing?” Minseok asked, in a hush voice.

“What the hell man?” The guy yelled trying to push himself off, but Minseok had his arms in a death grip behind his back. You dropped what books you had collected, and pulled on his shirt, grabbing his attention.

“I’m okay, Minseok. Please.” You whispered, while he gave one final push before letting him.

“Stay the hell away from her.” He yelled after him, while he helped collect your books.

Minseok

Minseok would be happy but sketchy and you'd only find out months before you were due that he had planned the whole thing out. But he would take good care of you so you gradually got needier and needier, starting to rely on him for everything. He'd be ecstatic about this development having always wanted you to be the only one he needed.

Sex with Minseok would be more drawn out his main goal making you feel as good as possible and tiring you out. So he'd constantly bring new toys home asking to test them out on you.

"Huh, so it worked then eh? I thought it was a myth you could poke holes into a condom and get someone pregnant."

Junmyeon

Junmyeon would be slightly annoyed but would adjust very well, he wouldn't go out of his way to help you get supplies for the child but would be kind enough to give you his black card to purchase them on your own.

Despite acting like he doesn't really care he'd still be gentle with you when you two had sex. It would be far more vanilla completely different from the constant D/S dynamic you two always had.

"Mm makes sense why you're always so needy and can't even get a condom on when we fuck. Really didn't want a kid but oh well."

Yixing

Yixing would be cold wanting absolutely nothing to do with the child, but he wouldn't force you to terminate the pregnancy. After you gave birth he'd ignore you and the insistent crying, you knew you were being a burden to him, at least that's what you thought until you walked in on him shushing your child to sleep rocking them in his arms gently.

The sex would be the same as usual him taking you as hard and fast as possible not even giving you a moment to breathe. But he always focused more on your belly rubbing it in slow circles as he took you from behind or laying you on your side letting you hug your body pillow as he drove into you.

"Do you want to keep it? If you do you're taking care of it it's not my responsibility."

Baekhyun would be elated to find out you're pregnant having always wanted children of his own, he'd pamper you with gifts and massages even decorating the nursery on his own. He'd kiss your belly before he went to work setting up meals for you so you didn't have to move as much.

Throughout the day he'd be normal showing you just how amazing he was but at night he let himself go. He'd tie you down doing whatever he pleased with you, he would hold you down fucking you hard as he bit at your shoulders till you bled.

"Oh wow! What should we name them huh?"

Chanyeol

Chanyeol wouldn't want the child knowing it'd only complicate things between you two so he'd tried to insist on you terminating it but when you fought back threatening to leave he relented and let you keep them.

But because you had fought back against him he'd show you just who was in charge every night, forcing you down onto the bed shoving your face into the mattress, and shoving himself into you. He wouldn't listen to your screams of protest only focusing on himself.

"A kid right now would be a problem but if you really want to keep the baby then you can."

Kyungsoo

Kyungsoo would be confused at first not quite understanding how you got pregnant since you were on birth control but he wouldn't oppose you having the child. He'd have you move in with him so he could constantly monitor you two and make sure you're healthy, controlling your diet but letting you indulge in your cravings.

He'd be hesitant at first about how to treat you in bed but after multiple reassurances he'd get aggressive with you, slapping you and leaving bruises all over your body. You wouldn't be able to catch a break as hed take days off just to spend them inside of you.

"Pregnant? You're pregnant? Since when?"

Jongin

Jongin would be excited insisting that you two tie the knot, after getting eloped he would become more controlling of you. Not letting you go hang out with your friends and decide on what you would wear for the day.

He'd always be rough with you during sex leaving hickeys and bite marks all over your body. As your belly grew he'd grab at it more cradling your child growing inside you.

"You're pregnant? Really? Then that means we have to get married, there's no other way to do it!"

Sehun

the ones who would either get shy or scold you:

minseok, junmyeon, yixing, jongin

i think both minseok and junmyeon would get kind of annoyed, and tell you that that was no place to get turned on (although they know it might not be your fault). minseok would just give you the look, while junmyeon would politely whisper for you to control yourself. but don't worry, they're all yours once you reach home.

now, for yixing and jongin, they're not innocent of course - but still, they would get all shy and pretend like they didn't hear you. yixing might even leave a hand resting on your thigh as some type of comfort for the both of you, but jongin wouldn't touch you at all as he would start to nervously laugh (and because he's starting to feel aroused too).

these two are the only ones i think that would actually pull you aside and help you out with your problem. jongdae would probably need to 1) be a little bit tipsy, or 2) be needy as well, to help you out. he would have some fun teasing you too before deciding that enough is enough, excusing the two of you out of the conversation and taking you to the bathroom, the closest room or something. you're lucky to have him and his lips, be grateful.

chanyeol would try his best not to laugh at you once he realizes what you're going through, but because you're such a good partner for him (and because he knows you would do the same for him), he would take you to his car so he can help you have some relief with his fingers. don't forget to thank him too.

❃EXO as roommates❃

a/n: I know most people are here for the svt posts but it’s been a while since I have done an exo one. I literally just pre-ordered D.O.’s albums; I am already delusional as is without getting new do kyungsoo content :’)

Anyway, bc of having lived in a studio apartment complex, I well aware that nothing breaks or makes living in student housing more than roommates. CURSE YOU BONGO DUDE I AM STILL NOT OVER YOU WAKING ME UP AT MIDNIGHT WITH YOUR LACK OF RHYTHM.

Xiumin/Minseok: 7/10

✾ He would nag the entire time that the house is not clean enough and that you left your shit lying around. Whoever said that student housing tends to be messy has not met Xiumin.

✾ He has been cleaning ever since he moved in and will not stop until he has moved out. Xiumin will scold you when you try to help him out as you are ‘not cleaning right’, whatever that means. Fortunately, that means he will rarely ask you to help him with the chores so you still get to enjoy a clean house without having to put the effort in.

✾ Honestly, his healthy lifestyle choices kind of motivate you to do better. He will definitely take you with him to the gym when you let it drop that you might be interested in getting in shape. Free gym coach, basically.

✾ He organizes roommate days weekly where the two of you spend planned time together because he believes that roommates should become/be friends.

Suho/Junmyeon: 9/10

✾ He will adopt you as one of his children. The moment you step foot in your shared housing, he has accepted that he has yet another child to take care of and no, you can’t convince him otherwise.

✾ He takes care of you and makes you feel right at home; he is the definition of the mom friend. Are you having trouble making new friends? He will introduce you to his. Have you been too busy studying and forgotten to eat? He will drop by the grocery store.

✾ The only downside to roommate Suho is that he can be overbearing and slightly judgy. You will hear “I am not mad, just disappointed” a lot when you, for instance, decide to go to out with your friends during finals. Apparently, that is irresponsible.

✾ Did you really move out of your parent’s home, or did you just replace your parents with Suho?

Baekhyun: -10000/10

✾ He drives you absolutely insane and makes you regret moving in with him. Nobody is safe from his teasing and antics and you are stuck with it until the lease is up.

✾ He convinces you to divide the chores through games that he somehow always ends up winning. He has not done any chores since he moved in and he somehow keeps convincing you that this is the fairest way to determine who has to do the dishes.

✾ Boundaries, what boundaries? Locked doors will not keep him out. He will definitely throw himself on your bed telling you all about the drama of people you do not know when you are trying to study for an important test in the quiet solitude of your room. If you’re home, he will not leave you alone.

✾ Always spontaneously invites people over and forgets to text you about it. At this point, all his friends have seen you in your comfy but definitely not fashionable clothes.

Chen/Jongdae: -1000000000000/10

✾ He. Is. So. Loud.

✾ The walls are way too thin to live with him. You can always hear him before you even see him. The type to wake you up in the middle of the night or early in the morning because he has no awareness of how loud he truly is.

✾ It wouldn’t even be such a problem, but bro never shuts up either. If he is not talking, he is constantly singing or humming. Chen truly doesn't have an off button.

✾ Add to the loudness problem that Chen is a morning person. He is so chirpy in the morning, singing a song on top of his lungs whilst he eats his breakfast. I wouldn’t even be surprised if he is the type to try and have full on conversations with you minutes after you’ve woken up, getting offended when your replies are curt.

✾ You had to ban game nights because he gets too competitive, whining so incredibly loudly every time he loses. One time the neighbours filed a noise complaint and he still maintains he wasn’t that loud.

Chanyeol: 8/10

✾ A really fun person to live with if you like a very present roommate. He will constantly ask you to hang out and play games or watch movies because he can’t be alone for five minutes. However, compared to Baekyhun, his energy is a lot more chill.

✾ He will spend a lot of money on random geeky stuff, filling up the entire shared apartment with figurines, posters and that one Halloween costume that definitely was way too expensive. I can see him being the type to have a hallway full of boxes of stuff he ordered online. He has no idea of what actually is in them because he ordered it impulsively so long ago.

✾ Despite you living in student housing, he will make sure the interior looks stunning. He cares way too much about everything matching and will not allow you to place anything in the house without discussing it with him first. You can’t really be mad at it because your place looks like an Ikea showroom.

✾ Docking points because he will be either playing music or games at night. Trust me, nothing is worse than having someone practice their instrument when you are trying to sleep (Curse you bongo dude). All you can hear is him practising the same guitar riffs over and over again.

D.O./Kyungsoo: 6.5/10

✾ Listen, his cooking is amazing, it would make being his roommate worthwhile. He will always make enough food for the both of you, and if you do not dine together, he will leave his leftovers for you in the fridge to try. He genuinely enjoys cooking for others and is happy to try out new recipes on you.

✾ That being said, living with him is more like calmly co-existing in the same space. He will only talk to you when absolutely necessary and it takes him a long while to really open up to you (if he does at all).

✾ He respects your personal space and wants you to respect his, meaning he won’t go out of his way to spend time together. Being roommates does not automatically mean that you have to be/are friends in his book. If you click, that’s neat, but don’t expect him to invite you over for game nights for the first few months.

✾ He is definitely the passive-aggressive roommate that sends you a text over the smallest of things. Why confront you face-to-face when can send you a 2 AM text telling you to pick up that one sock that fell out of your laundry basket?

Kai/Jongin: 6/10

✾ He is an absolute sweetie, do not get me wrong. With his friendly and bubbly personality, he will try his hardest to become friends with his roommates. He will take every initiative to organize roommate events such as game nights, clubbing, etc.

✾ That being said, do not leave him alone in the kitchen, he will definitely accidentally set it on fire and you will be the one that has to clean up because do we really trust him after that? We have all seen his attempts at cooking, it never fails to be a disaster, so guess who is in charge of cooking from then on.

✾ Who needs matching cups and plates? Not you because he has shattered at least one of each set. Do not get too attached to your worldly possessions because Kai will knock them over or drop them on accident.

✾ He genuinely wants to help out with chores but he is so clumsy you still end up doing most of them. You can’t even be mad at him because, well, it is Kai.

Sehun: 2/10

✾ Is he even your roommate? You have no idea, he rarely helps out with anything. He has been so spoiled that he refuses to lift a finger and at this point, you feel brainwashed because he is getting away with it.

✾ If you are younger than him, he will be paying for everything you guys need, so that is a win. If not, be prepared for your bank account to take a massive hit because “the oldest should pay.”

✾ You guys get a lot of free stuff as Sehun knows to subtly let it drop to his friends, mostly Suho, that you guys direly need something. All of his friends basically function as sugar daddies, and neither of you is complaining about the free toilet paper.

✾ The type of roommate that judges your outfits and comments “Are you really going to wear that?” and leaves you on read when you text him about rent. He can be nice but tends to choose violence every time he wakes up. I hope that you’ve got thick skin.

✾ Despite his snarky comments, you know that he genuinely appreciates and cares for you based on how clingy he is. Good luck going clubbing without him. Your phone will keep buzzing with texts asking you when you will be home because he is too scared to sleep without another person present in the house.

Exo When Jealous

Junmyeon

He will be very mature about it. Junmyeon will asses the situation and think about what he will say to you before confronting you. He will listen to your side of the story and then decide how he will react from there. If he sees you with someone else and is REALLY jealous, he will not hesitate to confront you and figure out what's going on. Junmyeon is not the type to repress, so he will talk it out with you because he trusts and respects you.

Baekhyun

Uh oh, watch out! Baekhyun is a grudge holder. He is carefully watching you from across the room, taking in every detail. If he considers something to cross the line, he is by your side in an instant. He probably won't initially confront the person flirting with you. Instead he will put his arm around you hoping the other person gets the hint. Expect him to act like nothing is wrong in the moment. But, Baekhyun will probably bring it up months later during an argument.

Chanyeol

According to Chanyeol - he didn't see anything. He is always trying to maintain a laidback, cheerful demeanor, so he will act as though everything is ok. However, he is feeling threatened. If someone is flirting with you at a party, he will watch you out of the corner of his eye, but still joke around with his friends. If he ends up confronting the person flirting with you, he’ll try to make a joke to lighten the tension - even though his blood is boiling.

Kyungsoo

Poor Kyungsoo is doubting himself if he sees someone flirting with you. Immediately he thinks of all of his own shortcomings and wonders why you are with someone else and not beside him. He is non-confrontational and would try to pull you away with an excuse like “I need to tell you something” or “can you help me with something”. In most situations I don’t see him bringing it up again because he would have figured he was just overthinking things. However, if he does need to talk it out he would be very mature about it. First he would tell you how he feels and then listen to your side of the story.

Jongin

Angry # 1. Not at you - mostly at himself and the situation. He is quietly seething while watching you with someone else. Jongin is frustrated with himself for not standing up to the person who’s flirting with you because he’s non-confrontational. Also, he may want you to pick up that he uncomfortable and to tell the person who’s flirting with you to go away. He does repress his feelings so he’ll hold on to them and push them back into the deepest part of his mind. Next time someone flirts with you, that resentment will re-emerge on the surface - and there’s no telling what he may do.

Sehun

Angry #2. Sehun’s pride is hurt and he’s mad. If someone is flirting with you at an event or social gathering with people he knows, he will definitely be uncomfortable (maybe even a bit embarrassed). He will try to brush it off, but he has a limit. He will pull you away (not caring about the other person😅) and ask you what’s going on. He would be less mad at you and more mad about not maintaining a chill, laidback image. He trusts you, but alarms start sounding off in his head when he sees you with someone else.

Minseok

He would initially be very mature about it and respectfully confront the person flirting with you. But after... whew. Expect this moody man to give you the cold shoulder. He will be annoyed at the situation and need to to calm down and sort out his feelings before speaking with you. Throughout the night, when you try to speak with him expect one word answers like “yeah” and “mhm”. Or he’ll just ignore you entirely. Again, he tries to mature about it (because he definitely knows when he’s being dramatic) but will not be able to shake his bad mood.

Yixing

Yixing understands that you’re an attractive person and people are gonna flirt with you. He trusts you to make decisions for yourself and stand up for yourself. However, if you need him - he’s there in an instant. If he is jealous, he will talk to you about it, especially about the things which made him uncomfortable. He’ll work to come to a compromise with you, because he understands that this will happen.

Jongdae

He is another to talk it through. Jongdae has similar thoughts to Yixing. You’re an adult who can make their own decisions and he trusts you enough to stay faithful to him. People flirt with him too, and he will want you to have faith in him. But, since he is so trusting, if something were to happen which was over the line, he will never forget it. In fact, it may end the relationship. It will take something drastic to get to that point though. He’s not usually jealous - but he is prone to cutting people off entirely if they cross him (so don’t 😩).
