This Hypnosis script will take you on a journey through 3 different spaces. I like to call them “Mental Screensavers”, because they are like a screensaver for your mind.
This will be good exercise to train your visualization during trance with a simple static scene that you can get lost in.
If you want, you can even use these screensavers for yourself, whenever you want to relax or feel good.
Make sure that you are reading this in a nice and safe place, away from any distractions and that you are sitting or lying down comfortably.
Without further ado let’s start with some simple breath exercises, to get you calm and relaxed, ready to go deep into trance.
Start by breathing out all the way,

If you’d like you can deepen yourself by just muttering that little mantra to yourself for 10 cycles before continuing to read.
Now let’s prepare your body to go even deeper.
Visualization works best when you are in a deep trance.
And as you know; the deeper the relaxation the deeper the the trance.

And begin circling that focus all the way down
To your feet.
Focus on how they feel.
What you can feel through them.
And now feel a warm relaxation slowly developing in your feet.
Relaxing every muscle
Making each foot heavy
Spreading out a comfortable numbness.
As it starts creeping up your ankles
Allow the relaxation to rise up your legs
Higher and higher.
Spreading warmth and heaviness the higher it goes.
Flowing over your knees
Into your thighs...

No need to move them

Maybe you can even feel a bit tingling in your arms and legs.
Thats a sign of incredibly deep relaxation.
Now that you are so relaxed, so deep, so focused...
It’ll be be easy to imagine being somewhere else.
In your minds eye I want you to imagine a flame
Dancing and flickering
The flame of a fireplace.
You can imagine sitting a soft armchair,
looking at that fireplace
The room around you is made of thick logs of wood.
Through windows you can see darkness of night.
You are in a Log Cabin in the mountains.
Sittng in front of a fireplace,
Watching the fire.
It warms the area.
It warms your body.
Feeling so warm and cozy right now
In that Cabin.
Captivated by the dancing fire in front of you
Your eyes fixed at the fireplace
as you seem to sink deeper into the soft armchair.
It’s getting so easy to loose all your cares
All your troubles
All your worries
Letting them burn up in the fire
While it sends wave after wave of warmth through your entire body.
This is the Cozy Cabin.
If you like, you can remember this place.
And find that whenever you think of the Cozy Cabin,
You’ll be right back in that armchair, eyes lost in the flames
Warm and cozy.
In the Cozy Cabin.
Each flicker of the fire relaxing your mind
Until it’s gone completely empty.
You can relax in here for as long as you want.
And when you are ready you can easily awaken just as easy as you can remember and return.
But for now this trance continues.
Your eyes most likely having lost all focus now
But still looking at the warm fire.
You can notice how the flame is shrinking down a bit.
The wood in the fireplace is getting burned up.
So the interior of the Cabin is growing dimmer and dimmer
Darkness swallowing up the room from the corners.
Darker and Darker...
Till the only thing you see are the last glimmers of the fire
Fading
Fading
Gone.
All dark now.
Enveloped in a seemingly endless Void.
As the temperature drops back down again.
The warmth from the fire fading
Giving way to a cooler atmosphere.
Your body feels as if it is floating.
And as you peer into the darkness
You find a small white spot.
A little light, in the distance.
Far, far away.
You notice that over time more of those little lights start appearing.
One after another they start glowing around you
Filling the vastness of the darkness with their twinkle.
Soon you are surrounded by countless little lights.
Painting incomprehensible patterns.
It's as if you have doven into the night sky:
Distant stars wherever you look.
You float among the stars
And even some celestial bodies.
Lika a rogue satellite you drift aimlessly
Through a sea of stars and cosmic colors.
Everything you see so far away, out of your reach.
Gleaming distant lights surround you
Dazzling your eyes.
You feel so tiny in comparison to this sight.
It feels so easy to just let yourself be dragged along
By powerful cosmic forces.
Abandoning all thought as you assume your role as just another celestial body
At the mercy of uber natural forces that keep everything running.
Going with the flow.
No destination in mind.
Mind filled with stars,
As the completely feel your vision.
And theres nothing you need to worry about anymore.
This is Cool Space.
If you like, you can remember this place.
And find that whenever you think of Cool Space,
You’ll be right back here, floating aimlessly.
Your thoughts wiped by the gleaming of countless stars.
Feeling calm, and empty.
When you are in Cool Space.

Giving yourself over to the cosmos.

The air around you starting to get a little denser.
Almost like you are floating in liquid now.
The darkness around you beginning to light up in a greenish blue
You are looking at ripples above you
Like the surface of a lake.
Only you are looking at it from below
Feeling you body sinking
Drifting down and down
Into the warm water
Able to breathe perfectly fine
You let gravity pull your body downwards.
The sun shining down,
Making the waves above you shimmer
The sunlight dancing around as you sink down deeper.
Peering upwards to the water surface.
The warm water gently flowing around your body
Guiding you down and down
To the bottom of the lake
You gently find your back touching down on the soft sand and earth.
Though you never end up fully lying down
As the water keeps you appendages lightly floating,
Arms and legs gently bobbing swaying.
The movement of the water sloshing your hair like seeweed.
Having reached your final destination.
You feel accomplished
So heavy
So relaxed
So warm
So calm
So deep
The water surface above you is all you can think of.
Your empty pliable mind easily taken in by the patterns of nature.
This is the Deep Lake.

And when you are ready you can easily awaken just as easy as you can remember and return.
And for now this Journey has concluded.
Take some time to recount all theplaces we’ve been to today:
The Cozy Cabin – A warm and inviting place where you can get lost in the dancing flames of a Fireplace.
Cool Space – A black vastness filled with countless dazzling stars, where you can let go fully and not worry about anything.
And finally, the Deep Lake – A place where you can just let yourself sink so deeply and watch the waves from below.
You can easily come back to any of these by simply picturing them in your minds eye like you did today, and letting all the feelings and sensation rush back over you.
Stay there for as long as you wish, and when you are ready to come back to reality it will happen just as easily, waking up happy and refreshed.
In a moment you can feel yourself rising back up in the water as I count upwards from 1 to 10
Reaching the surface and waking when we reach ten.
Maybe one day this little journey we went on today could just be that start of another Fantasy,
Where your emergence from the lake would mark the start of an Adventure.
But for now it’s time to bring you up fully.

⋆・. ˳ . ⋆ Induction technique for the void state ⋆・. ˳ . ⋆
Hiii my loves, ughh it's been awhile since i posted. So today's technique is based of self hypnosis and a technique I got from a shamanic book <3 ( I used to read a lot of books on shamanism because I was obsessed with their concepts) . This technique is really different to other techniques, I've posted on the past. I got a lot of asks telling me that some of y'all have being trying for months on end and haven't been getting symptoms. So today this technique will teach to induce the symptoms and enter the void state after that. It's a step by step method. Well ready to get symptoms and enter the void state? :-)
THE TECHNIQUE :
This technique involves using self hypnosis to induce symptoms at first and from there the void state. Please, self hypnosis is saurrr easy. It can be done ANYWHERE and ANYTIME. Self hypnosis is basically ALPHA STATE. Alpha state is a type of brain wave that we experience when we are relaxed, about to fall asleep, drowsy ( state of akin to sleep), you get the drift. I remember when I was writing out my lucid dreaming guide, I linked a post for you guys to read where that person successfully induces lucid dreams every night by self inducing sleep paralysis in a drowsy state ( alpha state) which then convinces their mind that they having sleep paralysis 😭. In a self hypnosis state of mind, you can tell your mind to experience having void symptoms. In the book, I've read it's called " instant healing", I'll let the author explain by quoting a passage from the the book -
" A rapidism is a type of affirmation that consists of repeating a word or phrase over and over again very until a change occurs. The first time I used this was on a chair lift at a ski resort when my hands were freezing. I imagined a fire in a fireplace and said to myself, “Myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm,” for about five minutes and my hands got toasty warm. Since then I’ve used it for a lot of minor ailments as well as emotional states and mental qualities, and it works very well ". You can give your body self hypnotic suggestions for anything and this time, we going to be using it for the void!!
HOW TO DO THIS TECHNIQUE :
Step 1 - SELF HYPNOSIS
So, I explained before self hypnosis is basically alpha state. We gonna induce alpha state first and I'll be linking many ways to do it!! P.s you reach alpha state before you go to sleep when you're feeling sleepy!!

In this success story an anon used alpha waves and counted backwards 100-0 which significantly reduces your brainwaves and entered the void state.
After completing any of the above you'll surely be in alpha state.
How does alpha state feel like :
• Relaxed, Sleepy, Calm , Slow thoughts.
Step 2 : INDUCTING SYMPTOMS
Let me give you a break down firstly on the different type of void symptoms, Body becoming numb, floating, seeing flashes of white/ images, Falling, any symptom is an indication that you're entering the void state.
After getting into alpha state, you can give your self suggestions of the symptoms and you can even use one word suggestions. You may say :
→ FLOATING, " I FEEL LIKE I'M FLOATING ", "MY BODY FEELS LIGHT" . YOU CAN EVEN IMAGINE YOURSELF FLOATING WHILE SAYING THE SUGGESTIONS.
→ YOU CAN FOCUS ON EACH BODY PART REPEATING THE WORD " NUMB" IN YOUR MIND OR YOU CAN SAY " MY BODY FEELS NUMB ", " MY BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D", " DETACHED ".
→ "MY THOUGHTS AND BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D ". "I AM NOW ENTERING THE VOID STATE ".
→ I AM NOW EXPERIENCING VOID SYMPTOMS "( LET YOUR MIND CHOOSE THE SYMPTOMS FOR YOU )"
Step 3 : ENTER THE VOID STATE
After inducing and feeling symptoms, you can affirm to enter the void state!!

How Crowley sets up the Overblots in every book
This is a concept I’ve mentioned off-handedly in several of my theories, but I’ve always wanted to elaborate of what I mean. I believe Crowley is behind the Overblots- and he has potentially tampered with the Overblotters magestones as well. Because no matter how powerful Crowley may be, I don’t think he has the power to affect the backstories of an Overblotter.
However, what a lot of people miss is how he SETS UP the perfect conflict and conditions for an Overblot.
In Book 1, Crowley appears out of nowhere in the library to suggest the magic duel to Ace and Deuce. Without the duel, Riddle wouldn’t have had his position of power questioned in the first place, as he gets set off by his own dorm throwing eggs at him and Ace calling him out for being a “baby.” Book 1 is also where we get a taste of just how little Crowley involves himself with personal conflicts of the students- he could’ve easily outlawed the usage of Riddle’s collars if he so pleased.
I believe Book 1 is highly significant because it’s one of the only two Overblots Crowley is present in (the other being Malleus’). In both the game and the novel, Crowley doesn’t do anything to stop the Overblot, even though I’m sure he’s capable of doing it. I think in the grand scheme of things, it’s very important that Crowley is present in the first student Overblot (Riddle) in the game and the last student Overblot of the game (Malleus). It’s as if he’s purposefully watching the set up of his plans and how the last piece puts it all together.
Book 2 has Crowley doing a similar thing: He fuels Leona’s jealousy and pride by suggesting that Malleus should be in the Hall of Fame. The entirety of Leona’s plans in Book 2 revolves around taking down Diasomnia- or specifically, Malleus. And isn’t it interesting how his entire plan revolves around something that CROWLEY mentioned? Although I do think Leona would’ve done something foolish regardless, something sparked within him at Malleus getting the special treatment. This, and Crowley enlists the help of Yuu and Grim on investigating who is behind the accidents at NRC.
In Book 3, we see Crowley beginning to employ a new strategy: of doing nothing. Haha, it doesn’t sound like him setting up plans, does it? But ancient war strategies valued “doing nothing” when necessary for a reason. Azul’s schemes were something Crowley could’ve easily prevented, but instead, he made a contract with Azul that ensured the survival of Mostro Lounge AND forced the students to take action themselves. Crowley mentioned to Jack and Yuu that he made an arrangement with Azul on releasing all the students from last year by letting Azul continue running the Lounge. But that’s exactly why he asked Jack and Yuu to put a stop to it this year: Crowley knew if he tried to make another deal with Azul, Azul would likely ask for something more- like information or potentially even an ability, neither of which Crowley could risk happening.
Book 4 is a continuation of this strategy, but it’s a lot more sly and dangerous than people think. He left Yuu and Grim almost completely isolated, with no choice but to go to Scarabia. He basically left them in a lions den! It didn’t help that he never answered the phone when Yuu needed help. And Scarabia being so isolated during winter break was the perfect time for Jamil to initiate his plans. However, it goes further back than that.
Jamil would’ve been a likely candidate for Housewarden, if it weren’t for Crowley enlisting Kalim instead for money and connections. I find it interesting that Crowley uses the same type of language that Jamil despises: “you’re a clever student. Surely you understand what that means.” And this is a post for the future, but ever since then, Jamil has been trying to dig up information about Crowley, possibly to blackmail him into making him the housewarden instead. When he “hypnotized” Azul, the first thing he asked was if Azul had information on Dire Crowley. Hmm…
Book 5 is an interesting and subtler case. VDC conveniently has both Vil Schoenheit and Neige LeBlanche, but I doubt Crowley had anything to do with Neige… *eyes his vacation outfit with a crow and an apple*
…ANYWAY, what Crowley was directly involved in was putting the dance group into Ramshackle Dorm together. Basically a drama in the making haha, with tensions rising amongst the group. But I don’t think this was his main plan at all! After all, Vil’s Overblot had very little to do with the drama with him vs Epel. It took Vil to nearly murder Neige to succumb to his frustrations and guilt. What I do think is interesting how several people, including Rook and Malleus mentions that the barrier in the Coliseum was so strong that NO ONE outside would’ve been able to help. Overblotted!Vil could’ve killed the entire group and help was never coming in the first place.
Isn’t that suspicious? Rook claims this barrier is for exams, but why is it THAT powerful that it can hold against an OVERBLOT, where magic is casted without qualms? Especially when considering that Vil is an incredibly powerful mage? Hmm. Although I will admit that the set-up is questionable, I think Crowley had something to do with the barrier. After all, in the manga, he casts a barrier that’s able to withstand Overblot Riddle’s attacks.
Book 6 is another tough one, just because Crowley has little to no involvement in the book…or so it seems. My theory gets even more wobbly here, but Crowley had to be doing something behind the scenes. He was taken away by STYX FOR WEEKS. Called before parliament, and came back without a single punishment. And isn’t that strange just how long he was gone? Furthermore, he knows about STYXs operations and how the Shroud family/Idia runs it, information that not even Trein knew. Additionally, he knew STYX would be coming to attack the school, and surrendered without a question. Although his involvement in the book is little, I think he did a lot of set up and arrangements with STYX behind the scenes, which may have included accepting Idia to NRC in the first place. Book 6 is also the first time we hear about the theory that *someone else* is behind the Overblots.
Book 7 gets even stranger with Lilia’s sudden loss of magic and dropping out. He says he can no longer cast a simple spell…but I don’t think it’s possible for a Fae to lose *all* their magic in such a short span of time naturally. Additionally, isn’t it strange that he wants to go to the Land of the Red Dragons when Levan’s title implies both a Chinese and dragon relation? Why now, after more than 500 years? We still don’t know, but it’s incredibly fishy. This, and we have the possibility of MC returning home.
Isn’t it funny that the two people Malleus loves the most are threatening to leave him at the same exact time? Malleus is an incredibly fragile boy on the inside- and for all this to happen at once with NO explanation? Of course he wouldn’t take it well. Crowley is also the one to let Lilia know that the carriage is coming to pick him up- but this is strange. Have we ever heard before of an NRC carriage raking someone outside of the ceremony days? Was the carriage going to transport Lilia all the way to the Land of the Red Dragons? Does it mean Crowley knows why Lilia’s going, or is he the reason why Lilia’s leaving in such a rush?!?
Anyway. Again, Crowley is present at Malleus’s Overblot, something that’s only happened once before with Riddle. I’d like to point out that compared to Riddle, where he was quick to evacuate the students, he permitted the ATTACK against Malleus. Hm??? Did he know that there was no chance of escape?
I’d like to know what he’s dreaming about when Malleus cast the spell on him too… but I think everything I mentioned is incredibly suspicious. It’s a bit sad that Crowley’s main “attack” takes the form of isolation. Riddle is alone when the others call him out, Yuu and Grim are isolated in Scarabia, Malleus finds the people he loves are suddenly being taken away from him…
Maybe I’m just being angsty haha, but I wonder if Crowley weaponizes isolation because he knows first hand at just how harmful the loneliness is.
