Doctrine Dark CLIP Remake

I made a bunch of Fighting EX Layer sketches, but for the moment I have two defined sketches. (The other one I'll try to complete it in some moment)

Of course, I completed the Doctrine Dark sketch I made.

While making the background, I couldn't come up with an idea. I thought on putting blood, but I couldn't come up in the how without making it tacky. So I resorted to using the Dark Wire. AND I accidentally made a remake of the Doctrine Dark drawing I made on IbisPaint. (That was also the first Doctrine Dark digital drawing I made) Whoops.

Question

Did anyone ever thought Sodom and Garuda were connected?

When I was a kid I thought they were like brothers or like Garuda is Sodom's mentor. As a kid, I thought Sodom was supposed to be a serious character, and I saw like these two samurai characters in a similar color scheme, uses blades and I thought "they gotta be connected." Of course, now I know the two aren't connected. But I wonder if anyone else ever saw a connection.

Inspired by Drawinggent's drawings of turning Street Fighter characters as Reploids. I think he didn't made the SFEX ones. So I decided to try my take

Reploids are kinda hard to draw for me. I had to redesign him from looking like a Robot Master to be more like a Reploid. But yeah. But the ARMS... I tried to give him two parts where he can pull out his Dark Wire and his knifes.

It was a good practice, though!

So, I've finally decided to put down in an organized fashion, my Ryu Street Fighter Crossover Timeline I've noticed several paterns over each game that Capcom will use to envoke feelings of a specific game Alpha: White headband Street Fighter II- Suzaku Castle iconography, Ryu's SFII theme Street Fighter 4- Focus Punch/Wall Bounce Kick, "Volcanic Rim" as a theme SFV- Oddly, the most obvious tell for a SFV crossover game is grey haired Bison, as Capcom will often utilize classic Ryu but grey haired Bison Another interesting thing this puts into perspective is Ryu's age. Street Fighter II's attract screen tells us that Ryu was born in 1964. Similarly "Street Fighter Memorial Archives Beyond the World" says Ryu was 23 at the time of Alpha, so triangulating those two things, we can assume a calendar year for each game, and thus an age within for Ryu A few things of note before we get to the list proper: -I gave EX its own space because I love the SFEX games, remove it from your own timeline at your own pleasure. -I'm assuming that if a game gets an "ultimate" addition, *that's the cannon tournament. Street Fighter 3 is basically the only exception, because a quote from the Street Fighter III New Generation fanbook says it's a multi-year event. I hate that, due to how fighting games are made nowadays, we don't get joke characters that are TRULY TRULY bad anymore.

Every fighting game nowadays works really hard to be balanced (which is cool) but that just means that even when we DO get characters that are undeniably joke characters (like SFV Dan, and MBTL Neco-Arc) they aren't like... BAD BAD rather just a little silly and non-optimal.

Gotta bring back truly dogshit meme characters like servbot and roll in MvC, Dan in Alpha and SF4, Mocap in Deadly Alliance.

At least bring back characters that are Alright™ but still VISUALLY silly and extremely Joke Character-y! Like Meat from MK4/Armageddon, Norimaru from MSHvsSF, and whatever the fuck was going on with all those SFex secret characters!! it's fun!! I miss it!!

I hate that fighting games characters nowadays cost like 30 million dollars to produce, and take up what is considered "valuable roster real estate". We used to be a real country.
