Public Domain is about being able to sell your version of the character, not "do whatever you like with it for free". Sure, I'll add a few. (Redacted since my google account is my full name.) Also remember that y'all also got the benefit of my author's notes, but I'm not giving my mom the AO3 copy because over my dead body does she look at that account. I'm giving her a document copy. So a lot of the comments will likely be details you guys already got in either a post or author's note.

^^^ This one is written specifically because my mom, like me, has been going to Big Bend National Park since she was young. A member of my family has gone there nearly every single year since....1965? lol. So it's a fun tidbit for her to know I was thinking of it while writing this. That is also why she gets to read it, because the moment I opened my mouth about writing it I basically had to. I don't always talk about my writing with her but I really wanted to talk about this one. So! By talking about it I just made the decision for myself that I'd allow her to read it. She is....very excited haha. And I am too? I mean I think I am going to send it to her and then just immediately go back to my apartment so I don't have to be in the same house as her while she's reading it LOL. The embarassment of people who know you too closely reading your things etc etc. But I'm very proud of this story and I don't think she realizes how good of a writer I can be. She knows I'm good at it (like, she's read my essays and newspaper stories) but not how I handle fiction.

can proudly say i have finally seen the green bolero man live! Or, well, from a very big screen from behind a gate and some bushes but we heard everything clearly and saw him pretty well too! And it was a mild and safe all ages show but fun regardless!

There were a lot of families watching and listening outside the gates who were even dressed in green. There was this one boy maybe 6 yrs old right in front of us who was so incredibly hyped, jumping along to every song, screaming every time Jere asked ppl to make noise and even took his shirt off for Paidaton riehuja lol. I wanted to say to the parents pls actually take him to all ages show at some point he has the right attitude for käärijä's gigs, it was so cute.

Also it was fun to be there with my sister who hasn't really watched that many live clips and every time Jere took a detour to some random topic and especially when he started singing Fröbelin palikat she went "so is this part of the show or like what is going on??" and i was like just go with it he's always like this lmao

Writing Break

Hey bitches.

I usually don't make these types of posts, whenever I'm busy I kinda just disappear and not post for like 10+ days and then post randomly one day, but I feel like I kinda need to preface this.

With the upcoming finals, the end of my college semester, and another secret thing I wont reveal, I'll be focusing my writing and energy into my schoolwork and the other thing. I probably won't post much until I'm either done with all my work or the semester has ended. I'm still available via discord and tumblr dms tho! So don't be afraid to chat or dm me!

If I do post, it'll probably be pretty short. Maybe like, drabbles and drabble sequences I made while waiting for teachers and stuff. And also maybe updates of longfics that have buffers. That's all, tho.

Daily November crying sessions start today

Unlike a lot of my other ST posts, this one took a long time to put together, mainly because I found the only spare time I had was late in the evening, and after half an hour I was starting to loose it with headphones on and the music at 60 trying to figure out if there's the sound of knocking or if I'm starting to go a bit off my rocker, so I'm really glad it's gotten the interaction it has.

Also, thank you for pointing out the animal noises in Chokehold! Completely missed those. Further, about Decending and Fallen Down, I'm actually so happy someone else heard it; I thought I was spouting nonsense with that one! I had the joy of listening to some echoed piano version of Fallen Down, and then Decending immediately after, and for a split second I thought I was still listening to Fallen Down. I'm really happy with notes on the SFX in The Offering, Like That, When The Bough Breaks etc are stuff people can actually hear as well, and, again, weren't just me spouting nonsense.

+ For those worried about spam liking/reblogging; don't worry about it! Just let's me know you're interested enough to put your own thoughts into it, let alone to read the other two posts after the one you've already read!

A lady I used to do kung-fu with spent her summers crab fishing in Alaska and she’d bring her cat to stay in a little cabin with her. She’d come back from shifts on the boat with fresh crab and fish for her cat to enjoy! Always made me want to visit Alaska, despite the harsh landscape and isolation it seems like people can find their own little slice of magic there

Alaska is so so wonderful, and it’s really cool to be living somewhere on the cutting edge of indigenous-led conservation work (i.e. my field).
