this whole scene is so silly to me. i know it was meant to be funny but the idea that kaz, who if i remember correctly has like 50 siblings, has no idea how to act around a baby is so odd. you’re telling me that this boy who would have done anything for his baby brother to think he was cool is actually an absolute goof with kids? you’re telling me that chase davenport, smartest man in the world, gave his all when doing one of those fake baby assignments, doesn’t know how to pick up a baby? also i love how william unger was a father in real life for pretty much the entirety of the show, he actually had to go out of his way to pretend like he knew nothing about kids.

I think Oliver should've been allowed an arc where after being confronted with him not being naturally gifted with his powers he hid in medicine and became the team medic, eventually coming to the conclusion that he can't hide from everything that makes him uncomfortable, slowly becoming more confident using his powers in fights

#let's also not forget that Oliver was a very capable fighter in mm even without powers #he was always willing to fight villains if the situation called for it #i think it's important to note Kaz in season 2 was extremely hopeful to gain powers #and he gained them at one point too #i think that would help his confidence with them and his skills in lref #Oliver never cared as much for the idea of actually gaining powers and was more confident as a medic #even when the patients and other doctors liked Kaz more #i think this would also lead into his insecurity of being worse with his powers than Kaz #especially combined with his possible fear of failure due to his mother being evil and a future version of himself being evil #idk man i just think oliver is a very complex character and i think that should've been explored more #oliver lref #oliver mighty med #oliver mm #kaz and oliver #mighty med #lab rats elite force #lref

i frickin love how in Lab Rats anytime there’s a reunion scene of any kind, Chase always goes and hugs Davenport first, Adam always goes to Tasha first and Bree usually hugs Leo first. i just think that’s sweet and it’s a nice pattern
