Dad Andy headcannons!
Daughter POV
Tumblr media
He probably checks any dolls that are over the height of 12 inches.
He picks you up from school and if you go with someone else, he has to know all about them or put a tracker inside your bag.
He would probably tell you about chucky when you turn 6 years old.
If you want to imagine his wife/ur mom died, he'd be so fatherly but if you got your period, he'd search up all about it and even make you up on call with Kyle about it whenever something happens.
He'd be working from home and but if you wanted him to pick you up from school if you were going to a lesson you hated, he'd text back "I'm busy away at work."
I don't think he'd be too bothered about grades (guys idk but I'm 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and in my school we only get behaviour grades 😭) but if it was constant, he'd tutor you at home when you would be bored.
The curfews from when you were 9-12 would be 4pm and from 13-16, it would be 8pm and if you weren't home by those times, you'd both be in the livingroom and he'd just be giving you a lecture about it whilst the glare from the sun/moon light shines down on him through the window.
If you ever went to the mall with your friends, he'd probably be a BOSS store or matalan (guys idk if matalan is an American shop too sorry 😭)
He'd rarely have movie nights with you. Maybe on your birthday, you both would get in his bed (which is the comfiest) and you both would get sweets/candy and watch a movie.
If you ever went to hot topic and came back home with anything with studs, platform boots or hair spray/dye, he'd throw them away and give you something he had.
He'd give you chores once in a while every 2 weeks.
If you had a nightmare, he'd tell you everything is okay and it's gonna be okay. (If it was about the past or something, he'd tell you that it was in the past and it won't happen again.)
He would NEVER let you have social media until you were 14.
If you were at a doctors appointment or something, he'd let you draw on hid hand and it would usually be a spider web on the back of his hand or a snake.
If you ever slept in the car, hed either wake you up but at your own pace or carry you inside to the couch.
If you ever had feelings for anyone, he'd check if you were serious or delusional about love. He should've never let you watch La La Land.
If you ever made him get social media (e.g facebook) the photo would probably be from his shit camera on his laptop with him at his desk looking up at the camera with his shoulders slouched down and him barely even smiling and would need to be taught the basics of social media before letting you have it.

Salaam you,
I forgot that you had sent me your flight info. I've kept my eye on the date and been opening snap to see if you've posted anything of your return journey.
I spent my day out with mum, took her to matalan and lidl, all the while checking the arrivals for Heathrow. Your flight landed at 13.10. My heart got some relief that you had returned.
Even though I told myself not to watch your snaps, I kept seeing if maybe you'd message me on tele, WhatsApp or snap to say you were back and that you were OK. It's been 2 weeks since we lost contact, and a month since I last saw you. I've kind of fallen into my old lethargic self. For you it's just the beginning.
I'm sure your girls will be ecstatic to see you just as much as you are to see them. I can't even imagine what kind of adventure you had over there, but I know you would have missed them the most.

you made a mess of me - chapter one (bucky x reader)
Tumblr media
pairing: bodyguard!bucky x princess!reader
updates: every week
masterlist
message me to be added to the taglist
A/N: this is the short opener to what i hope will be an epic and fun fic!! hope you enjoy x
There are many things to like about being a princess. No way round it—you love the luxury, the worldwide fame for just existing, the way people are grateful just to be in your presence. It’s like every time you leave the palace a red carpet is pre-rolled out, ready for you to walk gracefully across in your limited edition Louboutins. Your life is gowns, champagne and ribbon-cutting, Hollywood-white smiles for paparazzi and deliciously opulent scandal. If you’re not pictured in the socialite gossip pages of glossy magazines, you’re not partying hard enough. You’re not appearing in enough of the right places with the right people.
Except, in your world, you’re the only right person. People battle for a place at your table, an invite to your party. It is impossible to not get intoxicated on that feeling, way before any hundred dollar (plus) champagne is drunk.
It is hard not to believe you’re completely inpenetrable. Sat at the annual Sokovian Aid charity dinner, you feel pretty fucking invincible.
Yes, sure, the charity is important—daddy does love his little humanitarian projects, and it is one of your only actual jobs to interact with them—but you can feel the eyes of everyone in the room looking at you. People chatter about what dress you’re wearing, who accompanies you in your direct entourage, who you may be leaving with at the end of the night. The charity is important, but you know really, you’re the true focus. And that is not as selfish as it sounds, because your presence on its own brings in thousands of dollars of donations.
“Oh my God, (Y/N),” your best friend and confidant, Lady Connie Davenport, murmurs drily from next to you. Naturally, you’re on the honours table. The top one. As if you could be put anywhere else. “Look at the Sokovian girl. What on Earth is she wearing?”
Connie was pointing at a tall, pale girl who you recognised as the PR liaison rep for SA, but you had long since forgotten her name. Whilst it was your job to turn up to these things, other people could remember the minor details. “Who knows. Maybe it’s Matalan.”
Connie laughed loudly. “Matalan? Surely not. Bit too expensive, no?”
You smirk, bringing a glass of champagne to your lips. It had been filled up without you even realising—that is the kind of attention to detail you appreciate. “Perhaps.”
“Hmm. And what about the men? Seen anyone you like?”
Of course, you’d already scanned the room on arrival for eligible bachelors. Many were rich, but ancient oligarchs with deep pockets are not exactly your type. Several of the younger men had arrived with ladies on their arms which, whilst not an obstacle, did require some extra effort. The other men were way too presentable for your tastes. The last thing you want is someone you could take to dinner with your parents and for them to approve.
There is one man, though, who you’ve had your eye on. Or, his eyes have been very certainly on you. Deep set and intense, he looks at you differently to the way everyone else does. All night he has been sat quietly and aloof in the corner, not even pretending to look away when you catch eyes. He looks confident, arrogant even. And there is literally nothing that turns you on more than an over confident man who thinks he can do as he likes.
They think that, until they meet you.
“We’ll see,” you reply. Connie arches an eyebrow at you knowingly. “What? I like to keep you guessing.”
“You are infuriating, darling.”
Your smile is coy as a hand brushes across your shoulder. Looking up, you see Eric, your family’s head of PR. He is the one who keeps these events running smoothly, telling you where to be and when. “They’re ready for your speech, your highness.”
Of course, you hadn’t written the speech. Some neatly typed prompt cards had been handed to you a few days ago and you’d glazed over them, but it was the same old shit. At this point you might as well have the words what a great cause tattooed on your ass.
You huff a reluctant sigh. “Alright, let’s get this over with, then.”
Eric guides you through a maze of back corridors until you reach the door nearest the makeshift stage. Whilst a compere excitedly introduces you to tables upon tables of distinguished guests, a lady touches up your makeup and hair, messing with the hem of your dress. You have to look perfect for the photographers or your life won’t be worth living. You hear your name and you turn on the thousand kilowatt smile, waving elegantly as your heels click loudly against the tiled floor. The cheers are invigorating. Speeches are boring, yes, but the attention is most definitely not.
“Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.” You say, standing just the right distance away from the microphone to make an impact on the room, but not close enough for it to be overpowering. These are the kind of lessons you’re taught as a princess. “And what a pleasure it is to be here! It is always an utter joy to help Sokovian Aid and I am, as always, proud to be the patron of such a great cause.”
In the corner of your eye, you see movement from where your admirer has been perched all night. Maybe he is dying to get a better look at you.
“Sokovian Aid has been a charity very close to my family ever since we visited just after the end of the civil war.” There is more movement. People shift in seats and confusion flits over your expression, but you need to stay professional. “We saw poverty and pain, but a community so full of life and—”
BANG.
Blood rings in your ears as your body is brought heavily to the floor, thumping gracelessly against the tile. A much larger body is hunched over your own and just above the foggy, muted ringing in your head there is definite screaming. Shock and fear momentarily stuns your breathing—have you been hurt? Have you been hurt and you just can’t feel it yet?
There is one certainty. A chest is pressed tightly against your own, protecting you, a heart thudding desperately loudly against your trembling hands.
“Don’t panic, your highness,” a voice confidently says, deep and masculine. “You’re okay. You’re fine.”
Your breath hitches in your chest. There are a thousand possible questions but none of them make it out your mouth, which is extremely uncharacteristic indeed.
“Shooter neutralised.” The voice says into what you can only assume is a communicator. A fuzzy voice replies. “Emerald is unharmed. I will escort her to the safehouse point. Over.”
Shooter? Is this—a botched assassination?
“Are you okay to stand, your highness?”
The man’s body untangles from your own and you see him for the first time. Tall, muscular, dressed in a well-fitting suit filled out by a bulletproof vest underneath. A communicator, black and discreet, curls from his ear to the collar of his shirt. His hair is dark, neatly trimmed, with the ghost of stubble across his cheeks. You blink whilst his sharp eyes stare at you expectantly. Wordlessly, you nod, accepting his strong outstretched hand.
When you look around the room, it is almost completely empty, other than the usual FBI types that constantly linger wherever you go. Every event you attend is manned by some sort of protection, whether that is the police, secret services or a private, vetted company. You have never cared to figure out which, as you rarely have to deal with them for more than a few moments. You’ve always despised having people hang around you like shadows with ID badges.
Then it strikes you. It strikes you that someone in this room came here with the intention to end your life.
“Your highness. Your highness.” The officer who saved you raises his voice to get your attention. “There has just been an attempt on your life. The culprit has been reprimanded, but we cannot be certain that he was the only shooter within the vicinity. I have permission from your family to take you to a safe house. Do you understand? You have to come with me.”
You nod, but you feel lightheaded and nauseous. People are running urgently around you. Connie, you notice, is long gone, as well as your favourite bachelor. You love attention, but not this frantic, frightening kind—the man’s hand steadies you, stopping your feet from crumbling beneath you.
“We have to go now, your highness. You’re safe as long as you’re with me, alright?”
The last thing you see is his concerned expression before you pass out in his arms.

Ok listen, I love those clothes you got, are you going to do a little review of them all? They legit look sooo good on you!! Your gorgeous!!! Did all of the clothes come from new look of are they all from different places? Would it be too much to ask where? I love sweaters so much and those are some nice ones!! Anyway have a good day/night!! Ily
from misguided
send noods tshirt - 4/5
super cute idea and graphic but hangs very loose and isn’t well fitted. probably needs to be worn tucked into some jeans or skirt in order to look cute! maybe with some trainers or doc martins
black crew neck - 3/5
this was a lot shorter than it looked in the picture which kinda upset me aaa. also it wasn’t in my size so i got a size smaller. its a nice material but really does ride up short so if ur self concious like me u’ll need to wear high wasted stuff or just wear it as a pj top lol
 tennessee nashville sweater - 5/5
ok this is super soft and comfy and is super cute too
mustard colour block jumper - 5/5
material is super soft and thick. could imagine myself wearing this with skinny jeans and brouges and feeling hella cute. i was worried that it would ride up short but it doesnt!
black stripe tshirt - 4/5
this is perfect apart from the fact that the material is sorta weird?? like i can imagine getting really sweaty in it on a hot day lol
green tartan hoodie - 5/5
in the sale which makes it even better!! super light and comfy. fits perfect!! hood makes it even more stylish and the red and green complement each other really well. it’ll be awesome for when im in my more masculin moods
 brown borg jacket - 3/5
i think its not worth this much money tbh. its very nice but in the pics u can see its the least flattering. its like a puffy, fluffy blazer and i think it would look nice with some outfits but not really that much with others yano? its also not fluffy inside too which is a shame
denim jaket with collar - 3/5
if you get this, defo get a size smaller. its very very baggy and oversized which i sorta dont like with denim jakets cause it makes me look fat lol. but its still very stylish! i just hate the way it sits on my shoulders
from new look
camel grid coat - 5/5
i was super torn between this colour and the grey one tbh but i just fell in love with the outfit the model was wearing in the picture of the camel one. it’s so cute!!! fits amazingly, makes you look nice and slim and has a really nice cut at the bottom. the material is soft but not fuzzy like some of new looks clothes are. im v happy with this one!!
burgandy teddy jaket - 5/5
this was sort of an impulse buy. i didn’t need any more coats at this point but i saw it an i was like omg thats cute!! the material is super soft like i could literally lie on it. it also sorta doubles up as a cardigen, coat and jumper all at the same time cause it zips up really nice and still leaves lots of room!
black borg denim jacket - 3/5
i desperatley wanted a borg denim jacket but all of the blue denim ones were sold out or werent what i was looking for so i decided to go for a black one instead. it sits sorta funny at the minute but im sure once i wear it long enough it should look ok! the material is very stiff and the wool is sort of a funny texture
yellow chevron jumper - 4/5
i so depseratley wanna give this 5/5 but it arrived with a few pulls in the threads aaa!! but it looks very nice on and is sooooo soft i wanna live in it
cream teddy coat - 4/5
this is the entire reason why i even went shopping lmao?? i like it a lot but it is veryyy oversized. i personally like that but some people might not. it also feels very bulky on so i think you’d have to wear skinny jeans or something with it so you don’t look massive lol. while looking for the link i actually found this one which is a super cute version of it and id recommend getting it instead tbh!!
stripey crew neck - 2/5
very very horrible material against ur skin. looks super cute i will admit!! but it is super tight which is a shame because i have a big belly aaaa. also the neck comes down a bit lower than in the picture so.. yea. im disappointed
navy sweatshirt - 5/5 (no link im sorry! i think it might’ve sold out?)
super comfy and has a high neck to hide my double chins lol

Mother fights to stop strangers STEALING the snaps of her photogenic children to advertise clothes on eBay
A mother who has turned her children into Instagram stars revealed she has to stop strangers stealing the snaps to advertise clothes on eBay. Aleksandra Hoyles, 32, from South Yorkshire, has built up a 150,000-strong following by sharing photos of her photogenic son Liam, 10, and daughter Lily, four. The mother-of-two, who is married to Piya, often shares wholesome pictures of family life which have helped her bag £25,000 worth of freebies in six years - including a TV and designer clothes. However she told FEMAIL that she has repeatedly spotted pictures of her and Lily on listings websites eBay and Aliexpress, which prompted her to put a 'don't steal my pictures' warning at the top of the Instagram account.
Tumblr media
Aleksandra Hoyles, 32, from South Yorkshire,  gathered 151,000 followers on Instagram after sharing pictures  of  her family (pictured with Lily and Liam and husband Piya)
Tumblr media
The mother-of-two has bagged £25,000 worth of freebies so far, thanks to the adorable snaps of her son Liam, ten and her daughter Lily, four, dressed in 'nice clothes' (pictured)
Tumblr media
Lily combing her hair in her room. Aleksandra said she only took pictures of her children when they felt like it   'Shops or people who sell similar clothes to what we promote are using my pictures without my permission,' she explained. 'Our pictures with matching dresses are all over eBay and Chinese websites who sell clothing. That’s the only minus.' Aleksandra, a stay-at-home mother originally from Poland, said she was into social media before starting her Instagram account. However in 2013, when Liam was four, Aleksandra was encouraged by a friend to get on Instagram and learnt how to use hashtags to grow her following. The mother-of-two built up a steady following as she shared snaps of her young son decked out in carefully chosen outfits
Tumblr media
The mother-of-two said she has started to charge brands £50 to £100 per post, but did not make small businesses pay (Lily taking her doll for a spin)
Tumblr media
All the money Aleksandra earns from her Instagram account, she puts away in a saving account for her children (pictured: Lily and Liam)
Tumblr media
Aleksandra is often flooded with brands sending her children items in hope to be featured in one of her posts
Tumblr media
Aleksandra said sellers on eBay marketed their clothes by using pictures stolen from her Instagram such as the one pictured above   After Lily's birth in 2015, Aleksandra started adding photos of her daughter and found she gained even more followers and started to get attention from UK brands. She started sharing pictures of both of the children on Instagram to an ever-growing audience of online fans, most women. Aleksandra continued: 'They love when I share toys because they are unsure what to buy so they can see on my stories - what the product looks like and if it’s worth buying. 'They also like the clothes, or when I go to high street retailers and they can see what’s in store.
Tumblr media
The mother-of-two said she knows her children will rapidly outgrow the nice clothes she dresses them in   'Sometimes if they live outside UK they send screenshots of my stories to friends who live in the UK to purchase items for them.' And she revealed fans are also invested in the family's welfare, saying:  'They love when I share something about us as a family like when we found something funny with the kids.' The mother explained that the more her following grew, the more brands were asking her to tag them in her posts in exchange for products, which allowed her to start charging big brands £50 to £100 per post. She added that she did not ask small businesses of independent brands to pay a fee, and added she had received £25,000 of free products so far in six years.
Tumblr media
Aleksandra's following grew exponentially after the birth of Lily in 2015, after she occasionally started sharing snaps of her daughter
Tumblr media
The happy mother says she has received any type of free items, from clothes and toys to furniture and even a TV   Her treasure trove includes items from retailers like River island, Matalan, F&F clothing, LOL dolls or Smiggle, as well as accessories, toys, bedroom furniture, and even a TV, which was most surprising to Aleksandra, who 'didn’t ever expected someone will want to collaborate with us for something different than clothes.' The mother, who said she was very grateful for her online following, said she tries to shop smartly in order to help her children look their best. She said that she did not only dress them in designer labels but was also a huge fan of the high street. She added: 'And I’m not shy to buy something from charity shops. I don’t spend much on clothing. I try to dress Lily in everything from previous collaborations. 'Maybe only last week I spent £20 in Primark for few bits and bobs but usually I just do stories for my followers from stores and end up not buying anything for me or Lily. 'She has a lot of clothes from collaborations and it would be a shame not to wear them again.' She added that while Liam and Lily are unaware of their Insta-fame, she only snaps pictures of them when they wanted to. She said: 'Liam just sees it as mum's hobby and Lily doesn’t understand it very well yet.'
Tumblr media
Aleksandra says Liam and Lily (pictured) were unaware of their Insta-fame, but said she only snapped pictures of them when they wanted to

Valentine’s day is just around the corner and to many it’s overly commercialised and if you had read my first Valentine’s outfit ideas post earlier this week, and also looked at the look book I made both in 2017 & 2018 (2019 look book coming soon) , you will realise that I am such a fun of this day. So many reasons to back that up but the main one would be because I have ‘extra’ all over my DNA. Therefore, here is one other post (all inclusive) giving ideas on what to wear on valentine’s day depending on the occasion. Valentine’s outfit ideas for every occasion, now Shall we?
    MEETING THE PARENTS ON VALENTINES
I mention visiting / meeting the parents a lot on here because most people I know are in the age of dating and or getting engaged therefore, I find this quite relevant. Most men take this day and opportunity to take their girlfriends home. Yes! I know; very predictable but oh well, that’s how it is. Okay, so bad to the style story … the best way to show a good impression to the ‘in-laws’ is to traditionally look presentable: this means various things depending on the culture. speaking for the place I come from, decency is traditionally measured by the length of your dress / clothing, the amount of skin you show particularly and of course your usefulness plays a huge role! To conquer that this look works perfectly as it checks all the boxes and more. The snake print makes you look fierce and it is countered by the pressed rose satin blouse which oozes out a softer side as well as the satin material giving an impression that you have been well taken care of, rather you are taking great care of yourself. Add a white bucket bag and you are completely good to go … a perfect Valentine’s outfit idea!

SEMI-CASUAL WEEKEND
Just in case there is something planned for the weekend and you have a feeling that it would be a fun getaway but still needed a little bit more styling up, I would advise you go for a statement piece as you keep the rest casual. So, another Valentine’s outfit idea involves One of my best pieces to go for: these pants that I got ages ago from She-In and I am sure if you watched the Styling Red Lookbook then they are a little familiar. This helps you to ensure that there is allowance to go fancy but is there is need for comfort you still have it… two in one I may call it.
White T-shirt – Primark
Red Flared Trousers – She-In
White Trainers – NewLook

  GALENTINES
For those of you with amazing girlfriends all ready and willing to go and have the most fulfilling day with them, then you have the perfect fit that allows your girls to see you made the effort but still look effortlessly great! A leather skirt will always ooze that ‘I put a lot of thought in my outfit’ and the trainers get you back to the ‘but I wasn’t trying too much’ zone. If you are planning to take it over to the evening, then you just pop in a pair of heels and whoosh! New girl, who dis?

  PROPOSAL DATE
Well, it goes without saying that other than meeting the parents, most proposals happen around this season. Thing is, if you have that gut feeling (we always have it.) that this is the moment that he will pop the big question, then go all out and get you a fancy dress and cute heels underneath to grace this occasion. If then he happens to be looking in the inter-webs, then it means he has a photographer booked for the occasion and what great way to crown an event with such a photogenic dress? This dress that I wore to my birthday photoshoot works so well because it is so flowy and conquers all sorts of situations. From taking pictures under water to beautiful sunset photos, your day will be as memorable as you make it as well as the bling to crown it all.

  DATE NIGHT
Are we looking at a beautiful date night on Valentines? Very high end and all glam? Then surprise the bae with this Cinderella dress that is so dreamy and just to remind him that in case you lost your glass slipper, you will be willing for him to be your prince charming. It is the one time you forget about all the troubles of the world and just feel cute – we rarely give ourselves the chance to feel that. However, if you are in a cold region you might consider a long coat over and preferably one in jungle green as it pairs so well with the colour. Finish off with the cutest pair of slipper heels in gold and finish off with a cute cross body bag and voila! You’re good to go.

BRUNCH?
We all love a casual brunch date, now don’t we? To me, that beats up the hustle of being up so early to go for breakfast and it also means I am not as hungry as I usually get around lunch time. Thing is at that moment we don’t usually want to be as extra as you would be if it was night time but also pay homage to the event that is brunch then this is quite the look for you. Simple but works the trick. To me this is such a good one especially if you are based in a place where the sun is busy scorching or even if you are beach bound… would be a great one to walk with around the beaches…

  CORPORATE /BUSINESS DATE
Let’s say your new bae is the one you might be sneaking around with in secret and you know, he really likes you and wants to show you a special gesture just for this day, or maybe this is the gesture that leads to you officiating the relationship according to HR, then this is quite the look to go for. I love this because the blazer shows a lot of sophistication while still looking a tad casual from the wide leg jeans. Thing is, with the workplace of today where jeans are the norm to work then it may seem like a good idea to take it a notch higher by pulling out your wide-leg pants as opposed to the normal jeans out here. If you like it fancy then you can add a waist belt to the blazer and if you are in a hot place, then lose the beret. Kitten heels are a fave for work because the practicality is just to notch! Also, hope he gets the relationship to an official stage ha-ha! 😊

    NIGHT OUT
Finally, I cannot leave you night out goers! A nice way to dress up and show up on valentines is just by luring him in a cute dress that shows how ready you are to party and have a good time, and if you are out with your girls, a longer version looks perfect too!

"Elon Musk" Crypto Scam May Have Snagged Dozens Of Bitcoin (BTC)
“Elon Musk” Strikes Again, Bitcoin Scam Ensues
After Twitter reportedly restricted (and banned) many of the accounts sharing the likeness of Tesla & SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, one of the social media platform’s foremost stars, reports have arisen that claim that the world-renowned entrepreneur has been impersonated yet again, this time in a context pertaining to Bitcoin (BTC).
Just one day ago, an anonymous group of hackers breached that Twitter accounts of Matalan and PatheUK, two British media outlets that have been verified (denoted by the iconic blue checkmark) and have garnered thousands of followers. The attackers quickly went to work, changing the profile’s picture and title/name to trick Twitter-goers that they were Musk himself, who is an active (maybe too-active) user of the platform himself.
Capitalizing on this change, the scammers issued a series of promoted tweets, claiming that them, or “Elon Musk,” was giving away 10,000 “Bitcoic (BTC),” which would be valued at $65 million, subsequently beckoning the “community” to participate in the obvious swindle.
What the heck? These scams are getting worse by the day. Now we have verified accounts of politicians that are used for this scam!

The message, which was riddled with typos, was closed off by its authors with a link, presumably to a scam/virus-infested web page, and a QR code and Bitcoin address with an accompanying message. The message, situated above the QR code and Bitcoin address, was presumably recognizable to astute crypto investors/savants, as it claimed that Musk would return 10x on the victim’s “investment” — obviously a too good to be true opportunity.
As this news rose to prominence, a number of mainstream media outlets started to cover the topic, claiming that it was the wallet associated with the scam had received upwards of 28 BTC ($175,000) from supposed victims. This would indicate that the scam-promoting tweet, likely promoted to the feeds of thousands, somehow worked, even in spite of the typos and the outrageous BTC returns that “Elon Musk” offered.
Not Everyone Is Convinced…
Although many have claimed that the hacker’s ‘winnings’ are well over $100,000, others aren’t convinced that the BTC “Musk” garnered are from the pockets of naive investors, but rather, from the scammer/hacker’s associates and accomplices.
P. H. Madore of CCN claimed that a “significant portion of the funds” may have come from the hacker’s own wallets, with this likely being done to entice to-be victims to throw their crypto holdings and the pseudonymous address.
Udi Wertheimer, a well-known and well-regarded Bitcoiner and coder extraordinaire that frequents Twitter, echoed this sentiment. Wertheimer noted that just because the address under inspection has “some money in it” doesn’t mean that they “scored it.”
Hey @coindesk, this is a pretty common misconception, but it’s time to put it to an end:
Just because the scammer’s address has some money in it, it doesn’t mean they “scored” it. The scammers usually send large sums to their own addresses so that they seem legit. pic.twitter.com/hGWDZYDXv0

Regardless of the specifics of this scam, this odd occurrence highlights the reoccurring theme and relationship between Elon Musk, arguably the world’s most well-known CEO, and Bitcoin and the nascent crypto industry, which he has seemingly lightly dabbled in.
Throughout the past months, Musk has made a series of tiny, yet well-read forays into crypto — first jokingly noting that he would want Ethereum (ETH) “even if it is a scam” before calling upon Dogecoin’s founder, Jackson Palmer, to fight Twitter scambots and jokingly tweeting about Bitcoin in the context of Japanese anime cartoons.
