LENNY HAS ARRIVED!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳Jam I’m so excited I literally had to muffle a scream so I didn’t wake up my roommates - I absolutely LOVE how they met and that she tells him they need better skits! And the banter is already there and it’s perfect, and then when she says it’s not like she’ll ever have to see him again BUT SHE WILL AND THEY’LL BE BESTIES wow I love all of it!!! I hope you know your fics make me feel just slightly better about her leaving Kvartal - at least there’s future Lenny content here and I cannot wait for her in future chapters 😊😊

And I promise I read your fics for more than just Lenny 😂😂 I really enjoyed Vova and Sasha’s confrontation with Daniil as well. Daniil is the WORST and how dare he say those things about Lena - good for Vova and Sasha for putting him in his place, I absolutely adore their friendship too and YES SASHA so glad he punched Daniil because someone had to. It doesn’t feel like this is over though, so I am excited to see where you take the conflict between Vova and Daniil, and of course I am eagerly awaiting the final removal of all the roadblocks to our favorite couple’s happiness. Okay so what happened is Lis @metvmorqhoses tagged me in a post from the official The Young Pope Itailan site and basically said that there won’t be a second season of The Young Pope but instead there will be a second “season” entitled The New Pope which Paolo Sorrentino is working on at the moment – and supposedly Jude Law won’t be in it, and there will be no more Pius XIII though who even knows what happened to him, right. So I looked it up and apparently it’s true and now I have so many more questions.

Person B receives a phone call of a very out-of-it Person A, who continues to tell Person B how pretty they are, while Person A’s father says “okay, that’s nice, get off the phone now.”

He wishes he could be there for her, but he's in California for another week, and she insisted that he didn't need to come home for this.

It's probably for the best anyway. Whatever painkillers they'll have her on would be too tempting, so it's a good thing that he's not there.

Rose calls him after the surgery. Everything went fine. Midge is too loopy to feel any pain, and she has a pair of ice packs on her jaw to help. "Take some pictures of that, will you?" He jokes to his mother-in-law.

He's getting ready for his show that evening when the phone rings. "Yeah?"

"Thhhere he is!" An excessively jovial (and obviously high) Miriam Bruce is on the other end, and he pulls the phone from his ear. "I missss you," she slurs, giggling into the receiver.

He chuckles in response. "I miss you too, sweetheart. How are you feeling?"

"Soooo good. Soooo good. But I miss my husband," she tells him. "My pretty, pretty husband. You're so pretty," she hums, sounding happy and sleepy and maybe a couple other dwarves.

He covers his mouth, stifling a laugh at her rambling. "You shhould come hooome," she continues. "I mmiss your prettyyy face."

"Trust me, Midge, I miss your pretty face more," he responds.

She giggles again. "Youu think I'm prettyyy?"

"You're alright," he teases, and he can practically hear her pouting through the receiver.

"Lennyyyyyy," she groans, but it turns into another giggle. "I looove you. How'd I get a husband as pretty as youuu?"

He laughs at that. "I think I should be asking you that question."

"I'm not a husband," she protests.

"Right - sister," he amends.

Another giggle. Fuck, he misses her. "Ev'rything about you is so pretty," she continues. "Pretty eyes...pretty suits...pretty hands...pretty co - "

"Okay, that's nice!" He hears Abe shout through the phone, and he can't help laughing at the thought of his father-in-law's discomfort. "Time to get off this long distance call now, Miriam. Say goodnight to Lenny."

"Mmm, goodnight, Lenny," she hums.

"Love you, honey." He hangs up the phone and puts on his jacket, still laughing quietly to himself.

The audience tonight is gonna eat this shit up.

This is the most effort I’ve ever put into a cosplay, but Red Dead Redemption 2 is seriously an all time favourite game for me, and Lenny is such a great character.

I just hope it’s good enough to get Arthur’s voice actor Roger Clark to yell LENNYYYYYY at me when I see him at Dublin Comic Con in August.
