bad ideas for my book blog:
- i transfer to a format where i only read books about blood magic and rate them on a scale of antisemitic to semitic (it’s called “blood libel library”)
- i read exclusively YA fantasy and then rate whether it should have been a new adult book
- i only read cozy mysteries but instead of talking about copaganda the ratings are 100% based on the recipes in the back and i make all the recipes (this would be a great tiktok channel if anyone wants to do that)
- i only read erotica for a year and see how it changes my opinions on Books In General
- i only read cozy mysteries for a year and also one true crime book and i rate the true crime book like a cozy mystery and the cozy mysteries like a true crime book
- i read a bunch of straight romance but then i knock out two stars for every rating for being straight. also i call all the sex scenes “way too steamy” even if there are no sex scenes
- everything is the same about my book blog except all the readalikes i reference are fanfictions
- i become a middle grade book blogger but i have to asterisk out the word heart like h*art or he*rt
- i only read historical fiction, my least favorite genre, for a year. at the end i’ll either hate historical fiction more or like it
- i only read high fantasy for a year. they’re all 500+ page books and i only get to the middle of them before abandoning them and rating them and saying “DNF because it was too long” and all of my reviews are like that
- i only read cookbooks for a year but i rate them all as if they were fiction books
anyhow check out my book blog where i do none of these things and release a book review a day! you can also follow me on goodreads where i post about books sporadically and inconsistently! i have almost 3k views on my blog so if you just click around for a while it’ll boost my ego.

Can’t Wait Wednesday is a book blogging meme hosted over at Wishful Endings. It’s to discuss and spotlight books that you’re excited about but that you haven’t read yet, to get you more excited about your TBR pile! It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, which is hosted by Jill over at Breaking the Spine. I first heard about this meme from Kappa at Kappa Reads!
