KR Zero One ep33: Fuwa keeps being the protagonist and Yua break free from Zaia! Just let me... sob about this, because i hate how badly executed it was but im happy for Yua. I just wanted a reason for Yua to follow Gai, i just wanted a background for her, and there is no background... there is no reason. (goes to cry in a corner)... for not annoy anyone with my critic about this show:

Insignificant complain but, can’t humangear have normal names? who thought the names anyway? But ok... they are meant to be “funny”, i think if i were japanese... this names could be more funny to me.

Can we suppose that this is the iconic phrase of Aruto?! X,D I mean he say this quite often. Also... im happy that FINALLY, FINALLY there is not only Izu and Aruto, there is Fuwa. (let me sob in happiness at least)

I’m loving that finally i see some trace of Izu personality, but (sigh) i wish she felt more human. But i guess it’s ok.

Wonder... what is thinking Aruto gazing to the nothing!! X,D I really feel bad for Fumiya... i mean, if we as expectators feel he is not the protagonist... i bet he feel that too. Fuwa have took the spotlight for... 5 eps or more already. And just look all Aruto dialogue, there is nothing interesting about his dialogue. If Fumiya don’t feelt like a Kamen Rider at all i don’t blame him.

Ohhhh yeah... the same flashback since ep1... well at least there is a reason why is the same neverending loop! X,D

Just let me point when Zero One does something that makes me happy ↑ Love seeing these two transforming at the same time... finally... finally as friends, took them 30 eps... but finally.

To this point i think is more important Yua’s past than Fuwa’s... but ok Fuwa is the protagonist here.

This was... a really unnecessary drama... really unnecessary. U_U

Just when Aruto enter in scene... there is a cut! X,D Really the writer hate him, he just don’t let Aruto interact much with people.

This is the first time that i heard that Yua is the creator of the Rider system. Did i miss something?!

What a romantic feeling Mr. Fuwa!! X,D This probably my shipper heart... but this could scale easy to flirt: Fuwa: Im fine baby, don’t you see?! (wink) Yua: WTF!! I swear that if the two could have more interaction they could be my fav ship in 01. Intead here im with Horobi x Fuwa x Yua. XD

So... Aruto actually talked with Fuwa?!!!!!!! And they didn’t show it?!!!! This is why i hate 01... sorry but i have to say it. 01 have characters but they dont talk each other, they dont comfort each other, they don’t interact, instead they keep going to situation from situation with out real impact because... they don’t talk each other.

Another bad cut... they were saving to reveal what was his dream for the Gai fight moment but didn’t have the same impact because they were in suit. Could have been more emotional seeing Yua expression to it in that moment. But ok... 01 is zero emotion. X,D

For much that i love Horobi and Jin... this scene was totally irrelevant to the episode. Even the dialogue! (sigh).

I feel that the show is forcing me to have a dream, if not they will punch my face! X,D Really instead of that... could have not be better to demostrate why dreams are important? Naki is still in the head of Fuwa... i bet Naki want to know too! Could have been nice if Naki appear in the ep and talk with Fuwa or Yua... but no, mr writer forgets totally about characters. U__U

I can’t blame Yua for react like that, i could be the same. XD

Should be easy to act as Aruto with a few lines to memorize! (please note that this is sacarsm, of course no matter if your character is really bad writing as Aruto, it’s not easy to act as a main Kamen Rider).

To this point... Fuwa’s past is not important anymore. So this revelation have 0% impact.

There is no reason for Fuwa to be impresed... specially because he have changed. The reaction of Fuwa must be more of rage because they introduced in his head a chip TWO times without asking. (you know... that could have been so good, imagine Fuwa saying: I DONT CARE, WHAT I CARE THE MOST IS THAT YOU TOUCHED ME WITH OUT CONSENT, I WILL DEMAND YOU!) (i have to draw that)

(Im Izu in this screenshot) XD Cheap drama...especially because it dont have a reason to be.

I really dont understand why Yua was so afected by this revelation. They don’t explain anything. She made the chip? She was so stupid to not have realice that the chip had extra memories data? She introduced the chip? Since when was she with Gai? I know this is a kids show, but come on, the beauty of toku shows meant for japanese kids is that they don't underestimate the intelligence of the audience. Believe me... kids will understand no matter how complicated the topic.

Wish that Yua have questioned even Gai about dreams in that dialogue. That could have been sooo nice.

There was no reason for Fuwa to be so affected, but i guess it was meant for Yua dramatic response, because Fuwa is her breaking point (for no aparent reason, because even if we can ship them, the show have not show them to be in love in some way, not even friends, more like coworkers... or may be i have missed something?!).

This is why i say that the dialogue in 01 is so... bland?! and always leaves Aruto out. This dialogue could have been alot better, just imagine Yua telling Gai that now she have open her eyes, that humangears are not tools, they are friends that we can get along and they can help people. (here she look towards Aruto and Izu). I know i keep saying that Aruto isnt the protagonist but the fact is that he is the protagonist, and it’s a BIG, BIG mistake take him out of the picture of your characters. Now, Yua having mentioned humangears... Gai rage could have been better:

It could have been nice a shoot of Yua watching Fuwa while she says this.

This could have been better in the previous scene when they were not transformed. Could have been so nice to watch Yua’s expressions and in this scene... she can think that even if she don’t have a dream, she can give dreams to others and smile.... or something like that. It could have been so beautiful (goes to cry of deception in a corner).

Ahhh finally this was.... nice... i guess. Feels how Fuwa have influenced Yua. Reasons why Fuwa feels more like the protagonist.

This whole scene felt very showa like... with the sunset and everything. X,D I guess it was nice. It Felt more comical than anything (may be for the background music and because everyone wanted to see Gai being beated by Yua). This was pure fanservice. XD

Fuwa: That’s my girl! Wonder if the show will give us a canon ship with these two?! Could be nice but please, let them interact mooooore! TTATT

Nice to be an humangear and find a dream so fast. Could have been nice a parallel with humans that can’t find a dream or motivation at all. You can’t push a dream to anyone. But nooooo... too complicated for little kids right?!. *¬¬

Yua: uhmmm?... Why not?! They are hot!!

Well, at least Horobi will do something in the next ep. yey!

KR Zero One ep29: The ep where Fuwa was the protagonist... in fact i feel Fuwa is the true protagonist. XD Aruto fails as main character in many ways, but anyways, that’s just my feeling. Now that finally, after 15/20 eps the plot is moving may be... just may be Aruto could do something good and worth and reclaim his main Rider position.. and for not annoy anyone with my CRITIC about this show...

We left with a defeated Aruto, because his humangear went berserk at his own will and began to insult people, but yeah... for Aruto humans are meanies. Of course Gai took advantage of that situation in the most treacherous way as he always does.

And Fuwa got controled by Gai thanks to the brain chip... really i wish they could have showed a small flashback of how and when they intalled him the chip. Dear lazy Zero One writer... flashbacks are good, please... use them.

Probably Naki will only appear in the special of the Bluray box. I really hope dont because will be another wasted character.

Can we appreciate the good Fuwa’s butt?!

Here the power up item that Fuwa will control quickly. XD

Yua just keep repeating I'M NOT A TOOL, wonder why? What's Yua background? Probably we will never know.

In this case...both are to blame. But yeah... for Aruto the bad one is humanity.

And instead of apologize and use technology for broadcast to all homes an speech that can reach human hearts... what Aruto does is...

... being pitiful. It’s not that Aruto speech is wrong or bad... in fact he have a point but feels like empty words. I feel Zero One want to pick the problem of machines stealing human work... in a very wrong way! XD And here we can clearly see that Izu is just a cute robot. She don’t have any dialogue, she is just there... being cute and being a victim the most dramatic way. And this don’t help, just makes feel Aruto more lonely than he already is.

And Fuwa just observing in the back... is... worse!! XD I mean... why he is not helping them? It’s not his duty? come on... he had already say it, he do what he want. This was a golden opportuny for show friendship, cute interaction. But no. I mean even Geiz and Sougo had A LOT more interaction, more dialogue than these two in 29 eps. And you know Zio is really BAD WRITTEN was awful, but the characters speaked to each other, interacted to each other, it was... good, characters were good. Here in Zero One... they are superficial, their only treat are their good looks, and even i admit Horobi and Jin, i like them more for the looks than anything else, they are good looking characters. Sorry, if you not agree with me, but that is what i feel.

Gai have a not healthy impulse to control tools! Wonder... why?! Probably we will never know.

Aruto... the only human employees you have are those two... any others are humangears and you don’t pay them any cent. Either way i guess Aruto is more concerned about the destiny of the humangears... wish... he really had a counter plan for that.

Is my head canon that every time Horobi want to say because he love or like, he says it’s the ark will. XD

I feel that is a big shame to know Naki only in the special of the Bluray box.

I know this was a dramatic scene... but... i laughted so hard... i mean... Horobi and Jin are in background watching Fuwa scream!! XD

It’s the first time i heard Humangear have souls! That is the singulaty point? But how can you program that? How even Humangears are made? By the magic of a satelite? I mean even Roidmudes in Drive have a good reason for them to feel human. For much that i didn’t like Drive... i have to admit that is way better than Zero One.

Starting to feel pity about Aruto.

But why Yua... WHYYYY!!

Izu for god sake... you are a Humangear... wish she could defend for herself instead of being the excuse for characters to showoff. There are other ways better to show off than use a damsel in distress, worst a ROBOT damsel in distress. But that could have been a lot of thought for our dear LAZY writer right?

THIS, this was good... so good, finally!! Finally some character grow!! I want to cry!! Fuwa, by his own will controlled the chip and transform. That’s so main character! TTvTT

And the transformation was really cool!!

That was romantic?! X,D Ok no, but... ahhh the ship!! Guess i ship Fuwa and Yua too!! X//D This too was too main character. I mean Fuwa was trying to take back Yua. He was speaking to her. Something that Aruto never did. In fact... with who Aruto speaks? XD And the fight was... so good. Screencaps will not do justice... so i skip it.

Again... Aruto didn’t say a thing... like some stranger. Excuse me... but i can’t... i can’t like Aruto and Izu like this... i can’t... i know everyone LOVES THEM... but... i can’t (goes to cry in a corner).

Yua... girl... WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?! How many siblings you have that depends on your salary?

Oh yeah... the only dialogue of Aruto... and Izu... 0 dialogue... It must be easy to Noah to memorize all Izu dialogues. XD

So... it was true that Aruto lived on Hiden office?! He will return to live on the streets?! Let’s find out in the next chapter. XD

KR Zero One ep30: And... finally we enter in a new arc... may be the last one... because we have like 18/20 ep left. It would have been great to see Aruto trying harder, but...no. They dont explain how much time have pass since Gai buy out Hiden... so i will assume that may be a day or two?! Too soon for Aruto to form another company... but... ok i understand... the plot dont let Aruto to grow up and interact with people! And... as always for not annoy anyone with my CRITIC about this show...

So Aruto lose Hiden and with in all the humangear...

... and he became a ragpicker! I like how he is still positive... but i seriously could have loved to him having an actual plan... and more or less he have it... but... it was only ask for Jin to help! X,D (but... ok later in the ep we know that he stole all the humangear data, could been good to actually watch that alittle).

And... behold... the first time in 30 eps that actually Aruto is talking to Jin. The last time was when Aruto killed him and all he did was scold him... before kill him.

Yep... i’m with Jin.

Aruto dear, is obviously that you “care” more for humangears.

Oh look! A flash back... the same flashback they keep repeating since ep 1. So Aruto didnt interact at all with his grandpa? He really didn't mention him. And seriously... if his grandpa is “dead” why Aruto haven't go to visit his grave? What was his relationship with his grandpa?

So why did you KILLED Jin?! I know he is behind you more handsome than ever and that was work and grace of the holy spirit (the script). But that don’t change the fact that you KILLED him. And was like nothing, you didnt mourn him.

Yep... Aruto can’t do nothing without an humangear. X,D Seriously how can you expect me to like him? I can’t! The script don’t let Aruto do a thing.

Yep... me too Jin... me too.

I seriously HOPE they explain why Yua is with ZAIA... i really hope they at least give Yua a background... because... if don’t... im gonna cry in disappointment. Come on... we are 30 eps in the series... please!!

Of course... we are free to ship whorever characters we want. But really... Aruto and Fuwa are less than friends, they are more like friendly acquaintances than anything else. And Aruto dialogue is the proof. I know Fuwa is not the kind of character that open talk about problems... but if they are friends Aruto should have been concerned and ask him about it before. But ok... Aruto had his own problems being a ragpicker!

I know Jin can hack all systems... but... how he entered without being noticed?... Ok i will not question this. X,D

As i said before... Aruto should be more concerned about this or at least said that he have noticed that before with Yua. Sorry i don’t feel these two are friends... not at all.

Wonder how Aruto will repair that humangear without the satellite.

We really didnt saw Aruto asking him that! X,D Let’s asume that he did! Probably! X,D

Let’s give a point to Aruto because he truly sounded as welcome back to a member of the family.

It could have been so good a garage of a human that Aruto have meet before... like the real state agent guy or the actor... but... no... the script don’t let Aruto interact with anyone that’s not Izu. Hope this change in next episodes. PLEASE!!

Kamen Rider Zero One ep2 screencaps. (i think this is how i did Build’s XD)

Now ep 2 was much better (thank you) but as i said, the day break incident should have been mentioned in ep 1... but ok, it's the second ep, it's valid.

About Aruto: I don’t know why they are hiding the details of Aruto father being an humangear (may be the humangear had the memories of his father), probably will have a “surprise” in the plot... but i need a little more, just for know better Aruto. And i will keep asking where Aruto lives? he had friends? the Hiden mansion? he left home to be comedian? how was his relationship with the grandpa? He is a good boy that want to make people laugh and loves humangears... but WHY? i dont need a full explanation, just a mention could do. (It could have been funny that Aruto goes to company with all his things like: I'm living here from now on XD and with that i could shut up about where he lives).

About Fuwa: The episode do enfasis in Fuwa and Aruto and their motives and their contrast, that was good but... explained so little that i just needed alittle more to say: Okay boy, go out with all your hatred for humangears, but his henshin was really cool.

About Yua: It’s pretty obvious that she is studing Fuwa and Aruto for her company. She is the cool character that is analyzing the situation. Im happy that a woman is in this boss role, but still, she havent done anything to make me say wow i love her. (Still is early for me to like her)

The interaction was ok... i liked the tension between Yua and Fuwa... and how Izu supports Aruto but still feels too little or too rushed. And what happen with the humangears that Zero One and Vulcan destroy? I guess they got repaired because in this ep we see the humangear Mamoru in the end. But i could love to see how they are repaired or WHO repair them. Some how i feel Zero One needs more cast. XD

In the end Zero One resumes in “a little more”... for me, it’s like that food that you are cooking that just need a little of something to make it delicious. XD Zero One needs a little more details to make it more rich, more entertaining. But the show is beginning... it have a lot opportunities for improve.

And i can't wait these two being friends. Let’s hope we will not wait so much for it.

So…

… Since we have Horobi confirmed as a HumaGear (as I suspected—right down to the tearing the earpieces off, actually XD—but it’s nice to have confirmation), I’m definitely leaning towards my ‘he was created for something experimental (like, say, that satellite that might’ve become the Ark…) at the Daybreak site and was mistreated to the point of snapping w/ possibly additional outside help’ theory.

Gonna cut here bc I do like to ramble.

Like, yes, the impression we currently have of Hiden Korenosuke doesn’t seem to indicate he’d treat a HumaGear that badly (barring any further revelations later on), and right now, I don’t get the impression even the VP would do so to that degree. However, if Horobi was created as part of some sort of experimental thing, it’s highly likely there were other companies involved—like, say, ZAIA, who, right now, give the impression of viewing HumaGear merely as tools that they can treat rather roughly if ‘needed.’ Honestly, my suspicion is that Yua is a nicer example of the views of ZAIA, who seem to specialise in weapons… And Korenosuke couldn’t be everywhere at once to monitor everything. And where some people are fallible, others are sneaky.

So, my initial thought is that maybe Horobi was created to be maybe the Izu to the satellite that became the Ark? He seems to have some connection to it, at least thinks he’s been informed of its ‘will.’ And maybe Korenosuke’s failing was being too trusting of the other companies involved, one of which we know was ZAIA. Maybe he left Horobi in their care, and somehow didn’t find out about how they were treating him until it was too late (which could theoretically lead to him creating and trying to be more careful w/ Izu out of guilt?). And, possibly, when Horobi snapped, it corrupted the Ark’s AI through their connection? Alternatively, something separate happened to the Ark, and the whole thing turned into a perfect storm clusterfuck where Horobi snapped, and that left him open to whatever was happening w/ the Ark, that got in his head and manipulated the hatred that was already growing for humans. Admittedly, this theory does not account for the ‘long haired Izu’ in the opening. As ep 8 reminded me, when Horobi appeared on the screen in the Daybreak video, there was a weird, almost ‘kiddie’ voice saying the words w/ and/or for him? Just voice alteration, or maybe both him and long haired Izu were made for the experiment and something happened to both of them? Maybe she wound up in the Ark and somehow got control over him? Or maybe someone is manipulating the Ark from outside? Okay, I’m going down a rabbit hole.

Other thought. ZAIA seems to specialise in weapons. Hiden, we know, primarily focuses on domestic and medical uses of HumaGears. Maybe Horobi was a HumaGear ZAIA acquired from Hiden under false pretences, maybe they stole Hiden’s design (him having the remains of what seem to be the trademark Hiden earpieces make me doubt he’s a completely original model, but you never know) in an attempt to make a humanoid AI weapon to the point of WMD… And it worked a little too well. Again, I doubt ZAIA in general would treat him at all well (like I said, I think as far as ZAIA goes, Yua is the nice end of the spectrum), esp if they wanted to make him capable of acts of destruction needed from a weapon, which would likely break the three laws. Sort of like that ‘Frankenstein’s monster’ thing I mentioned someone else saying—they deliberately tried to create a monster, only the monster decided to turn on them.

In following this, as I’ve said before, I like the idea of him having originally created Jin out of loneliness/a desperate desire for affection that maybe he’s had drilled/programmed into his head he can never have, so he tried to make some. Also recently came up w/ a concept that maybe, if he was meant to be a weapon and was therefore created w/ limited to no emotional ability, maybe it was also a little bit of realising he was missing something, and, failing to create it w/in himself, tried to make Jin as a surrogate, tried to literally recreate his missing piece? Could be why Jin is so expressive and temperamental—Horobi was trying to create in him what he couldn’t find in himself.

I really want Horobi to get a redemption arc where he learns how to care? Like, if he was weapon, him ending up learning those emotions through Jin and through the humans he ends up interacting w/. That’s another part of why I have this imaginary fake friendship w/ him and Isamu—bc Isamu’s another extremely emotional, not to mention hot-blooded, person. That, at the end of the day, Horobi finds himself drawn to people who feel. Why he might have issues w/ Aruto, who he might consider naive for his whole ‘machines of our dreams’ things, esp if Horobi was mistreated, but also maybe bc he’s resentful and jealous of Aruto’s dedication to giving people smiles and therefore emotions. Would love an angst-ridden plot line of Horobi steadily picking up emotions like a much darker version of Naga, and acquiring guilt and remorse for his actions. For someone who might not have known his to feel his entire life, those would hit hard, and I would love it. My guess is, and I would probably prefer, that Jin switches sides first, and that that prompts something in Horobi. Like, I want him to have some character development to start to care about Jin and treat him better over the course of time, and eventually Jin switching sides is used at the catalyst for Horobi doing so, too. W/ how little we know, there’s pretty much no way to see what part the Ark would play in this, but it could very easily still be a third part that latched onto Horobi’s ‘negative feelings’ like Gaisoulg and manipulated them.

But… We’re also not even ten eps in. XD God, I must like Horobi. ^^; I’m sorry, I’m not usually like this w/ villains. Blame Shuya and his sexy flanders and charismatic acting.

Random Writing Tidbit Still Can’t Focus…

… One day, I’m gonna be able to sleep. DX

Maybe.

Whooo! More of my desperate hoping for the Thouser to be the bigger bad! Yay!

Or not yay, depending on how much I’m annoying everyone w/ this.

Quick rundown of the setting: Jin and Horobi have kinda had redemption arcs; at the very least, it’s been established Thouser is the real villain. Thouser is doing something--not entirely sure what but I have a hazy idea that it’s, like something about merging people and machines or something, like he’s literally trying to become the satellites, I dunno how to explain--via having taken over both the Ark and ZEA. He’s kidnapped Jin bc for some reason Jin is a compatible interface for the combined satellites--only catch is, that’s not pleasant for Jin (might write a thing about that later--it’s my theoretical timeline, I can write Thouser months before his debut if I like! XD). Anyway, during this time, the Daybreak site exploded (again), bc Thouser left a bomb there after kidnapping Jin to kill Horobi when he came back (looking for Jin). The heroes were informed of this, and they (and also Thouser and Jin, actually) believe Horobi died in the explosion.

Meanwhile, said heroes are trying to formulate a plan to stop Thouser. They figure out that they can mess up whatever he’s doing in they connect to the satellites, which would cut his strength down and provide a distraction while they storm the castle--however, they need someone who has proper authorisation to go mucking about in the satellite, and they all need to be, again, storming the castle. Additionally, it is very dangerous, bc they don’t know what could happen in the satellite, and also, bc of how unreliable the connection is since the satellite’s are hijacked, there’s the risk of getting stuck in said satellite if the connect breaks. Probably other stuff I can’t think of rn.

So, they’re in Hiden HQ debating what to do about all this, when a little voice speaks up from the door…

Aruto spun around at the same time both AIMs Riders turned in surprise, and found his HumaGear secretary, standing straight as a pin by the door, casual and calm as always, hands folded neatly. “Izu?” He managed, then, “… You’re sure about this? You heard what Yaiba-san said about the risks, right? If something happens…” He faltered, swallowing, then stepped forward, making sure she heard him. “… I don’t want to lose you.”

“So what are we, chopped liver?” Isamu grumbled faintly behind him—but then Vulcan’s hand, warm and solid, came down on his shoulder, and he knew immediately that the other Rider had understood, especially when he, too, looked over at Izu. “He’s right, though. Something goes wrong, we won’t be able to pull you out.”

“I am certain.” The secretary insisted, her voice rising a little. She looked at Aruto. “Aruto-saichou. As the Presidential Aide, it is my duty to do everything I can to support you. I am capable of connecting to the ZEA satellite, and will be able to disrupt Thouser’s plans there.” She squared her shoulders, eyes determined. “This is my family and my fight as well, Aruto-saichou.” Har gaze moved between the three of them. “If you are risking yourselves for this, then so will I. I will not sit idle.”

Aruto felt tears in his eyes, though he wasn’t sure if they were of pride, hope, or fear. “Izu…”

“Hold up a minute.” Yua’s voice cut through the moment, practical as always. “Before you all get too far ahead of yourselves; just uploading someone to ZEA isn’t going to be enough.” Picking up her phone, she came over, pulling up a hologram on the screen, showing both the active satellite—and the downed one. “He’s bouncing the signal back and forth between both it and the Ark, and has complete control of both. If we take down one, he’ll just use the other. The only way this will work, is if we interfere with both at the same time.” She closed the display. “Izu can connect to ZEA, but we don’t have a HumaGear who can safely interface with the Ark, and there’s not enough time to make one.” Silence fell over the room.

“Yes, we do.” Everyone froze, heads turning to stare at Izu.

Aruto gaped at her. “I… What?” He managed. “Are you saying you can-” He cut off sharply when, instead of answering, Izu looked slightly over her shoulder, then jerked her head at the room. There was a rustling, then footsteps.

Horobi stepped out from behind her with his usual, viciously inhuman grace, glaring around the room like he was daring them to question his presence.

After a moment of shock that the rogue HumaGear was even alive after the Daybreak site’s explosion, two of the present Riders snapped to action. Yua reached instinctively for her ProgriseKey, and Aruto moved to pull Izu away from the MetsubouJinrai.net Rider. Only Isamu stayed surprisingly calm, his hand tightening on Aruto’s shoulder to hold him in place, the other motioning for Yua to stand down.

Valkyrie shot her partner a glare, but complied, though she kept her hand ready to move. “Have you lost your mind?” She demanded sharply, glaring at the rogue HumaGear, but addressing Izu. “You honestly believe he’s willing to take a risk like this for humanity?”

Horobi’s icy gaze moved briefly to her. “… Not for humanity.” He replied shortly—then his look shifted to Vulcan, like he expected him to understand. “…For Jin.”

Isamu kept calmly meeting the HumaGear’s permanently weary stare while both Aruto and Yua faltered slightly at the declaration. After a moment, Valkyrie found her voice again. “… Thouser is using him as the primary interface for both satellites.” She explained softly, a small edge of sympathy slipping into her voice despite herself. “That’s way more than any HumaGear was ever-”

The cold eyes flicked back to her. “Do not underestimate Jin.” Horobi snapped, genuine emotion entering his voice—irritation, but also a bit of pride. “He’s far stronger than others.” He faltered, eyes flitting to the floor for a moment. “… But he won’t last forever.” Stepping forward, the other Rider’s intense stare bore into each of them. “You save Jin, I will help you destroy a thousand satellites, a hundred times more dangerous.”

Silence followed—Isamu glanced sideways at Yua, who was scowling slightly. Finally, she sighed deeply. “… Fine. Just don’t expect me to trust him.”

Horobi tilted his head enough to look at her again. “… Trust my rage.”

Yes, yes I am stuffing my weird Isamu and Horobi friendship into everything. I’m writing this for me, sue me (actually, please don’t, I’m unemployed).

Anyway, Horobi is royally pissed at Thouser. XD
