Days 872-874

Hi. 

I'm at work in the middle of the night. 

So I wanted to make a detail post, but my stomach not allowing it, so...

...today I'll try to go to the store and pick up some outshine bars and maybe some shredded chicken breasts, maybe.

It's also my cousin's wedding day, so i'll have a second meal there. Talk to yall in a few hours.

Last night, I tried these Outshine Fruit Bars from @outshinesnacks for the first time. With the recent and lingering heat wave we have had, I needed something #coolandrefreshing . This worked perfectly. The bars somewhat smaller than the average #popsicle , so I had two, one #lemon and one #lime . The taste and consistency are absolutely perfect. These bars are made from #realfruitjuice and are #nongmo , so they make for a relatively healthy #latenightsnack . There is a touch of flavor #bitterness and #bite that comes from using actual #fruitjuice instead of an artificial substitution, but for me, that snap of bitterness combined with the cool #refresh of the #frozentreat made for a #perfectcombination . Hey guys.

So I have a month literally to get it together for blerdcon. I decided since I won't be able to do gym...I will work out at home. And to put my money where my mouth is, I did 2,000 steps this morning and did the following workout after:

10 squats (with my 10lb dumbbell)

20 tricep dips

30 butt kickers 40 jumping jacks

50 crunches

40 high knees

30 bird dogs

20 second plank

10 push ups

I had a coconut outshine bar for breakfast and a granny smith apple for snack consisting of the following:
