Hey! Can I request head canons about the ninja finding the reader (their partner) wearing their clothes?

Finally getting around to clearing out my inbox! Here ya go, friend!!

Ninjago - Ninjas Finding You in Their Clothes

Kai

He notices that you’re wearing his shirt the second he walks in the room

He has a very good memory when it comes to what clothes he owns, so when he sees them on you, he knows them in an instant

He smirks, leaning against the doorframe

He lets out a long whistle, startling you

“Looking fine, babe. I like the shirt.”

“Yeah? You like my shirt?”

His smirk grows, and he saunters over to you

His arms wrap around your waist and he pulls you into a kiss

He reminds you that it is, in fact, not your shirt

Cue the teasing that ends with you being chased around the house until Kai corners you and tickles you, refusing to let up unless you admit the shirt isn’t yours

As much as he likes seeing you in his clothes, he isn’t going to let you keep them

But he starts asking if you also want one whenever he gets a new clothing item, because he thinks you look totally hot in his clothing style

He just doesn’t want to have to give up any of his clothes; he needs them all to be available 24/7 for ✨fashion purposes✨

Cole

It takes him a second to realize it’s his hoodie you’re wearing

It’s the bagginess that he notices first; he’s a pretty big guy, so his clothes would most likely be at least a little big on you

The longer he looks, though, the more familiar the hoodie becomes

When he finally realizes, a huge grin blooms on his face

He walks up to you and envelops you in a bear hug, lifting you off the ground and swaying back and forth

He is absolutely elated that you’re in his clothes

He likes his clothes, and he likes you, so put those things together…

Perfection in his eyes

When he sets you down, finally allowing you to breathe again, he plants a kiss atop your head

“Please wear my hoodies more often. You look great.”

Even though they don’t fit you too well, Cole’s clothes are very comfy, so you take full advantage of his open-closet policy

What he loves most is getting something back after a while and finding that it smells like you <3

His initial thought is that you also happen to have a Starfarer shirt

He says as much, but when you give an amused giggle he gets suspicious

Going to his room, he finds his shirt gone

He comes running after you

When he finally tackles you onto the couch, both of you laughing your lungs out, he peppers your face with kisses

He’s not really all that upset, he was just taken by surprise

In actuality he thinks you look great, and he tells you to keep the shirt

He thinks it’s cute that you borrow his clothes, and he probably tries to return the favor at some point

He’ll be over the moon if you let him wear your clothes from time to time

He’ll be really picky about what he takes, though, so you don’t have to worry about all your clothes suddenly disappearing

Except for hoodies. Lock them away. He will steal them all.

Zane

He notices you in his clothes immediately

He was aware that he was missing a tunic, so he made the connection pretty quickly when he saw you in it

At first he’s just confused

“Are all your clothes unfit for wearing? I did the laundry yesterday—”

“No, I just… wanted to wear yours.”

He’s still pretty confused, but he can tell that you’re happy so he lets it go

He knows it’s some kind of affectionate thing, but he doesn’t understand it personally

He starts purposefully putting some of his clothes in your drawers, just so you don’t have to “steal” them

He doesn’t care when you wear those, but he does get a little irked when you do steal from his wardrobe

Not genuinely upset, though; he just dislikes the confusion of finding something missing

As long as you let him know beforehand, he has no trouble letting you borrow whatever you want :)

And perhaps he’ll even let you keep it…..

Lloyd

Lloyd turns pink in the cheeks when he sees you in his shirt

The corner of your mouth quirks up mischievously when you see this

A smile curves his lips as he says it, but his face is still very much a dark shade of red

the letter asks you to meet the secret someone out on the deck of the bounty after breakfast

sure enough, cole is there, fidgeting as he waits for you

once you approach him, he asks to be your valentine!

you answer him with a hug and a “yes!”

the date takes place in a forest initially - he had set up a special spot beforehand. it’s a picnic!

of course, he had to get a little bit of help from zane for the cooking portion :)

afterwards, the two of you take a short hike through the woods until you reach the theater where the ninja performed

it’s empty, but cole knows a certain spot inside

it turns out to be a mirrored studio room, where he teaches you how to dance :)

eventually, the two of you come across a frozen pond

after determining that the ice is thick enough, zane pulls you onto the ice, the two of you slipping and sliding around

he’s far more graceful, and he doesn’t let you fall

takes the two of you back via a dragon ride, letting you cling to him while you enjoy the sunset

asks you by dropping off a cheesy starfarer-themed valentine’s day card at your door

takes you to a family entertainment venue (think like chuck e cheese, with added games for adults)

he admits that he came here quite a bit whenever it was jay or kai’s turn to watch him when a kid, and he knows all of the tricks to get a lot of tickets

(at one point, he tells you a story about how he would steal tickets from machines and other patrons in order to get better prizes)

the two of you play for hours, saving up as many tickets as you can before heading to the counter to pick out your prizes!

you end up getting two of the same dragon stuffed animals, but in different colors

once that’s done, the two of you enjoy some of the venue's snacks before calling it a day

Lloyd:

Lloyd was heartbroken to leave for the mission in the first place. Poor baby has attachment and abandonment issues, so he hates to leave. So, when he finds your care package it really brightens his mood for the rest of the mission.

Someone, probably Kai, makes a comment in passing about how Lloyd didn't leave anything for you. Lloyd instantly feels worse, but he gets over it. He knows you, and he knows that you wouldn't be angry.

If the mission is going to last a while longer, he will send you a letter. It contains how much he misses you, a very large thank you, and ramblings about how cool he was in his most recent fight. Extremely unorganized, but cute nonetheless.

When he feels lonely without you near him, he re-reads the little note you sent him, 'Hi, honey! I hope you like everything I packed, I tried to pick your favorites. I miss you so much, LOVE YOU!' It makes him feel a little less far.

When he gets back, he is going to be ALL over you. He went so without cuddles, and you even took care of him from across Ninjago!! He is so thankful for you. <3

Nya:

Outwardly, Nya doesn't seem to be affected by having to leave, she most definitely is, though. Nya doesn't want emotions to cloud her view, so she just pushes them down.

When she's alone, she finally allows herself to miss you. Doing so, she looks for the picture of you two she always carries, and happens to find the little package hidden in her luggage.

Nya goes red as soon as she realizes that you knew, you knew that she was horribly sad to leave you. You can read her like a book, and she hates it.

She takes her time to enjoy everything you packed for her when she gets down-time. She is so grateful to you for looking out for her even if you aren't there physically.

Once she gets back, she will be more affectionate in private. It's how she's able to show her feelings without embarrassing herself. She isn't good at verbalizing feelings. (I feel like Nya shows affection like a cat, she comes to you.)

Kai:

Some little mission? Nothing the fire ninja can't handle! Kai is so confident, almost to a fault, so he acts like nothing bothers him. When, in actuality, a lot of things easily get under his skin. Leaving you, especially.

Kai is very emotional when he finds the little package, he will even start to brag to the other ninja about how amazing you are, how you're all his, the ninja start to get annoyed with him lmao.

Kai being dramatic aside, the smallest most unnoticeable things you do make his heart melt every time. He thinks he's all big a nd tough, but you just make him so soft.

Kai will lay in his cot, and think about you at night. <3 He'll hold his pillow and pretend it's you to finally be able to sleep. Poor baby wishes you were here to take care of him and dote like you always do.

But seriously, he falls even more in love with you, if that's even possible. Kai is rough and fiery, much like his element, the sweet things you do always seem to brighten his flame tenfold. He is always willing to complete a mission if it means he can see you afterwards.

Cole:

Cole probably didn't notice till like the last day- In his defense, the mission did take most of his time, and the only free time he had was spent training. When he does find it, he's like, "Who the fuck put smashed cake in my clothes????? >:( I'm still going to eat it!!"

When he does notice, he is so happy, especially because you packed him a slice of cake, SCORE! He'll even eat it out of his clothes, he's cute, not clean...

He is genuinely so touched that you would bake/buy a cake and send him some for the mission. <3 The way to his heart is through his stomach, that's for sure.

Next time, he will check first thing if you sent him any goodies. He's like a kid on Christmas. The other ninja see him rip all his clothes out of his suitcase as soon as they get to their destination and are like, wtf??

Because he found it closer to the end of the mission, it will be fresh on his mind, so he will be sure to give you a big thank you in person. He will be yours for like the next two days, all over you.

Jay:

It would probably be so hard to sneak something in Jay's stuff. He definitely checks that he has everything over and over again. It's like five minutes before the ninja need to leave and he's re-packing his underwear lmao.

If you somehow are able to hide a care package in his stuff, he'll find it almost immediately, it's like he's got a nose for it I swear-

It makes him really happy though, his mom used to pack him little things when either of them would be away, so it's like a sweet little burst of nostalgia, he cries.

He rants to Cole about how amazing you are, Bestie Things™, Cole is lowkey so thankful Jay has you to look out for him, it makes Cole happy too. :)

When they get back, Jay will tackle you in a hug, he is so mushy and sentimental all of the sudden you think something happened. He has to explain, no, nothing happened he just loves you and wants you to know it. <3

Zane:

Zane is a robot, so it's a bit hard to choose what to send him. Like what does he eat??? Batteries?? You genuinely do not know what he can eat, if anything. So you send him some nice double A batteries and oil, yummy, right?

He leaves something for you too, he's like a 5-star chef, so he cooks all your favorites before he goes, sweet boy wants you well fed and happy!

When he finds everything, he is a tad confused. He eventually realizes that you just want him taken care of however that may be for a robot.

There are times that he wishes he was human like you, there will be a point when you pass away and he will be alone. So seeing you try to take care of him, albeit in a strange-ish manner, he forgets about his past worries.

Even if he can't enjoy what you sent, it's the thought that counts. Zane was made to protect those who cannot protect themselves, so having you doing your best to help from the sidelines motivates him to do his best.

Cole

♡ Cole is kind of neutral,, he struggles to juggle between the fate of ninjago and his partner's happiness during the battles for the realm crystal and the scroll

♡ Before he knew, whenever he saw you and Ronin being somewhat affectionate to each other, it kind of bothered him. He wasn't really sure if something was going on between you two or were you just friends, since you seemed to have a lot in common.

♡ He kept quiet about your and your dad's hangouts and the occasional teasing he got from the thief, because he didn't want to seem like those weird obsessive, jealous boyfriends.

♡ He confronts you when he sees you getting instructions over the phone on how to fix the sink in the kitchen. Cole just sits down and listens to your responses until he gets fed up and asks you if you're speaking with Ronin again.

♡ He asks you to hang up and come out so you can have a talk and he calmly explains that he feels weird about your relationship with him and how he feels a bit jealous. You kiss him on the cheek and tell him Ronin is actually your adopted dad.

♡ He is understanding on why you didn't tell him in the first place, but still kind of sad. He reassures you that you can tell him everything and that he is glad you feel comfortable enough to share your past with him

♡ He stands up for Ronin from time to time because he cares about you and those who you love. Cole also makes effort to be nice to your dad, but he only goes so far. He is trying, but he has trust issues.

Nya

♡ Nya is completely chill, even exited!

♡ Despite Ronin being a criminal he and Nya have a lot in common and are actually friends. Nya could even see resemblance in your and his behaviour.

♡ It doesn't take her long to figure it out herself, but just to be sure she asks Ronin what's up between you two and he just tells her the truth. He tells her that she is a jewel and he is glad that you found someone as nice as her.

♡ Shortly after, you start tagging along in their conversations, aware that your girlfriend was okay with your father - daughter thing. To be honest Nya was even relieved that your parent was someone who already liked her and not someone new who she had to get to know and be nervous about. She and your dad were just vibing with each other and you felt so happy <33

Chapter 1: Saved

[Name] ran. Trails of tears down her cheeks as her steps became more and more weak, heavy breathing escaping her gritted teeth. As she looked behind her, the ground disappeared for a moment as she lost her balance, falling sharply on the dirt below her. 

The steps behind her became closer and closer. Her eyes widened as her veins filled with terror. They were behind her. She could see their frame from the shadow in front of her. Hearing mischievous laughs, she turned her head around -- something she immediately regretted. 

A group of men were looking at her up and down, not taking their eyes off her. At first, [Name] tried to ignore it, as she was simply walking around Ninjago city. There wasn't any possibility people would follow her there, right? How naive she was. And now she had to pay for her stupidity. After [Name] made her way outside of the city, in the middle of nowhere, she felt her heart sink when she realized they were in fact following her. 

Without no other option, she ran. There wasn't any certainty she would even reach a place to hide. She was in the middle of nowhere, after all. To her luck, [Name] noticed a village ahead. But before she could even reach it, she tripped. 

Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck.

The men only rambled to each other, deciding who would go first and laughing without paying any mind to [Name]'s terror. Instead they kicked her on the stomach. Hard. She choked out in pain, the oxygen leaving her lungs, not even giving her the second to resist. Hauling at her, each grabbed a limb. 

[Name] writhed and struggled, failing under their grasp, trying to bite any hands to somehow let herself free. Their grasp only tightened, and she let out a cry. As one guy hovered over her he grabbed her face, bringing it close. 

"Just stay still, bitch. Unless you want this to end up much much worse." 

Tears filling her round eyes, her body went into fight-or-flight mode. Her right leg slipped out of the guy's hold, kicking the man in front of her in the face. Grunting he stumbled backwards. He wiped his hand on his nose, revealing a train of blood on his fingers. Gritting his teeth he gave [Name] a fiery glare. 

"I see you want to do this the hard way." 

He grabbed a pocket knife out of his pocket, and as [Name] was about to kick him again, he managed to land a cut on her. She let out a cry, shutting her eyes. The man grabbed her by the hair, bringing the pocket knife close to her neck. 

"That's what you get for fucking kicking me in the face," he hissed. 

[Name] took this opportunity and headbutted him in the forehead. Bad idea. She now had a massive headache and felt her mind becoming hazy. 

"Augh- Fucking bitch!" The man had enough, and slit the knife to [Name]'s hip. She screamed, as the pain ran throughout her whole body. 

She layed on the ground, her lazy eyes gazing at the full moon. Oh, how pretty it looked. The pain seemed to vanish and she only felt a warm sensation. She didn't care about anything anymore. She gave one last glance at the familiar moon, before her eyelids gave in. 

 

   When she woke up she was greeted with a wave of shock. She hadn't died, yet. [Name] pushed herself up the ground, and looked around. Her eyes shot open as she observed the men laying in a pool of blood. Their own blood. [Name] took a shaky step back, her mind spinning with confusion. They can't be dead, right? A moment ago they were... 

Suddenly remembering her wound she gently pressed her hand on her hip. As her fingers touched the open cut she hissed in pain. She lifted her shirt up, taking a look. The wound looked open and pretty deep, but for some reason the bleeding had stopped. Her mind hurt as she was becoming confused more and more by the second. 

The moon still reflected a light and the stars were shining brighter than before. With slow steps, [Name] continued the way to the village she saw before. She could see it from the distance, but it wasn't as far as it seemed. 

Taking a look back, she eyes the motionless men on the dirt, as she feared they might suddenly get up and chase after her again. She had the urge to break out, to cry and yell. But instead she felt numb and just... tired. 

Finally she reached a shop. It was closed, since it was midnight, but she could still make out the sign saying: "Four Weapons Blacksmith shop". She ignored her mind telling her to just ran back home. She couldn't. Especially in this state. She was unsure if the people would even help her. She was an utter mess. Her hair was messy, her clothes slightly torn apart, and her eyes were swollen and red. Not only that, but she was covered with brushes, and a wound visible through her shirt. 

She knocked the wooded door with a weak arm. There was silence and she could feel her anxiety increasing. She knocked again. 

"Who the hell knocks at this hour...", a male voice grumbled while opening the door. [Name] couldn't identify the figure in front of her, but she could make out their irritation through their voice. "We're clos-", their eyes widened in shock at the sight infront of them, and [Name] lost consciousness as she fell on the young boy's arms. Seems like she lost a lot of blood. 

"Hey! Are you okay?!" 

Words of concern could be heard from the distance, but only seemed to fade more and more away. 

   [Name] woke up she was greeted with daylight hitting her eyes from the window. She had a dry throat, due the constant screaming and crying. Her hair was way messier than before and she was sweaty. Did she have a nightmare? She couldn't remember. Mumbling at the noisy sun making her squint her eyes, [Name] pulled off the covers. Instead of standing on her legs, she lost balance, immediately falling on the wooded floor with a "thumb" echoing through the house. 

"Ugh, fuck, that hurt..." she grumbled.

Just then quick steps could be heard and someone opened the door. "Are you okay?", a young girl (almost the same age as her) helped [Name] up and sat her on the matress. She had tanned skin and black short hair with bangs a bit above her dark brown eyes. 

"You shouldn't walk yet. You've lot too much blood. I suggest you rest until you fully recover." 

"Was my wound that bad?"

"Well... it doesn't seem like you're bleeding now so, I'm sure after a few days you'll be fine!" The girl thought for a moment. "Oh! I was just about to serve you some food. Y'know, to regain your strength easier!" 

"You don't have to. I'm sorry for troubling you! Letting me stay for the night is enough", [Name] said but she ignored her. 

"Don't be ridiculous! You're not troubling us at all. Just wait a moment", she made her way out the door and to the kitchen and in no time came back with a bowl of soup. 

As [Name] wrapped her palms around the warm bowl, the scent made its way inside her nostrils as steam hit her face. She gave the girl a look of hesitation. Could she really eat that? 

"Go right ahead! Despite not being as good as a chef, I consider my cooking pretty average." 

[Name] grabbed the spoon and took a sip. The warm liquid clearing her dry throat. She felt like she hadn't eated in days. She hummed, licking her lips, placing a smile on her face. 

"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Nya!", she smiled. 

[Name] swallowed her food before telling Nya her name, before continuing to finish the soup. She didn't want to seem rude, but oh man she was so hungry. 

"So... I don't really want to pry but, what happened? Were you attacked?" 

[Name] stopped herself from eating, eyeing Nya hesitantly. Just then, the door opened again. This time revealing a boy, looking a bit older than Nya. He had brown spiky hair, his eyes resembling Nya's. His brown apron covered his white shirt and red colored pants. "She's awake?" 

"Yeah, woke up just a moment ago."

[Name] didn't know what to say and rubbed her hands together. Instead, Nya covered for her, revealing her name instead. 

"Oh nice to meet you [Name]! I'm Kai," he grinned but immediately changing his expression. "I was pretty confused when I saw you looking that beated up! At first I wondered why would anyone knock someone door in midnight." 

"Kai, shut up," Nya groaned at his mumbling. "I was just asking about what happened to her. [Name], please continue."

"I...", [Name] felt her heart beating faster as her mind relapsed the occurrence from the night before. "I was attacked by some men", she swallowed, her eye looking anywhere but their gazes. "At first I didn't think much of it, but then realized they where following me... Then, they..." she trailed off, looking down. 

Nya's and Kai's eyebrows lowered.

"They... grabbed me limb by limb and then...", she felt tears filling her eyes and her lip trembling. 

"You don't have to say anything else", Nya reassured her, placing an arm on [Name]'s shoulder. 

[Name] took a few breaths to calm herself down. "One of then stabbed me and I thought I died, but when I woke up I saw them... motionless." 

"As in... dead?", Kai asked. 

"I don't know...", her arms clenched the sheets, her voice becoming now shaky. "B-but, I swear I didn't do anything! I was unconscious one moment, the next I saw them.. just laying there..." 

Kai and Nya went in silence for a moment as they gave each other a look. "Maybe someone saved you?", Kai suggested. 

"But why would they leave her there then?" Nya unsurely said. 

"I don't know? Maybe he was a hero or something? Isn't that what heros do?" 

"Don't be ridiculous, Kai. Heros don't exist." 

"You don't know that!", Kai protested. 

[Name] eyed them with fear. Will they believe she killed them and is running away from the police? Are they going to turn her in? Or just kick her out, letting her to die on the road?

"Please believe me!" 

Their eyes looked at [Name]'s round ones. Nya then gave her a reassuring smile. "Don't worry. We believe you."

"Yeah, you can also stay here as long as you like!" 

Nya rolled her eyes. "I knew you would say that."

"What?!" he snapped. 

"Nothing, nothing!" she waved an arm towards him. "Don't resist asking us for help or anything, okay? We wouldn't go anywhere either, so." 

[Name] nodded in response. Nya looked at the empty bowl, still in her arms and let out a chuckle. "I think I'll be taking this." She took the plate and told Kai to check [Name]'s cut as she made her way back to the kitchen. As Kai took the covers off, [Name] noticed that her bloody clothers were replaced with a new pair of clean ones. Underneath, bandages were wrapped around her hip. 

Kai looked at her wound, before his concerning eyes met hers. "Do you mind if I...?" 

"Do what you must", she nervously replied. This wasn't the time to become flustered. He was just inspecting her cut to treat it. Nothing else. 

He nodded at her and slightly lifted up her shirt. [Name] did her best to ignore her red face as his face came closer to her, inspecting her wound. The white bandages were now turned to a dark shade of red. Kai carefully cut them and threw them in a nearby trash bin. [Name] hissed in pain as he cleaned the deep cut, and he quickly apologized before wrapping new bandages around her hip. 

"There, better. Sorry if it was too painful."

"No, it's completely fine! You're just looking after me", [Name] reassured him.

"Alright!", Kai beamed. "Do you need anything? Perhaps another pillow? Or some tea?" 

[Name] waved her arms towards him. "No no! I'm completely fine. Really... thank you. You've already done so much for me." 

"It's nothing," he said with a smirk before he paused for a moment. "But, really, when you fell into my arms I was so shocked, I didn't know what to to." 

"I'm sorry", [Name] lowered her head. 

"I'm glad you manged to get a away safe." Kai placed an arm on her shoulder. "You can stay here as long as you like. I'll leave you rest." 

[Name] nodded with a shy smile. 

Kai then made his way to the door, making sure to give [Name] a sheepish smile before leaving.

   Time passed relatively quick, with [Name] now being able to walk, only feeling pain from now and then. She insisted on helping them with chores but they never let her overdo herself. She got to know them better too. They told her stories about their childhood and how their parents left them when they were young. Because of that they had to look after each other. She couldn't imagine how'd that feel. Especially with her experience with her parents. At least they had each other. They also shared how their neighbors had to take care of them for a while, and many stories of the torture Mrs Brownmiller had to endure. She kind of envied their relationship, since she never had, since she was an only child. 

One faithful evening, Kai and Nya were working at the shop, while [Name] was dusting every single corner she could find, and also organizing any necessary equipment. There weren't many customers coming at this hour, so Kai was mending new armour and weapons. 

"To forge the perfect weapon, you first need the right metal and plenty of heat. Cool it off... and Presto!" Kai dumped the sword into the water before lifting it up. "Aww..." He trailed off in disappointment as his sword got tangled up. 

"You made it too quickly, Kai. Be patient. If father was still here, he'd say..." Nya said. 

"I know... no matter how much fire you have, experience isn't something you learn overnight. That may work for you, Nya, but I'm gonna be a better blacksmith than dad ever was." Kai interrupted Nya. 

[Name] chuckled while swiping the flour. "Practice makes perfect! At least it's better than yesterday", she joked and Kai eyed her an annoyed look. 

An old man entered the shop. He stopped his steps, taking a look around before humming. "Your metal is loud and heavy. Useful to slow one down. Useless in the art of stealth. All tool for a samurai, but nothing for a ninja?" 

All three shared the same look of surprise. A ninja? 

Kai approached the old man with furrowed brows. "Ninja? Huh, you're a long way from finding a ninja in these parts, old man. And the shop is called "Four Weapons," not "For Browsing". Either buy something or go pedal your insults somewhere else." 

The man hummed again, this time letting out a laugh. "Hmm...too bad. Thought I'd find something special here", he turned around and left, with the help of his bamboo stick. 

[Name] shared a look of anticipation with Nya before continuing her sweeping. Nya motioned Kai to show the man around and he sighed in irritation. Gosh he hated costumers like these. 

"If it's something special you're looking for, Let me sh-" he cut himself off, his eyes searching for the old man. To his surprise the peculiar stanger was no where to be seen. 

"What is it?", Nya asked. 

"...He was just... Forget it." 

[Name] let out a sigh, before looking at the clock. "I think we should take a break, no? I'm honestly pretty hungry." 

Nya smiled, opening her mouth before Kai interrupted her again. "Hey, what's that?", he asked, motioning at the hill ahead. 

The two girls' glazes followed where Kai's finger is pointing, seeing a group of skeletons riding... a motorcycle? 

"What are they?", Nya asked. 

[Name] squinted her eyes, trying to make out the scene in the distance. "They look like... skeletons?", her voice sounding uncertain. 

Kai already wearing a chest plate, put on a helmet. "I don't know. You both stay back." he stated before grabbing a sword. He started fighting the skeletons when one of them suddenly bit his leg. "Ow! Bite this!" he kicked the skeleton's head away. 

Nya quickly grabbed a bamboo stick and placed a hand on [Name]'s shoulder. "You're still badly hurt, so stay back. We'll protect you!" 

[Name] nodded her head almost instantly went back inside the house. She decided to just take a look from the window, holding the broomstick close for comfort.

As two skeletons got distracted, Nya sneaked up from behind them and knocked them down. Kai snapped his head at her. "I told you to stay back!" 

"And what? Let you have all the fun?" 

They both continued fighting the skulin, dismembering them and easily knocking them down. They didn't notice, though, two skeletons sneaking inside the shop. [Name] instantly froze in place. As they looked around, it's not surprising their eyes found her terrified expression. They both shared a look before one of them grabbed her. She shrieked, randomly swinging the broomstick but also managing to lay some hits on him. "Let me go!" 

"Ow ow! Stop that!" the skeleton said, still holding on [Name]. "Nuckal, a little help here!" 

The other skeleton rolled his eyes, tying [Name] with a rope. "Kruncha, can't you do anything on your own?" 

"Of course I can! I always do all the work while you just do nothing. You're basically useless!" 

"That's not true! You're useless!", Nuckal snapped and hit the other skeleton. This escalated to the both skulin hitting each other, accidentally knocking the shop's front sign. On the back of the sign was a map to which [Name] couldn't make out. 

The two skulin stopped tussling, letting out a gasp. "The map!" 

They both chuckled and left with the map. Did the literally forget about [Name] even being there? She let out a scream for help. After she realized Nya and Kai hadn't heard her she groaned. She got up and bring her back to a sword. Somehow she took hold of it and with difficulty cut the ropes. Guess she didn't need the help of Kai and Nya then. 

She ran outside, trying to find any way to help her friends. She saw Kai knocked down, about to be finished off by a skuli with four arms. Just then, out of nowhere a flash of tornado appeared attacking the skulin.

The skulin kept his balance, bringing his swords for defense. "Sensei Wu! Your Spinjitzu looks rusty." 

The light disappeared, revealing the old man from before. "Nothing like bone to sharpen its edge, Samukai." 

[Name] quickly went to her friend's side, who was still knocked down. "Kai! Are you hurt?" 

"Yeah, I'm alright..." 

Samukai took notice of they defenseless position, an idea immediately coming to mind. With an evil ckuckle he threw one of his swords on a water tank's support leg. As it's falls apart the water aims towards [Name] and Kai. 

"Oh no!" [Name] tried to drag herself and Kai out of there but was too slow. 

"Ninja Go!" The old man used the same move from before, quickly taking the two teenagers out the way, saving them at the last minute. 

Samukai quickly retreated back to his skull truck. "Lord Garmadon says take the girl in the red!" 

"Lord Garmadon?" the old man breathed out in shock. 

The skulin ckuckled, lancing something from their truck which grabbed Nya. 

"Nya!" the two teenagers shouted as the skulin retreated. 

"They took Nya..." Kai murmered, a tint of sadness in his voice. 

"I told you," the old man hit his head with his bamboo stick. "Useless." 

Kai groaned. "Arrgh! You could've done something! You could've used your… Twistitzu or your-" 

"Spinjitzu!" 

"But you did nothing! I'm going to get my sister back!" he snarled, taking off. "[Name] , are you coming or not?" 

"Is that even a question?" [Name] said, not particularly expecting an answer before following him. 

"Where they go, a mortal cannot. That was Samukai, king of the Underworld. And if it's true that he's carrying orders for Lord Garmadon, then I fear things are much worse than I ever thought." Sensei Wu adviced.

Kai stopped his tracks, spinning around to look at the man, one brow raised. "Lord Garmadon?! Underworld?! What's going on?! What do we have that's so important to them?! And why would they take my sister?!" 

"What's so important? How about everything in Ninjago itself?" Sensei Wu said. "Long before time had a name, Ninjago was created by the First Spinjitzu Master, by using the Four Weapons of Spinjitzu: The Scythe of Quakes, the Nunchucks of Lightning, the Shurikens of Ice, and the Sword of Fire. Weapons so powerful, no one can handle all of their power at once. When he passed away, his two sons swore to protect them, but the oldest was consumed by darkness and wanted to possess them. A battle between brothers broke out, and the oldest was struck down and banished to the Underworld. Peace returned, and the younger brother hid the weapons, but knowing his older brother's relentless ambition for power, he placed a guardian to protect them. And for fear of his own demise, a map for an honest man to hide. That honest man was your father. The older brother is Lord Garmadon. And I need to find those weapons before he does."

"You're the younger brother?", [Name] chimed in, placing two and two together. 

"Then you came here for the map?" Kai asked. 

Sensei Wu shook his head dismissively. "No. I came for something greater: you." he placed his bamboo stick on Kai's shoulder. "Since my brother cannot enter this realm, it's obvious he has struck a deal with Samukai. If he were to collect all four weapons, even I would not be able to stop him again. But you, you have the fire inside. I will train you to harness it. Use it. Become a Spinjitzu Master."

"A Spinjitzu Master?" 

Kai wasn't convinced by the way he looked at the man in disbelief and slight irritation, as he was wasting his time. "Look, I'm flattered you think I'm all that, but I gotta save my sister! I'm not getting involved in your sibling rivalry." he started walking away, grabbing [Name]'s hand. 

They didn't get far when Kai suddenly fell down as Sensei Wu knocked him down. [Name] gasped in shock, as the man laughed. 

"Haha. Clunky mule. You are not even ready to face my pinky toe. If you want to get your sister back, you must control the fire that burns inside. Only when you become a Spinjitzu Master, will you be able to face… Lord Garmadon." 

Kai grunted before giving up. He gave [Name] a look, searching for her own opinion on this. She quickly understood and nodded. "I think he's right. He did save us back there. You should listen to him." 

The boy sighed. "Okay. Then when do we start?"

*blows dust off this fic* sry the ending is rushed, this was sitting in my drafts for days D: BUT this was so cute and fun to write <33 this children have my heart and soul. ALSO KAI'S FRECKLES AAAWH!!! <333 anyway, hope you enjoy!

When Nya and Kai were born you were best friends with Maya and Ray. They treated you like family and were so excited to have you meet Kai and Nya.

However, when Krux and Acornix appeared and took the Master of Water and Fire, you were their only family they could rely on.

When they were younger you refused to tell them why your parents left for so long, so all you said was they were on a mission and may not be back for a couple of days.

You wanted to go after them, but their children needed you. You did everything in your power to be the best mother figure you could to them.

They ended up growing up with you, always visiting Four Weapons everyday because Kai would throw tantrums when he wasn't there.

As you watched Kai run into the shop with his little legs, you felt something tug on your pants. Looking down you saw Kai's younger sister, Nya look up at you.

You smiled as you lifts her up and hold her in your arms. Suddenly she points to her pants and you looked down to see a hole near her knee and her dress was stained with grass and dirt.

You called Kai over and as he did you noticed his clothes were dirty and stained as well.

You thought for a moment, getting an idea instantly as you put Nya down.

"How would you guys like to go shopping for new clothes!"

The little girl clapped her hands, while her brother blew a raspberry, crossing his arms.

"Ew. Shopping's for girls." Kai groaned, refering to you and Nya. "I'm a boy, and boy's don't go shopping!"

You chuckled slightly, squatting down to the boy's level.

"Boys are also clean! And you, sir, are a messy little boy." You smiled as you poked his side, causing him to squeak and jump, pushing your finger away.

"Fine. But- only because I don't want to stink!" Kai walked past you as you picked up Nya and followed Kai who thought he could take the lead.

"Sure thing, buddy."

You and the Smith kids reached the mall smack in the middle of Ninjago City. God, who said it would be this busy. You told yourself as you held Kai's hand so he wouldn't run off anywhere, depsite his puling of his arm.

"Okay, where do you two want to go?" You asked the kids, who stayed silent for a moment before you noticed Nya point to a store, "Toy's R Us?" You asked and the gilr nodded, sucking her fingers as she contiued to look at the store.

"I want to go in there!" Kai giggled evily as he pointed to a Hot Topic, "No, you're too young for it." You said quickly as you pulled him into Toy's R Us for Nya.

As you entered you placed Nya in the cart while Kai trailed behind, wanting to go to Hot Topic, not knowing what he'll find in there. Over time he found a couple of toys he seemed to enjoy and liked the trip to this store.

You were able to get Nya a couple of new toys while Kai wanted to buy the whole damn store.

"Y/N! Y/N! Look! Look!" Kai laughed as he pointed at toy car. It was the color red with a orange flame design on the side of it. The wheels were also painted gold.

"I bet it could go really really fast!" Kai spoke as he made car noises and raced around the asile. You smiled softly, picking the toy up and placed it in the cart with Nya who was playing the doll box she had in her hand.

"Okay," You sighed as you were finally able to step out of Toy's R Us, looking at the recpit and chuckled. "You both made me spend over 85$ already?" You joked as Kai shrugged, jumping up and down in the cart.

"Okay, how about we actually get what we came here for?" You asked and Nya giggled, nodding her head as Kai agreed with his sister.

Minutes tured into hours and you were able to but the siblings new sets of clothes for them to put when they got home.

"Do you both like what you go?" You asked, walking out of the mall holding Nya in your arms while you held Kai hand. "Totally!" Kai grinned as he placed on his new sunglasses you bought him.

"I'm glad," You smiled, heading back for home.

As you three got home, Kai quickly ran to use the bathroom while you took your shoes off, locked the door, and placed Nya on the couch while you grabbed the bags and placed them on the kitchen tables.

"Y-Y/N!"

You turned around to see Nya wave a dress in the air. "You lil'sneak!" You smiled, walking over to her playfully with your hands on your hips, "When did you grab that?"

"Wear!" The little girl demanded.

You took out your phone and checked the time. You sucked your teeth in.

"It's already 9: 30, hun. And you still have to take your bath." You picked Nya up, hearing Kai exit out of the bathroom. "However, tomorrow you can wear all the new clothes you bought!" You made a deal with the girl, who smiled and nods.

"Even me?" Kai's voiced was heard from the kitchen, causing you to laugh. "Even you, Kai. We'll have a mini fashion show!"

"Oh! We should record it and show mama and papa!" Kai smiled eagerly, running to his room to change into his PJ's, no knowing he also needs to take a bath, but you said nothing.

You went quiet when Kai mentioned Ray and Maya, in their case, their parents. How are you going to tell them?

Nya grabbed your cheek, pinching it, knocking you out of your thoughts, instantly smiling and tossing Nya into the air as you walked into the bathroom.

It was Valentine's day in Ninjago city. The city had been decorated with red hearts and all the couples on display were smiling and holding hands, kissing or cuddling under the glow of pink and red lights. Zane was currently in a room with Kai and Jay, he felt like his circuits were going to heat up at any moment. Why? Because he was planning on asking you out. "So, you wanna ask Y/n out, eh?" Kai smirked at the robot that was in front of him. Jay just gave him a sigh, shaking his head a bit. "Yes, indeed I do," Zane answered back.

"Well, you're in luck. `Cuz I'm good at dating advice!" Kai said, raising an eyebrow at the other ninja. Jay rolled his eyes as he crossed his arms over his chest. "'Good at dating advice?'" He repeated back incredulously, "You mean BAD at dating advice." Jay shot back but the hot head just ignored the male. Kai goes up behind the nendriod and put his arms on his shoulders, "So, all you gotta do is-" "Just be yourself." Kai jumped at the voice. The three looked at the source of the voice and saw that it was Nya there leaning against the door with her arms crossed.

"I'm pretty sure If you just be yourself they'll accept it regardless." She explained, looking over at them. Zane smiled at the female and nodded, then turned back towards the others. "Now, I shall make my leave now. Thank you for your failed attempt at your "dating" advice, Kai." Zane told him as he left the room. Once the android was gone Jay couldn't help but laugh at Kai as he stared at the door in shock.

Zane walked around the monastery, looking for you. Of course, he found you right away - you are always easy to find in this place - you were outside, looking at the sky. He took note of your features. You seemed more relaxed than usual, but maybe that's just him. "Greetings, Y/n." he greeted you gently, causing you to look up at the nendroid. "May I sit with you?" He asked and you smiled, nodding your head at him.

You both sat down in silence and listened to nature. Zane looked at you from the corner of his eye, noticing how your gaze shifted across the sky. He smiled to himself as he saw how happy you appeared with everything around you. It was beautiful to see you so relaxed. It was almost… peaceful. Then, you spoke up and Zane snapped out of his thoughts, turning his attention fully to you. "Didn't know anyone else would want to come out here today," You admitted softly. Zane looked at you and smiled a little, "My apologies for disrupting your peace, Y/n." The robot replied. "Nah, It's fine."

There was silence again and Zane couldn't help but overheat. He was nervous..but at the same time excited. This was the first time he's ever asked someone out. "Y/n…" he started before looking at you, making you turn your face to him. "Would you care to go with me on a date?" His words came out quicker than he expected. It almost sounded rushed, but he didn't care, he needed to hear what you said. And hopefully, it's a yes. Your reaction made his circuits race even more. You stared at him with a blush on your cheeks as your eyes widened in surprise.

Your eyes softened a little but they soon fell back into a soft expression as you nodded. "That sounds lovely, Zane," Was all you said before pulling him closer by the hand. Your free arm wrapped around his shoulders while you placed a soft kiss on his lips. His eyes widened but then softened as he let out a sigh.

"Thank you." He whispered against your lips and held your waist, pulling you impossibly closer.

She gets huffy and puffy when you mention anyone else in a way she considers too much. Crossing her arms and smacking her lips against her teeth, quietly scowling at whoever’s got your attention. Scoffing at the brief mention of them. You have a death wish if you even touch them.

But she never really believes you’ll be unfaithful to her. She mainly targets the enemy, the enemy being whoever crosses her imaginary line that she’s drawn in front of her lover.

Ninjago - How the Ninjas Act When You Get Captured

Jay

When he first heard you were captured, he froze where he stood

Then he comes alive with an entirely new level of anxiety

He’s running around, shaking people by their shoulders, talking at a million words a second, pulling his hair, the whole chalupa

He struggles to calm down enough to actually come up with a plan to save you

Someone has to restrain him so he stops disturbing the others while they think

He finally shuts up when they come up with the final plan

Then he’s all ears

He ends up doing more than his part to save you; he’s more violent with his opponents and he even takes over tasks that the others were supposed to do

He’s sort of ruining the plan, but fortunately it all turns out okay

He finds you tied up in a room, and he practically melts with relief

Throwing his arms around you, he buries his face in the crook of your neck

He stays like that for a while, and you realize that he’s crying

“I’m so sorry… I’m so glad you’re okay… I’m sorry…”

“Hey, it’s okay, love. But, uh… do you mind untying me?”

He sniffs sharply, snapping up and nodding aggressively

He keeps his hands on you the whole time

He insists on holding hands while you flee the base, even though that made it difficult to run

When you got back to the Bounty, he refused to leave you alone

He was scared that you’d be taken again, even when you were miles and miles away from danger

He’ll probably be extra clingy for the next while for the same reason

Cole

At first he didn’t believe it when he heard you were kidnapped

He had to hear the news a few times for it to really register

Then he had to sit down; the room seemed to be spinning

Luckily his teammates were able to pull him out of his stupor with a grounding hand on his shoulder

He was eager to come up with a rescue plan

In a rare display of initiative, he makes most of the plan himself, dishing out orders with surprising authority

And he maintains a leadership role throughout the mission, keeping tabs on everyone and their tasks

Of course, that doesn’t mean he neglects his own responsibilities

He actually gives himself the most important jobs, wanting to make sure that they’re done just as he planned

This includes locating and procuring you

When he finally finds you, he runs over and begins untying you

Once you’re free, he lifts you off your feet in a tight bear hug

His hand is pressing your head firmly against his chest, and he’s peppering you with kisses

“Oh my lord. Oh man. You’re safe. You’re safe, right? Oh lord.”

“Yes, I’m okay, Cole.”

You attempt to wrap your arms around him too, but they’re pinned to your sides too tightly

Eventually he realizes that he’s losing time, so he takes you by the hand and leads you away

When you’re back on the Bounty, everyone tells you about what a great leader he turned out to be

But you notice that their praises are going in one of Cole’s ears and out the other

He’s just staring at you, a little smile on his face as he rests his head on his arm

He’s holding your hand, gently brushing his thumb over your fingers

When they finally leave you alone again, you ask why he’s looking at you like that

“I’m just glad you’re back. Safe. I love you.”

Kai

His initial reaction was a violent panic, and he tried to run to your rescue right away

Luckily someone stopped him; he wouldn’t have even known where to look

Once the initial panic wore off, he was filled with rage

Partially at himself

He was impatient in making a rescue plan

Every time they couldn’t agree about something, Kai would snap, shouting a decision the others were scared to refute

So the plan was admittedly pretty sloppy

And of course Kai barely even stuck to it

He just barreled into action, bashing every head he could get his hands on

He was on an absolute war path, and the others just ended up kinda watching him

Blind as his rampage might have been, he was doing a good job of clearing out enemies

By some miraculous coincidence, he found himself in the room you were being held in

His rage dropped like a mask, and his face was suddenly tender as he bolted to your side

He cupped your face in his hands, turning it from side to side to check for injuries

“Y/n! Are you okay? Does anything hurt? Did they hurt you??”

“I’m fine, Kai. We should hurry.”

His face remained tender as he carefully untied you

He then insisted that he carry you out

Your objections were readily ignored, and he ended up picking you up bridal style mid-protest

He was weirdly undampered by the extra weight

It actually gave him more energy to have you in his arms, and he managed to jog all the way back to the ship

This was only possible because he’d already knocked out every guard and soldier in the vicinity

When you get back, he apologizes sincerely (he still blames himself :( ); you’ll have to be the one to comfort him

He’s actually pretty calm when he hears you’ve been captured

On the inside he’s freaking out, but he knows that panicking won’t do you any good

So he buries his feelings for the sake of efficiency

He’s a little withdrawn during the plan-making process because of his anxiety

He makes sure to do his part flawlessly though, especially because he knows your safety relies on it

When he finally finds you he gets right to untying you and asking if you’re hurt

His worry shines through a little with all the questions he presses on you

He barely waits for you to respond to all of them; the second you get up, you’re wrapped in a gentle hug

He’s a little afraid of hurting you, so he doesn’t squeeze too hard

But you know from the hug that he’s been worried sick (if the questions weren’t telling enough)

He forgets the mission for a moment, completely lost in the relief of having you in his arms again

You’ll have to snap him out of it to get him back in the game

He trusts you to handle yourself, so he’ll take the lead, only looking over his shoulder a couple times to make sure you’re following

When you get back to the Bounty he gives you another hug

It’s tighter this time because now he knows you’re not hurt

“I’m so relieved that you’re safe. I don’t know what I would’ve done otherwise.”

“Then let’s not think about it.”

He’ll let you have your moments with the other ninjas (who are all also glad you’re back :) )

Then he’ll make you both some tea and sit down with you

He encourages you to talk about it, but if you aren’t up to it he’ll do the talking

He’ll tell you how worried he was, and how he knows now that he simply can’t be without you

You’ll talk long into the night, sorting out your feelings from the whole affair together :)

Nya

Much like Kai, she was ready to jump into action the second she found out you were gone

She doesn’t blame herself too much; she’s mainly angry at your captors

And they’ll get the worst of it when she’s unleashed upon them

She won’t go on a totally destructive war path, but lord help any soul unlucky enough to stand in her way

She’s hasty in her plan-making

She actually made the plan as she was running to your rescue

The others scrambled to keep up, knowing it was pointless to reason with her when she got like this

Despite being an impromptu plan, it was actually pretty efficient

Of course, some people (cough cough everyone except Nya) had to improvise to patch the holes in their instructions

But it wasn’t all that disastrous

The only disaster was the state of the place when you guys left

Nya beamed when she found you, not even bothering to untie you before lifting you up and hugging you

She sets you on your feet, looking you up and down before locking eyes with you

Tears brim her warm brown eyes, and she pulls you into a second hug

This one is more emotional; in a few moments you can feel tears soaking through your clothing

She sniffles suddenly, pulling away and patting your shoulder

“Right then. Shall we go?”

“Yes, please.”

When you get back to the Bounty, she insists on having you by her side while she steers

You’ll rest your head on her shoulder, and she’ll lean into your touch

Once she gets to the point that she can switch to autopilot, she hugs you yet again

This time she murmurs about how worried she was, how much she missed you, and even how much she loves you

She smiles softly to herself when she finishes speaking, closing her eyes and rocking back and forth gently

She’ll have you stay in the cockpit with her until she’s ready to go to bed; she doesn’t want to lose sight of you anytime soon

Zane

Out of all the ninjas, he was the most calm when he heard you’d been kidnapped

Of course, he had an initial reaction of shock, but after that he was cool as a cucumber

He couldn’t deny the strange anxiety bubbling in his chest, however

He knew it was because he cared for you, and he wanted you back badly, but it was still a strange sensation

Probably because no one else made him feel that way

As usual, he was an integral part in the process of strategizing the rescue mission

Anxiety be damned, he was going to give his all

And he kept this attitude for the whole mission

Even when he saw you, he asked rather stiffly if you were okay before untying you and guiding you to safety

He gave no indication of his worry, nor his care for you in general

This wasn’t intentional, though; he was only trying to stay in optimal performance

Once you get back to the ship, then he’ll reveal how he was feeling

He’ll wait until you’re alone to say anything

This exacerbates your suspicion that he wasn’t worried at all, but you were immediately reassured when he sat before you

He was close enough that your knees were touching

He stares deep into your eyes

When he speaks his voice is filled with the tenderness he lacked earlier

“I’m sorry I haven’t been there for you since this all happened. I was only trying to execute the mission before, but now I’m here. I’ll listen if you want to talk.”

“Zane…”

Whether you take him up on his offer or not, he’ll be sure to reassure you he loves you before your conversation is done :)

And he insists that you guys cuddle close when you go to sleep

IF YOU WERE SICK [ NYA VER. ]

if you were sick, she’d pamper you.

nya would go from training intensely each morning followed by patrol duty in ninjago city to staying at your bedside, alert at your every movement.

she’d refuse to leave despite the insistence of anyone who asks her to, and would truly only listen to those words if they came from you, specifically.

the other ninja would start to seek you out due to this, requesting for you to speak to the water elemental master about her behavior ( it would be kai first, being the worried older brother he is ).

“could you please speak to nya? she won’t listen to anyone else but i’m sure you can talk some sense into her.”

and so you do ー gently urging her to look after herself more, because there’d be no point in you getting better if she was going to be too worn out when it happened.

she’d relent after that. eating more, sleeping more, and wouldn’t pass on patrols as much, which’d relieve everyone.

if wu or pixal wasn’t taking care of you, then it was nya.

changing your towelette, adjusting your pillows, tucking you in; nya’s doing it all. albeit clumsily ( such as giving you cold soup, giving you so many pillows your back was too upright, etc. ), but she’s taking care of you with such earnest that you can’t bring yourself to laugh at her actions.

instead, it fills you with warmth that she’s trying so hard.

she attempts to keep that courage alive, telling you that you would get better soon and speaking of all the fun dates the two of you would go on after the said recovery.

and her words truly do end up giving you hope.

she also would keep you up-to-date with things going on, mainly filling you in one the more funnier and light-hearted events ( and if you noticed, you didn’t mention it ).

“during patrol, some guy tried to rob the store right across from the police station! i mean, he was just asking to be caught.” “cole, kai, and jay bought zane a new apron a couple of days ago and he refuses to take it off now. and get this ー it’s pink!” “did you know sensei wu’s beard moves when he snores?” ( you both laugh at that, and nya feels happy that she can still make you smile )

sometimes, you’d wake up to her asleep in a chair, a blanket settled over her ( in which a certain sensei had done that ).

other nights you’d spend alone, but nya would make sure to leave a note with something sweet written on it followed by a smiley face.

and in the end, when your illness has lifted ー she’s exuberant.

“[name]! what’re you doing upー” she pauses, looking you up and down before tackling you into one of the most nicest embraces you’d ever been in. 

whether you’re taller or shorter or simply the same height as her, it doesn’t matter because she’s spinning you around; and refuses to let go.

all the worry has left her and she’s practically beaming. if you happen to see tears gathering in the corner of her eyes, then you simply wipe them away.

that whole day and the next and the one after that is spent on the two of you having those dates she promised.

When THEY Have a Nightmare

Summary: Your lover has a nightmare and they come to your room in hopes to snuggle with you

Lloyd Garmadon

His father was glaring at him, before smirking

"I never loved you"

Lloyd awoke with a start, you peacefully sleeping next to him

He groaned and rubbed his face

While he'd never want to wake you up, he wished you were awake so he could talk to you

Though his tossing and turning eventually did wake you up

"Are you up Lloyd?"

He turned towards you, "Oh, I'm sorry babe, did I wake you?"

"Of course not," you quickly lied, causing him to chuckle. "So what's got you up so early?"

"Just a bad dream"

"Do you want to talk about it?"

He frowned and avoided eye contact

You rubbed his back, "You don't have to, Lloyd. Just know that you can talk about anything. I'll always be here."

He looked you in the eyes and smiled, "Yeah. I know"

Zane Julien

He doesn't really sleep, so he's not likely to have nightmare

But if he were to have a nightmare, no matter how bad, you wouldn't know about it

He's as quiet as a mouse and calms himself down when realizing it was all a dream before he ends up going back to sleep

Though if you were to wake up, he'd comfort you back to sleep and you'd be so tired that you wouldn't even question it

Cole Brookstone

Cole toss and turned in his sleep, waking you up

You lightly shook him, waking him up in a start

"What's going on! Oh my god, am I dead?"

"What? Cole, you're covered in sweat, are you okay?"

He turns towards you, before shouting your name and hugging you tightly

"Oh, gross! Cole let go! I love you too, but you're sweaty and gross!"

He squeezed you tightly, "I thought you were dead"

You slowly relaxed in his hold, even though you were wet, you'd get over it. "I'm just fine and so are you"

You could feel his tears falling down your shirt, which just caused you to hug him tighter

"I love you Y/n"

"I love you too, Cole"

Jay Walker

He has nightmares of abandonment and that was no different than tonight

Though this feel real

The fear of abandonment by everyone he loved

You were still awake when he woke up groaning

You looked towards him confused, especially when he grabbed your arms and started shaking you

"Y/n do you promise you won't leave me?"

"Yeah?"

"Are you sure?" He looks closely into your eyes, as your eyes widen

"Yeah. Are you okay?"

"Anywhere with you is okay"

"Cheesy, but so you," you kissed his cheek as he blushed brightly

Kai Smith

Kai fears nothing

Okay, well maybe he fears somethings

Like death, losing his sister, losing his friends, losing his sanity, losing you

It was all happening around him and it felt so real, so did that strange shaking motion throughout his body

Wait a minute- "Kai, wake up"

Kai groaned and shook his head, "Huh- What?"

"Kai, you were yelling in your sleep-"

"Oh sorry"

"Are you okay?"

"Of course"

"We can talk about-"--

Nya Smith

She's had plenty of nightmares

But this one was different. This one awoke her with a start and she had to quickly look over at you to make sure you were still there

She freaked when seeing you were gone, not knowing you had gone to the bathroom

She practically jumped you when you came back inside

"Oh gosh Nya, I'm not dead," you laugh, causing her to glare at you, "What?

"Don't joke like that-"

You frowned, not necessarily knowing what was wrong

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, knowing your okay really helps me"

Hello!

I want to start my journey with writing here!

For now I will probably only do fluff but later maybe i will do lemon. I will mostly do ninjago x reader (and mostly Cole x Reader and Nya x reader<3).
