notes: i wanted to include reader in lazulight and i always think of the idea of elira being with another dragon😭

you were never very open with your feelings. except for when you were with elira. it was all just easier with her. you didn't have to worry about... anything really.

and while a lot of your new friends in nijisanji were very willing to talk about their own feelings, it was still extremely hard for you to do so as well.

you always felt bad at the beginning of your relationship with elira for not being very open about it. you could hardly hold her hand, could barely act as though you were best friends. (at the time you couldn't believe how enna and millie acted with each other)

when you were both accepted into nijisanji en as their first generation it was the first time you ever actually showed that you loved her in public. a sudden burst of excitement, nervousness, and happiness had you jumping into elira's arms, both your wings happily fluttering.

only to then feel absolutely embarrassed when you heard her family cooing and laughing.

and when you and elira officially debuted you immediatel strived to collab as much as you could. (without it looking suspicious in anyway)

people immediately dubbed you guys as the "complete opposites best friends" trope. and while it sucked you knew it was most likely better to keep it this way, as some people got too involved in peoples lives that weren't their own.

besides you had a sort of ritual at the end of each collab with elira. while elira was saying goodbye to your chat you would discretely mute yourself amd tell her you love her.

at first you could tell it flushed her to a point she almost gave you away, but by now shes so used to it she keeps talking away and waits until after both streams have ended to release the screams and blushes.

you also didn't mind doing this around certain friends of yours. mostly selen and nina. as eliras sister, you've already been subjected to selens teasing enough that you're immune to it.

and out of any of the other livers, ninas by far one of the ones your most comfortable with (excluding elira of course)

and so comes the moment you let your gaurd down. elira was doing a simple zatsu, looking to spend time chatting with her friends and her chat. it was quite late, elira had been streaming for around six hours now, reaching her limit. you had stuck around since the third hour and was rather tired from the social aspect of it, several of your friend making the stream extremely lively.

unfortunately for you while you're tored you tend to get more comfortable. with elira of course. so honestly no surprise when you utter out a mumbles yet very audible, "I love you..."

it is a surprise when you hear several gasps. one from elira, several from finana (each getting louder and louder for whatever reason), then from fuu-chan, reimu, and alban. plus a small drawn out "uhhh" from shu.

you squeak slightly as you suddenly feel flushed, your neck and cheeks feeling hot. embarrassment quickly taking over you leave the call as quick as you can, burying your face in your hands.

it takes a couple minutes before you hear your door opening slowly, light creeping in and a shadow approaching.

"y/n...? you okay babe?" you can hear the concern in elira's voice, her hand moving in slow circles over your back.

"yeah...im just... embarrassed i guess," you didn't care if people knew about your relationship, but you did care about how people saw you.

"don't worry about y/n! actually, you wanna see something?" elira grins holding out her phone, a screenshot of the chat at the time they heard say 'i love you'.

Luca and his men were cleaning up after a hit when he heard a whimper from the alley nearby. High on alert, he cocked his gun and carefully made his way to the source of the noise.

“Who’s there?” He yelled, which was returned by another whimper.

Whatever it was, was definitely frightened.

Luca continued to walk until he heard rustling beside the dumpster. He quickly turned and was met with a pitiful sight. A poor little puppygirl left all alone. You just looked so scared and it broke the mafia boss’s heart. Deeming you not a threat, he holstered his gun and crouched down.

“Hey there puppy,” he held out his hand to you, “what are you doing out here all alone hm?”

You looked up at him with frightened eyes, and tried to back away from him. He looked dangerous. This made him click his tongue, you poor thing.

“Hey it’s okay puppy, it’s okay. I’m not gonna hurt you.” He said softly, trying to ease you.

You inched out of the cramped space towards Luca.

“Come here. It’s okay.”

Noticing that you were shaking, he took off his fur coat and wrapped you in it.

“It’s awfully cold for you to be out here all alone…” he trailed off. How long have you been out here?

He thought for a minute. He wouldn’t mind taking you in for a little bit, it’s not like he lacked the space. And you looked so tired and scared, he couldn’t just leave you there.

It didn’t take long for him to make up his mind. Yeah, he’ll take you home.

“Poor girl..why don’t you come home with me? Would you like that?” He asked softly.

This made your tail wag little. Luca cooed at the sight, you were just so sweet.

Deciding it would be easier to carry you back to the car, he made sure you were warm enough in his coat before he lifted you into his arms and made his way out of the alleyway.

Seeing their cold stoic mafia boss walk out with someone bundled in his arms was definitely a surprise to his men, but they did not express it.

A silent nod from Luca was all it took for them to unlock the car. Once settled with you in his lap, they began the hour long drive to his penthouse. Luca made sure his grip around you was tight enough to help you feel secure, and rubbed a hand up and down your back to further ease you. Soon enough you fell asleep clutching his shirt with your head resting in the crook of his neck. The sight of you clinging to him in your sleep was incredibly endearing, which only made him feel guilty for waking you up when he arrived home.

Once inside he placed your tired form on his couch, you whined at being woken up and he quickly shushed you.

“I know sweetheart. I’ll just be a second, okay?”

He went into the kitchen to grab something for you to eat, preferably something easy on your tummy. While you were eating he prepared your bath. The hardest part was convincing you to get in but with enough coaxing he was able to finally bathe you. He quickly dried you and went to find something for you to wear.

“Here, puppy,” he handed you one of his shirts, “put this on.” He smiled at you. You looked so cute and your little tail poking through was just the cherry on top.

The question still remained though, where were you going to sleep?

Luca did not like the thought of you sleeping in a spare room all alone, so that night he made sure you were comfortable and watched you doze off beside him. Once he was sure you were asleep he wrapped his arms around you and drifted off.

you're really excited to see who your pen pal actually is. you guys have been writing to each other for a while and you were super curious to know the real identity of this so-called "ike".

you woke up, and immediately going to your mailbox which is outside to check for any replies from "ike".

then, you found an envelope with the usual banana sticker that was a sign that the latter was from "ike", and immediately take it inside to see the contents of the letter.

you then brought the letter you wrote earlier and brought your bag, which has your phone, house keys, motorcycle key and other stuff.

you went outside and locked the door behind you to make sure intruders don't get in, and got on your motorcycle to make your way to the post office.

you turned on your motorcycle, put on your helmet and immediately started driving to the post office, not that far away from your home.

when you arrived, you did what you usually did to mail the letter to your pen pal.

when you finished, you got on your motorbike and put on your helmet before turning on the motorcycle and making your way back to your home.

when you arrived, you unlocked the door and closed it behind you after you enter your home.

you decided to just sit on your sofa while scrolling through tiktok or any other social media you felt like checking.

then, you just went on with your day.

as always, you woke up, checked your mailbox, read & sent a letter from "ike", ate breakfast, and all that other stuff.

you & "ike" agreed to meet at 1pm at a nearby shopping mall. so, you started getting ready.

you went into your room and took a look inside your closet. then, you picked the following pieces of clothing:

a white shirt with long sleeves and a geometric plaid-patterned, black colored vest over it, a short, black skirt and some knee-high white socks along with some black platformed shoes.

you also brought a small purse, containing your house keys, your phone, some hand sanitizer and whatever you bring to go out.

when you finished, you put on some f/s scented perfume and decided to go out at 12:30, since the mall is 10 minutes away and so you would have plenty of time to stroll around, finding some stuff you guys can do at the mall.

when you arrived, you immediately started looking around to see if "ike" had arrived yet.

you went up to the machine and fed the machine a few points, before taking control of the controller stick and moving it to a cat plushie.

shu decided to try one of the claw machines himself, and he decided to try and get a banana plushie.

in the end, you both got the plushies you desired, and decided to exchange plushies for the fun of it, and to keep as a memory.

you guys did a couple of other things, like eat ice cream, stroll around, go shopping, and a lot of other things. you both enjoyed each other's company.

he shows you a short, lilac dress with lace and frills along with some ribbons. it also had some gold accents.

"wear this." uki puts the dress on your bed before going to your shoe rack to see if you had any shoes that would go well with the dress uki chose.

maria and you were never the affectionate couple. at least it seems that way to other people. you were the types to be affectionate in your own ways.

like when maria is streaming for quite a bit you'll be sure to bring her more water or some snacks to tide her over. or when you torture yourself with hours of studying she'll remind you to rest for just a little bit. which you are definitely thankful for since you never wake up with an aching back and sore eyes.

but it is true that you guys never hold hands or do any other couple-y stuff in public. its just that you're both too shy and a little awkward to do that around other people.

especially her gen mates. each of them seems to think its absolutely hilarious to go on and on about how cute you are together. (with the exception of kyo, but he's not any better. instead he fake barfs and talks about how you guys are so gross.)

and while you're both embarrassed, maria has an easier time initiating while you guys are alone. actually now that you think about, you don't think you ever have.

its easy to continue what maria always starts, but whenever you think about holding her hand first or initiating a simple kiss, you get...scared.

not scared that she'll reject because you know she'll never do that, but scared that you'll do it wrong. scared that you'll hurt her. and it sucks. you don't want maria to think you don't love her. you'd never want that.

"hey y/n? can i ask you something?" you hum as you look up at your friend. you had been catching up at a nearby café.

"sure why not," you chuckle a little as you place your fork down on your plate, giving your full attention.

"well, i was just wondering...you are and maria are dating right?" they look a little confused, which causes you to let out a few more laughs.

"yeah we are. why is this suddenly coming up?" you brush your hair back slightly amused as to why this is a question. they already knew didn't they? all your friends know.

"i mean...i never really see you guys kissing or anything. i don't think i've ever seen you guys hold hands actually," their brow furrows and your amusement dies down.

your look gains a rushed apology and a quick change of topic, but your mind stays on that.

it's been a few hours since you and your friends conversation as you lay back on yours and maria's bed. the skirt you picked out slightly rumpled while your pony tail has been out of its hair tie since maybe about thirty minutes after you lied down.

"wow, you look comfy," you hear maria giggle lightly as she walks in, setting shopping bags down.

you look over as a small smile takes the place of your earlier frown. maria is busy looking over some of the bags when a thought you had comes rushing back to the forefront of your mind. i should be the one to kiss her.

you quickly get up, surprising maria as you place your hands on her shoulders, moving her to face you. you swallow the last of your nerves and quickly (but hopefully gentle enough) place your lips on hers.

you hear a sharp intake of breath before her hands come up to rest on your waist, fingers lightly twitching. your kiss is quickly reciprocated, maria overtaking the control. but you don't mind.

because you're not scared anymore.

You were laying in Hex’s bed, half conscious when you heard the front door open. It was accompanied by Hex’s voice calling for you.

“Darling, I’m back!”

He had left that morning to run a few quick errands. You had woke up feeling sick and stayed in bed all day.

“Baby?”

When he received no response, he walked to his bedroom, hoping to find you. He saw you wrapped in his blankets and immediately knew something was wrong. You had moved to his side of the bed shortly after he left and hadn’t moved an inch since then.

“Hey sweetheart, what’s wrong?” He asked, worried.

You turned on your side to face him and reached a hand out from under the blankets, which he quickly grabbed.

“You don’t feel good?” He asked, rubbing circles into your hand. You shook your head.

“Poor puppy…I’m sorry I wasn’t here,” he placed a kiss on your forehead and gently unclasped his hand from yours. “Give me a sec, I’ll get what you need.”

Hex returned with a bottle of Nyquil and a glass of water.

“Open for me baby.”

You stared at him with your best puppy eyes and pouted.

Hex leaned down to give you a small kiss on your cheek.

“I know it doesn’t taste good, darling, but it’ll make you feel better. Please take it for me, okay?”

You swallowed the medicine and quickly gulped down the water he handed you.

“There you go. Good girl.”

Hex climbed into the bed and opened his arms in invitation. You quickly moved towards him and clung to him tightly. He combed his fingers through your hair and placed a kiss on both of your ears.

“Get some rest darling, I’ll be here when you wake up.”

➼ You are one of the only solo vtubers within Nijisanji EN. You debuted as Kitsune vtuber brought from another world to watch over young children and grant luck to those who deserve it. You had been a big hit within Niji, the other talents and you got along very well and you ended up bonding deeply with a certain novelist.

The collabs you did with Ike were always full of fun and laughter, it wasn't long before the shipping began within the quilldren and your fd/n (fandom name). You and Ike always just claimed to be friends but behind the scenes, there was something much more going on. You and Ike had began dating after two months of you being Nijisanji.

Everything was going amazing in your eyes, you trusted Ike with your life and he trusted you with his. There was no trust issues and he had been helping you through so many struggles. You had always been insecure about yourself but he made you feel beautiful and loved.

You and Ike had been dating a year when you moved to live with him permanently and you loved it. A very fond memory of yours was how your friends found out about you and Ike; he had been in a discord call with the rest of Luxiem, you two hadn't told anything about your relationship yet. Not realizing he was unmuted in the call, you had come into his room to bring him a plate of caviar toast.

" Babe, here's your snack! I figured you would be hungry. " you beamed walking over to his desk and setting down the plate before giving him a kiss on the cheek.

The moment the word Babe left your lips, Ike froze. Realizing he hadn't been muted and the chatter from his genmates had completely stopped.

" IS THAT Y/N?! " the voice of the bri'ish detective rang out in your ears and you two froze seeing Ike hadn't muted himself and you just outted your relationship to his friends.

You and Ike planned to tell them, just not yet but it was a little too late..

" Hah.. Hi guys. " you spoke sheepishly. Multiple voices erupting into questions about when you got together, why didn't you tell them sooner.

After that day, the rest of Niji EN knew about your relationship and it was also revealed to the fans too, by you and Ike of course, which was met by a lot of positivity which warmed your heart.

But.. as of late, Ike seemed to always be shut in his streaming room. You hardly saw him anymore and he hardly ever slept in your shared bedroom. You had started to get concerned about him but anytime you tried to talk to him, he would wave you off and say that was busy and didn't need the distraction.

The confrontation that led to the current situation was when you had finally had enough of him avoiding you and being locked in his office all day, was the day he snapped at you;

You opened his door to see him hunched over his desk working on collab and stream ideas as well as a new novel, the dark circles under his eyes evident. You were worried sick so you walked over and you spun his chair around to face you, only to be met by Ike's irritated green eyes,

" Y/N I told you that I was busy and not to come into my office didn't I? " he said in a tired but frustrated tone

" I know but Ike you've been locked in this office for days, I hardly see you anymore. It wouldn't kill you take a break. " You retorted, worry etched on your face

Ike let out an irritated sigh, he looked up at you and brushed your hands off his chair turning back to his desk to continue his work,

" Y/N I am busy please leave my room. "

You glared at him and grabbed the back of Ike's chair and started dragging it to his door before he shot up out of his chair and grabbed onto your wrist, his green eyes now glaring down at you angrily before yelling,

" Y/N I SAID I'M BUSY! " he snapped gripping your wrist

" I CAME IN BECAUSE I'M WORRIED IKE! " You snapped back

" NO! YOUR GETTING IN MY WAY! " He snapped, not registering that what came out of his mouth

Your eyes went wide, feeling your eyes watering, the tone of his voice caused you to flinch before you ripped your wrist out of Ike's grip and you rushed out of his room, slamming the door behind you, leaving Ike standing in his room. You sprinted into the shared bedroom you shared with Ike, slamming the door and locking the door before your back hit the door and you slid down to the floor and curdled up, hugging your knees and burying your face in your knees. The tears that had come up in your eyes now began to slip down your cheeks.

Those intrusive thoughts started to creep up, 'is he getting tired of me?', 'Am I really getting in his way?', 'Why is he still with me?', 'I'm not worth his time..' you sat in the dark in the dark room trying to calm down. But now you felt you weren't good enough for to be with Ike. Maybe you were really getting in the way.

You spent 2 weeks after he finally finished with his work ignoring him. He noticed immediately. He tried to talk to you and apologize for his actions.

" Älskling.. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean anything I said.. Please talk to me. " Ike followed you around the house trying to get you to talk to him. But you ignored him.

He figured it was time to give you space so he did. He constantly noticed your spiral. All the confidence you once had, was gone. He knew it was his fault for saying what he said. But it all came to a boil when he found you sitting on the kitchen floor at 1 am in tears,

" Y/N?! Are you okay? " he asked, concern lacing his voice as he dropped down to your side and pulling you into a tight hug.

" Why are you even with me.. I know I'm always in your way! " you said starting to fight against his hug however he refused to let go, he hugged you tight. Keeping you tight in his arms. Now whispering to you, telling you that he loved you and he never meant anything he said.

➼ You were a new nijisanji liver that came into nijisanji with a new wave, xsoleil along with Doppio Dropsythe, Hex Haywire, Ver Vermillion, Kotoka Torahime and Meloco Kyoran. The first person you had met when you joined Nijisanji was the one and only Luca Kaneshiro.

When you finally started doing livestreams regularly, most of your collabs ended up being with the mob boss. You adored his Lucubs and you knew he adored your fans. Your livestream collabs with Luca were always filled with chaos and laughter along with Lucubs and your fans saying they wish you and Luca would just get together already. You and Luca playfully flirted back and fourth all the time, well you flirted with Luca and he wouldn't pick up on it.

It was the one year anniversary from your debut and you were doing a collab playing Valorant, Xsoleil VS Luxiem. The teams had switched up after the first 4 rounds, now you, Luca, Doppio, Shu and Hex were on a team against, Vox, Ike, Mysta, Kotoka, Meloco and Ver. The round started and it was all going smoothly until you made a flirty remark towards Luca and it completely went over his head. After being taken down by Ver, you turned to read some of the superchats that came in, thanking them one by one before one completely stopping, silently reading one and you felt your heart completely shatter;

Superchat; Luca'sCape221: Seriously stop making advances towards him. He doesn't like you! Like damn. Why haven't you graduated yet, why are you still here?

You were silent for a good few minutes before the voice of Doppio snapped you out of your trance,

" Hey, VT/N (Vtuber name), You okay? " He asked making you jump before speaking,

" What? Oh um yeah I'm fine Dopi! " you replied quickly, " I have to take a quick bathroom break! " you quickly added before muting and running off to the bathroom.

~ NO ONE'S POV ~

Doppio thought it was odd that you just ran off, so when both he and Luca were killed, he started talking to Luca,

" Hey Luca, do you mind checking on VT/N's stream, she went silent while reading superchats. I think something happened. " he told the blond haired mafia boss who took action almost immediately. Turning on your stream and reading through before finding the superchats that followed with many nasty comments.

Seeing the nasty remarks from multiple people about you made his blood boil. He had only recently found out about your actual feelings and he felt the same he just didn't know how to tell you. When the match was over, he asked everyone to wait for a moment until you got back so he could say something.

~ Your POV ~

You spent a good long time in the bathroom in tears, the words from the superchat bouncing around in your mind. You tried to compose yourself so you could rejoin the collab, before you pulled up your stream and looked at the chat, seeing the flood of nasty remarks coming in, you broke down again.

After a moment, you decided to return to stream. Putting your headphones on and unmuting yourself as you spoke saying you were ready for the next game, internally groaning hearing the shaking in your voice when you spoke. Before anyone could say anything else Luca spoke up,

" Actually I wanna say something before we continue, it's important. " he spoke and everyone went silent so Luca could speak.

" Okay so, while VT/N was gone on her bathroom break, I looked at her chat. I wanna say that I am absolutely disgusted by how many nasty comments there were about her. For your information, I do happen to like her so let's shut that down right now. " He spoke in a very stern tone,

The group went completely silent, you didn't even notice that tears started to fall once again listening to Luca rant and scold those who left nasty comments in your chat.

" I do not want to see any other nasty comments like that in her chat again and I will be checking. If I see so much as one, you'll be banned by ME personally. " the normally bubbly blond said, remembering you had made him a mod in your chat. The comments filled with comforting words from both your own fanbase and Lucubs. You sniffled, catching the attention of your teammate, Shu.

" Hey, don't cry VT/N.. We got your back. " He told you in a soothing voice followed by the comforting words from your other friends and genmates. Through the chaos, you heard your phone beep, looking down, you looked at the notification and saw Luca's name;

Discord chat: Lucar Kaneshiroe: Hey, I meant what I said. I do really like you. VT/N: I... really..? Lucar Kaneshiroe: Yeah! Hey, I'm gonna have you fly up to see me so we can go on a proper date! :3

You felt your cheeks heat up while reading the messages,

Discord chat: VT/N: Y...you really don't have to do that Luca, I could pay my own way to see you! Lucar Kaneshiroe: Nope! I'm gonna pay for you to come and spend a couple weeks! " VT/N: There's no talking you out of this is there? Lucar Kaneshiroe: Nope! VT/N: Well okay but um.. we're not done with the collab Luca Lucar Kaneshiroe: ... SHIT!

You turned back to the collab, both you and Luca apologized for going silent and the collab continued, every time you noticed a nasty comment come up, it disappeared just as fast as it popped up. And each time a chat from a certain someone popped up;

It was the best day of his life, aside from Y/n debuting during his birthday.

There were a lot of flirting that Kindreds and Cielos even made a timestamp of it. They even counted how many times Y/n has rejected Vox's advance

Because fortunately (unfortunately for Vox) Y/n is also good at evading advances, just like Ike.

Y/n is a good friend of Nina too.

When Nina held another offline collab at Sicily, Y/n was invited together with the whole Luxiem, Elira Pendora, Alban Knox, Uki Violeta, and Fulgur Ovid.
