So I was dead tired, woke up in the middle of the night, and this happened…

These group of girls go to the arcade after school every day to hangout. They excel at most of the consoles there, notably the racing games. One day, Vanelope finds a weird token like she had never seen before, as it was engraved with intricate patterns and a shiny gold. When she attempts to use it in a racing game, it flashes in the machine and floats out as another trinket (henshin item). At that moment, a mysterious person is creating havoc outside the arcade, clearly looking for something. He spots the trinket in Vanelope’s hand, and we all know what happens from here.

So far, all I have is an artwork of Vanelope Von Schmitt / Cure Sweets, but I'll definitely be making more lol.

Wonderful Precure! but... with @aceaeite's twist! 😁🤩🤗 🧡💛

After the characters from the upcoming Pretty Cure series were leaked, we exchanged our views on the characters design and mutually came to the conclusion, that maybe they could have gone more animal-themed. That's why the opportunity to participate in Aceaeite's process of redesigning official characters was an incredible inspiration for me 😀 my new Cures are just an addition to her more animalistic WonPre team 🐾🦴

Salamanders and Weasels may not be the types of pets that you handle and play with, but that doesn't mean they aren't deserving of a special care and treatment. ❤️

Cure Platina second beta design 🕊️ A silver-white cure whose specialty is healing 🪽

for my fanseries Viva la Vida! Pretty Cure ✨

design notes!

- loose bishop/priestess motif, as Platina’s primary power is healing/support 🪽

- her “mitre” resembles a beret, an accessory commonly worn by and associated with artists over the centuries; a reference to Yuki’s artistry 🎨

- more on her artistry: the lines take inspiration from Art Nouveau, while the extra two layers upon her skirt are inspired by stained glass art, commonly seen in churches (which kinda connects to Platina’s bishop motif?). Golden yellow stain glass are created through the silver stain technique, which utilizes the element silver. (I have plans for Platina’s sorcery powers to be related to the element/metal silver as it is considered a mystical element in folklore.)

Cure Nature / Kirika is the leader of Let's Go Live Precure (yess she's green ^_^)

Cure Astral / Claire is the purple galaxy themed cure.

Cure Hydro / Saori is the blue themed ocean cure representing everything that lives in a body of water.

Finally decided to branch out and post my fanseries on places other than discord!

Fuwa Power☆Pretty Cure is my first solo fanseries. The main themes are self-care, loving who you are, and maintaining good habits. Sleep, stars, the moon, clouds, clocks, and wings serve as the primary motifs.

Pictured above are (In order): Series Logo, Maika/Cure Reverie, Kirari/Cure Shine, Kotomi/Cure Lullaby, Sara/Cure Cozy, and the team henshin items. There are five charms because of a 6th ranger who is yet to be introduced.

Mozhizuki Maika / Cure Reverie – Maika is a 13-year old girl starting her first year at Fuwayama Prep. She is somewhat introverted with a passion for anything fantastical or grand. She struggles in school, often getting lost in her daydreams. Despite being very amiable, she has few friends due to her self-isolating tendencies. She wants more than anything to find her place in the world without having to sacrifice her creativity and wonder. After meeting Yumeno, Nighty, and Twyla she becomes Cure Reverie, the Pretty Cure of imagination and dreams. Her theme color is pink.

Hirano Kirari / Cure Shine – Known as ‘Kira-Kirari’ by her growing following, Kirari is a 13-year old first year who spends her free time singing and dancing as a small-time idol. She is hesitant to look at idol agencies because of how much she values creative freedom. Kirari sometimes struggles to separate herself from idol activities, but finds solace in spending time with her friends. Her biggest joy comes from giving anyone who sees her performance a shining light they can always rely on. After meeting Yumeno, Nighty, and Twyla she becomes Cure Shine, the Pretty Cure of guidance and light. Her theme color is yellow.

Asahara Kotomi / Cure Lullaby – Kotomi is a 13-year old who, despite being one of the high ranked first years, is not well known among her peers because of her aloof persona. Behind her air of indifference, though, is a girl who thrives in chaotic situations and cares greatly despite not often showing it. She has a large family with two working parents and 4 younger siblings who she often cares for. Kotomi does her absolute best to provide a good example for her siblings as their loving big sister. After meeting Yumeno, Nighty, and Twyla she becomes Cure Lullaby, the Pretty Cure of care and tenderness. Her theme color is purple.

Nagumo Sara / Cure Cozy – Sara is a 14-year-old second year at Fuwayama Preparatory. She is the president of the Community Club, a group who works to support local businesses and charities the best they can through fundraisers, donation drives, and raising awareness. She is more often than not the voice of reason, but has a hidden mischievous side. When it's time to let loose, she can become the life of the party. Sara is shown to be independent and mature beyond her years despite still having come childlike tendencies. After meeting Yumeno, Nighty, and Twyla she becomes Cure Cozy, the Pretty Cure of comfort and security. Her theme color is green.

cure lumi!! the first fancure from a concept I'm calling ✨ cosmic shine precure ✨ it's space-themed (as you can likely tell) and based on retrofuturistic aesthetics- the transformation object, which you can see on lumi's belt, is known as the stellar console and works like a game controller. a screen slides out of the top to begin the transformation, and I like to think it has actual games you can play

in her civilian form, lumi is named chibuzo and loves video games. she dreams of a future where everyone is happy and free to be themselves, and this dream allows her to transform into a precure!! but there's supposed to be a few others on her team; who could they be...?

Cure Buster is one of the main Cures in Yūrei Attack!👻 Pretty Cure. She is an alter ego of Meguri Sanzu, a first year middle school student in the Ouija Boarding School in Gōsutotaun.

Cure Buster is a ghost saving Cure of support and guidance and represents green coloured mantra.

Her catchphrases are "I’m here to lift your spirits! Cure Buster!" 💚👻 and "I guess, it's time for my graveyard shift!" 🌃🕛

Her mission is to help any lost and confused ghost seeking passage to the spirit realm. However, there are some supernatural negative forces craving to take over the world of the living. They pressure the stray souls to eat people's essence which turns them into Mõittekis.

Mõittekis are a kind of spirits that can cause serious problems and come in many different shapes and supernatural abilities.

Those purified by the Cures grant them their gratitude and access to their supernatural powers. The Cures keep them at all times in the form of glass marbles in a keychain on their chests.

Cure Buster's individual attack - Night Daze

When performing this attack Cure Buster starts with the words "Awake from slumber! Night Daze!" and sends a dark shock wave at her enemy. After purifying the soul she whispers "You are forever in our hearts".

Meguri - part of a "Haisonmeguri" game's name which is a J-horror walking simulator game based on a terrifying experience involving an abandoned village. 

Sanzu - name of the mythical river of three crossings, which is the boundary between the worlds of the living and the dead. (Jap. Buddhism)

Mõ itteki - freely translated from Japanese "just one more drop" (cause the people's essence is liquefied)

Hi Hello, Pip Pip Cheerio! Fancuries is here once again! And boy do I have something to share this FYC post.

So, I haven’t worked on Bittersweet X Daydream in a hot minute if I'm gonna be honest. A lot of other obligations have been taking time away from my main fanseries sadly. BUT I do have one new thing to show you guys regarding it.

A redesign.

I KNoW I know I said no more redesigns, but after having these characters for so long, it's only natural that I'd want to change how they look. Specifically, there is only one character that I've redesigned so far anyway…

Lei Sandiego / Cure Spice

Often referred to as “The school beauty”, Lei is admired by almost all of her peers. Her amazing charisma, along with her intimidatingly cool and beautiful looks immediately captures everyone’s attention. But despite this, she’s really just a big fashion geek. She prides herself in her impeccable style savvy-ness and studies the latest trends all the time. Lei is also a very confident person, sometimes to the point that it can be overbearing, but she’s never arrogant and always means well. She’s a hopeless romantic and is constantly trying to look for someone who likes her beneath her looks. Although she’s fashion-centric she’s also very athletic, being the co-captain of the girls' volleyball team, and so devotes time to doing both hobbies.

Yep! Cures based on the sugar rush racers from Wreck-It Ralph! So far, I only have 2 of their designs, but I'm still completely in love with where this is going. Speaking of which, lets show those two off!

Vanelope Von Schmitt / Cure Sweets

Age: 16

A very confident girl, Vanelope is definetly the ray of sunshine that brightens anyone’s day. She’s very friendly, but is also not afraid to tell it like she sees it. She also has a habit of being overly sarcastic or jokey, which can come off as annoying to others. Not really good at school and overly clumsy, so sometimes covers her negative emotions with jokes or sarcasm. Adores arcades and always states it’s her home away from home.

Tabitha Mathews / Cure Taffy

Age: 16

Very rich and spoiled and it definetly shows. She can be cocky and overbearing at times, but she’s got a good heart. One of the more popular girls in their school, and accells in all her extracurriculars. Due to her father being principal, people have rumored that all her grades were boosted due to nepotism, but that’s not true. She works hard to get where she is, and while vain and sometimes a little rude, she isn’t afraid to help others in need. Goes to the arcade to get away at times.
