After Ben made a wish on the magical, flying toilet paper, he knew his time in Komorebi had come to an end. Ben headed back to his camp to get the essentials he needed for his next trip. Riku tagged along to see Ben off, and Ben was nice enough to give Riku a vending machine simmi (don't worry, it was a common simmi, not a legendary one) Even though Ben leaves behind a friend, he'll go on to make new, strategically placed, aesthetically pleasing sim friends that will always like him. (Maybe not though, I like a little chaos) I'm not crying, you're crying!

So, the challenge technically calls for your sim to stay in Komorebi until winter, I am having Ben head out mid-fall. The reason is he's done all the things in Komorebi. There's nothing else to do. Nada. The main aspiration is, of course, the Mt. Komorebi Sightseer. Still, there is a second aspiration the challenge asks you to do, while in Komorebi, which is the Leader of Knits aspiration. I don't really want to do that, since I have Ben working on knitting as a way to make income, I want to keep the aspirations related to each world. Okay, chatty talk over, I just wanted to give insight for any of you that might be doing/going to do this challenge.

Noemi Alegria: Founder of the Alegria Legacy (Joy of Life Challenge by @simelune)

Generation One: The Baking Extraordinaire. There was a warmth and coziness in rolling out dough, mixing up frosting, creating masterpieces with a piping bag. Most of your days are spent whipping up new creations in the kitchen, enjoying the smell of a delicious apple pie baking in the oven. You dream of having everyone know your name and saying "their cupcakes are the best I've ever had!".

Noemi was raised by a single mother by the name of Ynez back in a quaint town in Mexico. Her childhood was filled with fond memories, including baking with Ynez, playing at the local riverbed, and watching novelas.

Ynez and Noemi always talked about saving enough money to move to a bigger town and make a business selling their delicious pastries and bread. Noemi pictured going to a Mediterranean town so she could connect with her late grandmother's roots. Ynez was not so happy with this idea since she was a proud Mexican through and through, but she wanted to follow her daughter wherever she decided to go.

Unfortunately, Noemi's mother developed a terminal illness and most of their money had to go to medical bills. Before passing away, Noemi's mother made her promise to fulfill her dream and live through all the joys of life.

Noemi was not sure how she would manage to do this without her mom, but she was determined. After she finished mourning, she packed whatever she could and left for Tartosa. What awaits for Noemi?

Yesterday I came across this template by @crescents-sims and I just had to do it. Might do other secondary characters in the future 🥰

Random ramblings below the cut for those who wanna see it.

Ok so I tried to follow the passport rule of no makeup and no glasses and boy do Audrey look weird with neither of them like it’s just not her you know. Also, yes she is listed as a fairy even though only her grandmother was. It’s already a bit messed up you have to have your species listed in bold letters on your passport, but at the very least as long as you have recent ancestry you can put pretty much whatever and nobody will try to stop you.

Arguably Charlie and Matteo should have a San Myshuno passport but like, I already did one for Kino and Akva who unlike them did not have a better options and I wanted to switch things up. Also, Rudi hasn’t lived in Selvadorada since they were a toddler but like...wanted to switch things up like I said.

And obviously, it’s Kino’s human alter ego who has a passport like their alien identity has been said time and time again it has to remain a secret.

And so, another chapter for Ben's travels has ended. In his last few days enjoying the Sulani sand and sunset, he got to swim with unobservant dolphins, lounge with his new friends and enjoyed a small party with them! (NO Kava this time...or kegstands).

I think during his going away party, Nani was a little upset she wasn't the best dressed of the trio after seeing Ben's ensemble.

So, Ben was able to find 3 of the Sulani Fingers, which is buried treasure, not disembodied fingers. And they were worth over 600 simoleons! Wait to go, Ben-Ben! His Plopsy sales have been kinda slow, I chalk it up to the economy, so selling one of the treasures was necessary. Unfortunately, I was too excited that he found an uncommon item(s), I forgot to screenshot it. But! I figured with the sell of one of the treasures, he could buy some new clothes for his next trip!

Ben earned the laid back trait after completing the Beach Life aspiration. I must say the aspiration itself was a little lackluster, but that may be the point since you're just supposed to be vibing in Sulani.

Bonus photo of Ben. He was having a zesty moment, okay. Which, if you see a user on SimsOnly called BigBen69, that is NOT our lad.
