What's your story about?

My story is called A Dragons Reign! It's about dragons! It's like a cross between WoF and the Summer King Chronicles but intended for young adults. Here's a trailer? I'm really bad at explaining my books ^^" It's not out yet, the line edit is going to be worked on in March of next year!

In the mystical world of Eason, on the war-torn continent of Azela where fragile crystals hold the power to reshape civilisations, a relentless war unfolds between two ancient forces: the sren fire dragons and the crystal ice dragons.

In this epic tale, the boundaries between loyalty to friends and allegiance to family become indistinct, as the very fate of their world hangs in the balance. As the sparks of war fly, the line between right and wrong blurs, leaving heroes and villains entangled in a web of destiny.

In a world where power is both coveted and feared, the dragons must grapple with difficult choices. Sometimes, the path to righteousness is far from easy, and rarely does it remain untarnished.

She prefers being alone, her best friend is a princess, and she really hates fire dragons.

Who am I?

I wanted to create this post to explain why I was gone for so long and how I changed. I'll be surprised if anyone remembers me, but just in case anyone does, hello again. Ten years ago, my name was MrE380, but now it's just Jesse.

In 2012, I created this Tumblr account and had no idea what I was doing. I want to apologise to anyone I may have hurt. I was wrong to act like I did, and I'm sorry. 2018 was the last post I made until I rediscovered this account still existed about a week ago. I thought I might get back into Tumblr after the whole ordeal with Elon and Twitter. If that was going to be the case, I figured I should reintroduce myself, for I am not the same as I was when I left.

In 2012, I was part of the My Little Pony Friendship is Magic community. I created several interviews with other fans from across the world. I was also preparing to join the United States Army.

I joined the United States Army in 2014 and left for basic training.

I tried to continue what I was doing, but the army was a demanding lifestyle, and I could no longer do interviews.

In 2017, I left the United States Army and moved to Australia, so I could study journalism and live with my partner, Kat the Cyborg. https://katcyborg.tumblr.com/

Now in 2022, I'm still working on that same dragon story. I create TikTok videos, and I live stream playing videogames.

For ten years, I looked more into myself, where I came from, and who I am. To say I had grown up is an understatement. I'm not going to go into a play-by-play of everything I discovered about myself, but I will say I'm much happier now than I was.

In short, my name is Jesse Quiñones. I'm a Taiño, Two-Spirit person who writes stories about talking dragons. I like to give writing advice, and you might see my content on An Ordinary Writer if you're interested in writing advice. https://anordinarywriter.tumblr.com/ 

I'm a part of the LGBTQ+ community. I'm Hispanic, and I follow Santa Muerte. I have aphantasia as well. If there’s one thing I learned from the past ten years, it's all right if it takes you a long time to discover yourself, and it's perfectly normal if you don't like who you were in the past and that you might even regret some of your actions. There's still time to learn and grow; no one is perfect. If I could go back in time and see my old self, my old self would probably hate who they would become, but I don't hate them.

While I regret the things I did ten years ago, I don't regret who I was. If I had never been that person ten years ago, I might not be who I am today.
