TROLLHUNTERS SEASON 3 SPOILERS!!

I can't be the only one who thinks Queen Usurna's character doesn't make any sense. Like, when she starts out, she's super concerned for Aaarrrgghh's health, to the point she was ready to force him back down to the Krubera Caverns without his concent to make sure he lives. And yet, when Gunmar takes control of Trollmarket, she claims Aaarrrgghh was given in a trade, with no regard for his health. And she was so scared of Gunmars return that she ordered the destruction of Killahead bridge as Jim was coming back, because she was so scared Gunmar would be following him. And, she was so scared Gunmar would find a way out, she ordered Killahead be thrown to the bottom of the OCEAN! Where no one (save for ocean trolls maybe) could get it! But suddenly, she's always been loyal to Gunmar?? And was a spy for him??? It just doesn't make sense to me.

24. That's super easy. It's Usurna. She killed Vendel, sided with Gunmar, sold Aaarrrgghh to the Gumm-Gumm’s, was willing to let him die in the Darklands on the threshold of retuning and doesn't care about anyone but herself. And worst: she didn't have depth. And she really needed it. Kubritz is a close second contender. And I hate that they were done dirty like this, as two of the only female villains.

25. Hmmm. Not really a unpopular opinion, more like a niche one, but I hope it counts: but we were utterly robbed of Strickler and Douxie interacting. It would have been awesome. Actually, Douxie should be involved from the beginning too.

And while Claire is hanging out in the Darklands, at the Trollmarket everything is not so good... The fact is that if Gunmar would catch Claire and take the amulet from her along with the staff of the shadow, then nothing would prevent him from doing the same trick with the mark and the amulet and open the bridge from the other side.The team of trollhunters is suppressed. Nomura is ready to kill Claire when she will see her. Jim is afraid of losing another loved one (I think he won't stand another death of his loved one person). Angor feels used again. Claire was one of the first people he began to trust after he finally got his soul back, and the theft of the staff by his own student literally knocked the ground out from under his feet (he understands that he has become attached to the girl and that he would not like to see her die). The rest of the team are either worried about Claire or afraid because of the threat of Gunmar's return.Due to the panic, Queen Usurna arrives at the Trollmarket and gathers a council of elders, at which she puts forward a demand to dismantle the bridge and hide its fragments so that no one else will find them. Nomura is even ready to renounce the amulet and not interfere with the council's decision in any way. Blinky is extremely dissatisfied with the current situation and openly tells the trollhunter that she has to respond to any call and that despite the fact that Nomura left the order, she still remains a hostage of the fear in front of Gunmar. Nomura is not immediately available, but still agrees to go to the Darklands. They run to the bridge, but along the way they are squeezed from all sides by Gunmar's army. At this moment Draal appears on the vortex and helps his friends get out before the bridge will close. Angor urgently transfers Claire, who is in a dying state, to the shadow realm, where he performs a ritual to inject dark magic into Claire in order to save her life.Gunmar takes advantage of the fact that Draal has left his post and, together with the Dictatous and several gumgums, gets out to the

surface. Strickler was discouraged by Gunmar's return, but still remains cold-blooded and pretends that he has been waiting for the dark lord's return all this time and brings him to Order of Janus.Claire wakes up in the infirmary inside the Heartstone. Having come to the Order of Janus, Gunmar immediately receives instructions from Morgana, through a gramophone, to find the staff of Avalon. He sends several changelings with gumgums to Merlin's tomb. After some time, they successfully return with a staff.

After that, Gunnar receives an order from Morgana to capture the Trollmarket.

The first person to greet Claire after waking up was Jim. He informs her that everyone is very angry at her because of her act (and that it's better for her not to get caught by the Nomura right now). Claire goes to Angor to ask for his forgiveness for taking the staff without his permission, but he only says that since Enrique is saved, then Claire has no reason to stay here and that he will no longer teach her. As a result, Claire collects her stuff and leaves the Trollmarket.

Nomura is accused of allowing Gunmar to be released because she allowed him to take the amulet. Usurna, as in the original, puts forward a condition, either to give the amulet and leave the market, or to appear before the court. At this moment, the puzzle in the trollhunter's head develops and she realizes that it was Usurna who sent those changelings to the Trollmarket, Nomura also notices one inconsistency in the past: if no one but themselves can go down to the caves of Kruber, then how could Gunmar steal their children, it is obvious that someone voluntarily gave them (and even if Usurna really was on the side of the trolls, then she would not have tried to destroy the amulet, in fact the only weapon capable of killing Gunmar). Nomura tells the others her assumption about Usurna and they come up with a plan: Angor releases the hunter from prison with the help of a portal, and puts one of his golems with a mask capable of changing appearance in her place. Blinky and Aaargh go to Vendel and tell him the assumptions about Usurna. The elder says that he will think about their words (although he himself suspected the queen of something similar before).

Draal goes to the forest to check if Gunnar really got out then he is got taken under control. Blinky, Toby, Jim, Creepslayerz and NotEnrique remain to represent the side of the false-trollhunter in court, while Nomura, Angor and Aargh go to storm the Order of Janus as they assume that Gunmar will hide there. But to their surprise, they do not receive any resistance from the changelings, and Strickler himself comes out to the team of trollhunters. He says that Gunmar is storming the Trollmarket right now and that he has everything he needs to free Morgana, and Strickler also offers them an explanation, since he understands that after defeating the surface, Gunmar will immediately get rid of the changelings. As a sign of truce, he gives the hunter the eye of Gunmar and Nomura, Angor and Aargh go to Trollmarket, which is now under attack by Gunmar.

Claire is about to reach her house at this time, but suddenly stops abruptly. She understands that if Gunnar really got out through her fault, then she is obliged to help the others in the war against him. Claire, already standing on the threshold of the house, abruptly turns around and runs to the troll market.

After the end of the first act of the trial, Usurna, as in the original, tries to kill Vendel, but since he was warned about the queen, he does not hesitate to turn around with a hidden weapon and both trolls pierce each other at the same time. vendel dies with Usurna.

At this moment, the magic of the amulet with Gunmar's eye embedded in it neutralizes the magic of the Decemar blade and Draal comes back to his senses.

Blinky becomes the new elder of the troll market. Nomura recalls Strickler's words that Gunmar now has everything to free Morgana, so they need someone who has already fought with the Elditch queen in the past.

The team is going to search for Merlin's tomb.

As I promised... Blinky and Dictations from my AU! And now let's move on to the story of these two...

Being the youngest in the family, Blinkous always envied his precocious older brother, who was always drawn to research and knowledge. Seeking strength, Blinkous found the ancient grimoire of Merlin, the darkest magician in history. After performing a sinister ritual, he placed his soul in one of the amulets (which one is not exactly known). Thanks to this, he managed to get the desired magic... But everything has its price.

The dark magic struck the troll in the heart, and from now on, if he uses too strong spells, he feels pain, and whoever finds and takes possession of his cursed amulet will gain power over Blinkous. And yet, despite the acquired power, he is still inferior in strength to Lord Vendel and even more so to Merlin.

He almost does not use magic in its pure form, as it greatly depletes him, but uses seals and artifacts. His favorite type of magic is illusion magic, it is great for disorienting the enemy and requires less strength. And he also likes explosive magic, even though he uses it very rarely.

Initially, Blinkous did not want to serve Vendel, but he had to swear an oath to the dark lord when he found his amulet and threatened that he would order Blinkous to kill Dictatious. Although the many-eyed troll disliked his brother for always taking all the attention for himself, he could not let him die. Each time, the dark magic drained Blinkous' soul more and more, making him more gloomy and ruthless. And soon he turned into a loyal servant of Wendel.

Dictatious is known as a smart and resourceful library keeper on the Troll Market... As well as the strangest toll. He has an unusual predilection for studying people. He is attracted to their culture and technology. Most of all, he likes televisions and computers, he tried to figure out how they work and for some time dragged equipment from stores.(The head of the Troll Market, the Fallen-Queen Usurna, quickly reined in this theft) Dictatious also collects his own collection of "pieces from the human world", which he does not allow anyone to touch, much less eat.

Dicty (as his friends call him) is a close friend of Bular, acting in opposition to the violent temper of the big troll. Dictatious helps Bular cope with the loss of his father, as well as participates in the search for information about parts of the Killahead Bridge that changelings have hidden around the world. He knows well what it means to lose a family member... But he tries not to lose heart!

Dicty wears his late mother's earring. Blinkous had a second earring, but it is unknown where it disappeared...

Dragon AU: Krubera

They have Lighter under belly and a darker back

Horns used to break things simaler to narwhal, females have larger sets of Horns

They mate for life, and can only have one mate, however they may have multiple "bonds"

Bonds are right below mates, they are usually started between Krubera who have strong familie or platonic relationships, and help to strengthen the Krubera tribe

mating rituals include presenting a stone to their chosen mate in hopes that they will accept. Like penguins

Krubera are compatible with Gum-Gum dragons, it works like ligers (Tiger + lion) where sometimes the offspring are fertile and other times they are not

Usurna is the strongest within her tribe, she's much older than most of the krubera, it works simaler to httyd with the whole older dragons becoming titan wing dragons. Because she's older she's bigger and a little bit fancier looking than your average krubera

Krubera have venomous bars that retract under their arm fins

The Krubera are deep sea dragons, however they are capable of traveling above surface when necessary

Krubera are usually slower on land than the water, however do not let that provide you with a sense of security, they can and most likely will still catch you

They are pact hunter

Their gills are oddly enough, on their stomachs, this means they are usually much more defensive of that area

Krubera bow to greet each other

A Krubera may present their stomach as a sign that they trust someone, it usually seen as an affectionate gesture

Krubera are very protective of their whelps, especially the females, so much so that Female Krubera have been known to show signs of aggression to their own mates During the whelp's early developmental stages.

Engaging a Krubera is rarely survived, most of what is known of them comes from the Krubera themselves, and is only shared with other dragons

Humans know very little on Krubera

A grown Krubera wingspan may range from 85-90 feet , they can be around 65- 80 feet long. While it was never confirmed to be true their was a time where some would report sightings of a Krubera dragon with a supposed wingspan of 120. In other words they are very big dragons

They have been known to sink ships that get to close to their trench/territory

They are very social creatures and have to be within at least a group of three other dragons to keep a good mental state (However this group does not necessarily need to be only Krubera, this group can be comprised of a multitude of dragon species and on very rare occasions such as in AAARRRGGGHHH's case, humans)

Usurna dies after being directly confronted about her betrayal?

Do they confront her the same way as in Trollhunters canon?

She goes into hiding once being outed for assassination attempt on Vendel. As for how Usurna dies, it's the same way that the troll elder dies in canon. Shattered to pieces after a dose of Creeper's Sun but no one comes to collect the fallen queen.

Dying alone and forgotten is the worst way to go.

If this question doesn’t anger you too much, why do you like Big Mama as a villain more than Queen Usurna? Asking because I’m curious.

Personally, I just find Big Mama to be a more fun and endearing villain in a way than usurna. I suppose it’s her personality and her backstory w spinner/Lou Jitsu that gets it for me, also she’s voiced by lena heady who’s also Morgana so yknow. If there’s a third season then I’m so down for a redemption from big mama and some development

Queen usurna felt a bit underwhelming imo. At first she was pretty interesting in the first and second season w the council and trial, she felt morally grey and was doing whatever it took to protect troll market

But after the whole twist “she was actually working for Gunmar and kills Vendel”, she just became a two dimensional evil villain who doesn’t care for anyone including her own people like arrrrrgh!!

Idk it’s just a personal opinion of mine but ig that’s why I like Big Mama more, bc she has more potential to be an endearing villain and character for me

So in my AU, Angor Rot sided with the trollhunters when Jim traded his ring with the kill stone. Bular sided with the Trollhunters because he “needed” to protect Marianna after she bested him in a battle. And Gunmar did so because he was disgusted with Queen Usurna’s actions.

Now Marianna (me) has 3 bodyguards/best friends! And they honestly love her SO MUCH!! And help her with becoming more powerful with her goddess powers. OH! And her father is the Sun god and her mother is the moon goddess, which makes her originally. The eclipse goddess!!!
