Ssab’s stream yesterday was so good! I watched most of itand I didn’t plan to(well, Sykk was off, Ramee and Randy were both off, Blau, Lang, and Harry were playing Apex, Tony had a sponsor with Autumn, X was on League, Ray went live super late so absolutely no one I’d normally watch was on the server except for Whippy and the whole CB/CG/GG thing was on a pause) and I’m glad I did.
It was sweet seeing how many reunions there were, be it with the other Leanbois or other longtime characters and it’s like… Saab is a brand new character to me. Never seen him knowingly before. He knows Yuno as the janiator at the Rooster’s Rest but back then, CB wasn’t even on my rader. But I got to see where Saab fit in. His life he started in 3.0 before being “kidnapped” and hints of it before. So many people missed him.
He doesn’t want to force anything. He doesn’t want to take spots away from the guys that have been there the past several months, but he got to do a Mickey Vault plan Day 1! It was a more ragtag squad since only Blau and Tony were around for the heist crew but that was cool Ssaab was excited to be on the other side of Mickey’s and all the fake acting of the meta unlocks were funny. I’m excited to see where Saab goes in the group.
(Also Yaegar is a little shit to Saab and wants to leak to location of the secret stash to him and it’s funny)
I feel like this week has really mixed past and present for CB and it’s so good. Also not sure who/what games but CB games night tonight! Seems like it’s been a while since we’ve had a designated variety night!

I was watching The Last Airbender again (as one should) last night and I thought of something. The Cleanbois as benders of one of the elements. I also looked at what the elements presented and I think it would go like this.
Yuno = Air : Perceptive, Curious, Adventurous, Intellectual
Ray = Fire : Courageous, Passionate, Creative, Resourceful
Tony = Water : Empathetic, Devoted, Reflective, Adaptive
Lang = Earth : Respectable, Stable, Reliable, Practical
If only I could draw I would have done fanart already.
I have not seen A:TLA at all so thank you for the explanations and I really love them. It makes sense for all of them.
Yuno fits air SO well. He is so curious and adventurous, always up for an adventure like on his civ days, his birthday party. He can be so smart, coming up with plan alterations that impresses everyone based on what Tony/Lang/Ray is talking about. And, of course, hacking. For perceptiveness, that's where his silver tongue comes in. He knows really quickly how to read people and how to manipulate them. Or when Ramee didn't want to tell Yuno the red didn't work on the lower vault, Yuno knew it didn't work cause Ramee wasn't celebrating. He knows how to read his friends, the tones of their voices and what they don't say. He doesn't show that side often but he does.
Ray is so fire. He's passionate for the Cleanbois, he's always grinding to get them dongles or bank trucks so they have what they need. He's ride or die for them. He manages their resources so well, doesn't let dongles go to waste. He's also always courageous, always ready for a gun fight to defend his boys. Creative... Well, he prefers rat plans but he's creative in his own way.
Tony: Devoted. Tony is so devoted to Lang. So many of the other original (C)Leanbois have strayed, left, gone off to different characters, but he's still there by Lang's side, to bicker, to support, to love. Something deep and old runs between the two of them and only hell can break them apart, I feel like. He's also pretty adaptive and empathetic too and a lot of times, I feel like Tony's like the calm one which water just gives off.
Lang: I think these fit not at first, but when you think about it. Respectable stands out. For his public image, he's this rich businessman and those are typically at first glance respectable. But he's also reliable. Once you gain his trust as a crim, you can trust him to be there for you. Yuno, Ray, Tony, he'd go down for any one of them. X, maybe but it's hard to say anyone's relationship with X because his relationships are so broken up by bans. Mickey has some loyalty to. And there's some stability in that to. The one thing I can't see is practical for Lang, since he always wants to do fun crazy plans and is cool spending thousands on getaway planes/boats/etc but yeah.
This got SO long but I really loved this ask and how it made me think and please, people, feel free to send me stuff like this. Hogwarts houses, um, well, that's really all the sorting I know but this explanation helped.
