Ok this is difficult and scary but here we go:
1. I like that I’m kind. I am empathetic, and a good listener, and I really really like helping people.
2. I like that I’m kind of smart, or whatever. I’m good with all things abstract and theoretical, and I know how to formulate theoretical arguments. I might not be able to write fiction, but writing academic texts is my thing - and I like that about myself.
3. I like that I’m creative. I’m not an artist, but I think it’s pretty cool that I always have some creative project going on, whether it’s a spontaneous wall mural, polymer clay jewellery, oil painting or whatever. I like that I create things with my own hands.
4. To have one beauty-related point on this list: I like my hair. It’s super long, dark, and wavy. It’s pretty, and makes me feel like Arwen on a good day :)
5. Finally, I make a mean cardamom cake (“kardemummakaka”) -definitely something to like ;)

Get to know your blogger: I know you love to bake, and you know I love to drool over your creations. But what is your favourite thing to bake? And/or what is the next on your list to attempt? 💖
OMG. Such a hard question. 😱😊 I generally love baking anything that involves yeast dough! Because I simply enjoy making it. I think my staple according to my friends would be cinnamon rolls (kanelbullar). I love to eat them with vanilla sauce.🤤 Another favorite to bake are cookies because they are  easy to make, tasty and I love decorating them!
As for projects planned, the latest was the tarte I posted here. It had quite a complicated recipe even though it didn’t look like it at all. It was worth the work tho! Super tasty.
So I don’t have a specific new thing in mind yet. But I follow this Swedish baking blog (because Swedish baking is nomnomnom and I can practice what little Swedish I speak by reading Swedish recipes lol). I am thinking about making this banana cake (Banankladdkaka) or maybe a cardamom cake with cheesecake filling (Kardemummakaka med cheesecake fyllning).
(PS: I wish I could share some of my food with you T___T.)

Baka en saftig kardemummakaka till helgfikat
Kardemumma är en ljuvlig krydda och kardemummakaka är en stor favorit bland mjuka kakor.
Kardemummakaka
2 ägg 2 dl strösocker 75 g smör 1 dl vaniljyoghurt 1 tsk bikarbonat 2-3 tsk kardemumma 3-3 1/2 dl vetemjöl
Smör och ströbröd till en form på 1 1/2 liter.
Gör så här:Smörj och bröa sockerkaksformen och sätt ugnen på 175 grader. Vispa ägg och socker pösigt i en bunke. Smält smöret och häll i yoghurt.…

klassisk kardemummakaka
Ingredienser: 
200 g osaltat smör, rumsvarmt
3 1/4 dl vetemjöl
kardemumma (massor) 
2 1/4 dl strösocker
3 stora ägg
1 tsk vaniljsocker
1 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
1/4 dl crème fraiche
Värm ugnen till 175 g C. Smörj en brödform med smör och pudra med mjöl. Vispa smöret, kardemumman och strösockret poröst med en elvisp eller matberedare. Tillsätt äggen ett i taget och vispa ordentligt efter varje. 
Sikta ihop mjölet, vaniljsockret, saltet och bakpulvret och häll sedan i de torra ingredienserna i äggsmeten i två omgångar. Vispa tills allt är blandat och vispa till sist ner crème fraichen. Häll smeten i brödformen och grädda i mitten/något lägre i ugnen i ca 50-60 minuter eller tills den känns fast och inte längre är kladdig i mitten (känn efter med en provsticka). Låt kakan svalna något och stjälp sedan upp den på galler. Låt den svalna ytterligare innan du den skär den i skivor och serverar den till en god kopp thé.

The personal highlights in the year of 2013 was the first performance of my Piano concerto #1, the recording with Malmö Symfonic orchestra for cd and riding the dressage program Lätt B:1 where I came in second place. What a surprise!
